Species of my multiverse (Male Gryphal 1)
General | Posted 12 years agoHello, I would like to share some of the lesser known species from the multiverse created around my writing. This time round, I'm giving a generalized introduction to the male gryphal. Mind you, the males and females are very very different, and there are so many breeds of male gryphal that I have not yet fleshed them all out, so this isn't going in one journal. >v>
At first glance, the male gryphal seem like a different type of gryphon, and to be absolutely honest, you wouldn't be entirely wrong. Mishaka, yes the same one you seen in the Agrok story, returned and took over a world with a swelling army of creatures he created, most notably the gryphons he modeled after those that tipped the scales in the first multiversal war. After a time, when his magic met resistance he could not just over power, it became clear that he needed something a little more potent than his gryphons in answer to the opposition's own creations that they called gryph.
While making 'improvements' on his gryphons to forge a new species, Mishaka decided to remove the inconvenient aspects of a living creature, like love, compassion, kindness, and fear. Now he did not remove all fear, the male gryphal were built to fear him specifically and fly at his whim.
There were dozens of breeds and sub-breeds of the male gryphal that were designed to serve specific functions and purposes, making them truly horrific in those functions. No living thing was ever safe from them. if it were not for the interference of Gravin Darkfeather and the true soul of the body Mishaka had stolen to return, the male gryphal would have bred and been an utterly unstoppable force that would have scoured all life from their world. Thankfully, those two managed a subtle tampering to the creation of the beasts that caused sterility amongst the males. Seeing a futility in trying to breed the males directly, Mishaka simply stripped away all sexual desire from the horrors and replaced it with a lust for bloodshed and causing pain. The same rewarding sensation other beings got from sexual interaction was the only joy a male gryphal could ever know, and it was only felt when they inflicted truly gruesome and grotesque acts of violence upon a victim. His solution to the sterility was to create the females with the ability to mate and breed with male gryphons. he then crafted a blanketing spell that would trigger every female gryphal that was pregnant in stages earlier than a certain point to produce a male gryphal child, regardless of what had already started to develop. The females will be explained in greater detail later.
Some characteristics of all male gryphal breeds are the serrated beaks and talons. These were designed to cut jagged wounds in their victims so that even if they survived their battle with the gryphal, the odds of healing fully and correctly were very very low. The talons on a male gryphal are far more dense than those of a gryphon, with a rather different shape, giving them a true cutting edge on the inside of the hook. All male gryphal are sterile and exhibit extreme levels of aggression toward all other creatures. They are solitary with the exception of the Dryn, which had a swarming habit. Every male gryphal has a lowered pain sensation, serving better in their role as disposable troops that will do as much damage as possible before they die fighting. The last shared trait of all male gryphal breeds is the rusty red eyes, resembling twin pools of drying blood. Just like a bird's eyes, gryphal eyes do not show any whites to their eyes.
This concludes the overview of the male gryphal. A closer look at each breed that I have mapped out will follow as I find time and interest in typing up their in depth descriptions. This species has been in construction for over ten years now. i would like to hear any thoughts and opinions on them as we go along. please keep any criticism constructive.

A question for my readers.
General | Posted 12 years agoThis is for those who have actually read the Agrok story thus far. it has been suggested to me that the story's very structure and social/political dynamics would have worked better if there were no gryphons at all, that Titania should have been humans. Do you feel that Titania being populated by gryphon's adds nothing to the story at all, or do you think it adds more depth and believable situations to the story?

General | Posted 12 years agoIt's taken several years to realize it, but this and other pages have been an extraordinary failure in the capacity that I even started them up for. The time and effort I've put forward has really been wasted, save for finding a few good artists to make pretty pictures for me. The whole purpose was to share my work and to get feedback to see where I can improve to make things more interesting and appealing to the reader. What I got was complete silence. No one ever says a word, hell, out of 83 watchers, i get maybe a dozen views or so on my submissions, written or drawn. I pour everything I have into my work, i take so long because I re-read what I write and make revisions to try and perfect the flow of the story and yet, I find people who couldn't rub two cans of alphabet soup together to make one correctly spelled word and wouldn't know a plot if it sac tapped them, being far more successful at this than I have been. I've tried being more social and that didn't help either. What I've figured out is that, I don't have tits, I don't suck dick, I don't act like an asshole or an idiot, and I don't re-post pics of my characters fucking anyone and everything, so no matter how good I am, it doesn't matter. That's why I'm saying thank you to those select few who have been honestly watching, and saying goodbye. After

Tired of the shit.
General | Posted 13 years agoBunch of stuff is really getting under my skin lately, and the best part is that it mostly attacks the things that I go to to relieve stress and relax.
Movies, I like a good movie, key word there. Been eating at me that I have run into a lot of movies that have potential, but you can't fucking hear the dialogue that makes the god damn story. My most recent encounter with this was 4th Kind. Had potential, but even with headphones on and volume blasted to the max, I could scarcely hear what the characters were saying, this problem, however, did not extend into the sound effects. Most movies flop like this for me, and I have no trouble with my hearing. Poor sound production ruins so much, and yet no one fixes it.
Creepers. I have several friends, some are a little popular, as of late, seen a few under creeper fire and it's been interfering with hanging out and what have you. It was fun at first to fire a shot or two back, but that has quickly faded to extreme irritation at catching the bad end of the after effects of creepy behavior. Sometimes you just want to chill and goof off with friends without some asshole popping up and ruining their mood, ya know?
Video games. There are no good games left, nothing to really just sit back and relax while you play it. Basement dwelling extremists have taken that away from us. Even the games that were designed for just a relaxing and soothing game play have been turned upside down by those screaming "It neeedz two bee hardar!" Now we have games where stats are distorted just to make things more difficult with a vegas lean towards the house. FUCK YOU. FUCK YOU YOU PASTY VIRGIN FUCKS. Every game doesn't need to be balls ass hard. some games were meant to be enjoyed as a relaxation tool to just chill and roll with everything. No, instead we have the whiny fucks who never see the sun crying that there are games that let everyone play rather than the elite few. Elite.. HA! you want to up the difficulty on games, here, test our new version of Russian roulette. I've placed five rounds in the cylinder, that should up the difficulty for you, give it a spin and take a few turns, then give us a review.
Writing. Fuck writers block, fuck it with a barbwire wrapped sandpaper condom and alcohol based lube. I have only been able to produce a single sentence in the past 3 weeks. yeah, it's that bad. The best part of it all, I was tired that night and just went to bed.. only to have an automatic windows update restart my PC and lose that very sentence. Yay! x^x
I'll be taking a short vacation in May and leaving town to visit some friends, hopefully that will shake me out of this funk.

The down sides of being feral.

Let's see. The first thing is, it can be hard at times to find some one to even draw a feral character, even more rare to find some one to draw a feral in an adult situation.
auctions, which are gaining popularity, always seem to feature anthro characters, so we get to look and think how nice it would be to fit one of them, but never do we find a seat we can even begin to bid on. It's even worse if you are a winged creature.
I've run across several people in RP gathering places who wont even talk to feral characters. seriously, RP doesn't mean fuck, some people like to have adventures or have a nice chat in character.
And lastly, just because some one has a feral character, doesn't mean they are into bestiality. Many of us came up with these characters without adult interaction in mind.
