I feel as if I have been enlightened. This is puzzling considering today has not necessarily been one of my better days, and yet I do not feel sorrow, regret, pain... I feel happy.
I was pondering my miserable state and I looked over my values, and it occurred to me that I've been on the verge of finding what happiness was. I need only define how to obtain it. And, it hit me. A few simple steps led me to find some peace. I need only remind myself of a certain mindset.

1) I am already dead. Therefore, I have nothing to lose and nothing to gain. I do not mean I am literally deceased, but that my selfish desires do not matter. THINGS I obtain, pleasures and such, mean nothing. Passing on meaning to others is all that matters.

2) Be useful. Contribute to society. If I go through my day doing my very best and manage to better myself in some way, I have nothing to regret. I have only to continue to do my best and use my talents to make the world a better place.

3) Honor my parents. By being useful, I honor my family, my ancestors, and future generations to come. By contributing to the welfare of mankind, I am in some small way making the world a better place for future generations.

4) Have compassion. In selflessness to the exclusion of all else is where true happiness lies. Empathy, sympathy, love, and kindness is the root of all that is good. If I can make someone else smile, or even better, if I can help someone help themselves become better, then I have done my duty and I can live (and die) without regret.


I'm home late after hours of waiting and worthless drills. I'm tired, sweaty, my back hurts, and yet I'm not upset. I find it pointless to complain about that which I cannot change, but to help in some way that I can. ... I don't know why I'm writing this, but I hope it helps somebody else out there too. If I'm missing something, please tell me. I'm willing to discuss this.

Before I get an "Good job!" comments, I have one last thing to say. Careless praise is not compassion, and in fact does more harm than good. Translate that as you will.

So, last time bowling in Port Orchard was phenomenal! It was so fun, I wanted to do it again. Hi-Joy bowl is an awesome bowling alley with 32 lanes, a full service bar, a small restaurant, a mini-arcade, card rooms, and more!
I have reserved 3 lanes for May 21st from 6PM to 7:30PM plus rock a bowl from 8 - 10PM. I decided to start the event at 6 instead of 5 due to issues with the ferry last time. Either myself or another willing participant can help pick people up at the ferry, no problem.
I pre-ordered the party plan so there will be pizza and drinks. No outside food is allowed, unfortunately. Rules of the bowling alley.
One of the card rooms has been reserved for dressing into fursuits. Fursuits are encouraged for this event. ^^ You will be able to bowl wearing your fursuit if you so desire.
There is not a tournament going on on this date, so flash photography is allowed. Bring your cameras! WOOT!
I will be paying for this event again. There will be a sign in list and a donation box. You may donate to help pay for the event if you so desire. It is NOT required. Attendance and participation is more important than your donation. Donations can be anonymously donated to a cardboard box that I'll be bringing along.

I'm taking commissions for short stories, as you know. I'm needing some practice. This is the info I will need.

Setting (preferably a setting in my world, but a more modern setting will do.)

Genre- (Romance, fantasy, action, etc. Almost anything goes)

Characters description. As much detail as you give me is what I'll base it off of. You can be as general as "put a bunny in there" or as detailed as describing every hair follicle and scar. I can work with it. No preferences there. I may or may not charge extra for more than three highly detailed characters of your creation, depending on circumstance. (Such as an orgy scene with multiple characters that you gave me great detail on. I would prefer if you gave me up to three of your own and let me supply the rest with the general description "add a bunny and a wolf, too." I'll accept about a dozen of those free of charge.)

I WILL NOT WRITE YOUR STORY FOR YOU. Let me be clear on that. You can give me the characters, the setting, the genre, and a general idea of what you want to happen, and even a brief idea of the story line. I will not write a book that is YOUR story with no flexibility for creativity. (The only reason I bring that up is because I've had issues with that before.) It's a commission, not a ghost write up.

Finally, price.
$25 per chapter. (And I promise it won't be a couple paragraphs)
Free prologue or epilogue with a purchase of two chapters.
$5 for every detailed character of your creation beyond 3, per chapter. (For a fourth character of yours, that's 5 dollars for each chapter)

I have decided that if I'm going to write something to be published, I can't be posting it on FA. It won't look good to the publishers if the fanbase has already read it.
SO, since I'm not going to be posting my next book on FA, I've decided that I'll be taking on commissions for short stories as practice, naughty or no. Preferably, I'd like to write them for YOUR characters living in the world I've created so as to practice and get a deeper image of the world I made. However, if you want a more modern storyline, I'm more than happy to oblige.

I can't help it. As much as I want to just relax and stop writing for a while, I can't. I find myself writing and rewriting my next outline over and over again, perfecting the next storyline. I'm going to have a sort of preset guide to help me this time, vs. just going off of what's in my head. Forgive me for being upset at the same thing that thousands of artists and writers are, but... Why no comments? The reason I'm posting my books instead of just writing them and setting aside is because I'm looking for some constructive criticism. So, I just ordered a new laptop today, because I'm sick of this piece of junk I got from walmart. This one has it's uses, but it really does suck when it comes to gaming or even surfing the web.

I apologize for not posting anything for a while, yet again. I just got off of Night shift work (7PM to 7AM) and it's been messing with my sleep times and so forth. Not to mention other things happening in my personal life that were "distracting" me from it.
My bf/husband wants me to start playing WoW again really really badly. I told him that I will make no promises until I finish writing my first novel. I WILL FINISH IT. And I won't rush it.

I want to formally apologize to everyone for my absence... I've been on vacation for a little over a week and have only written a chapter mainly because I've been playing that soul sucking game, WoW... And, I want to say I'm sorry.
I've quit the game and I'm not going back. I realized how much it was taking over my life and taking all of my time... And there's no end to it...
Instead of doing what I love most... making others happy and writing my book. And, now my vacation is almost over... However, I'll still have more time than I did in power school, and I won't be wasting my time on any more useless MMORPGs (except gaiaonline.com , but that's mostly forums. <.< )
It's 2:00 AM, but I'm going to try to write another chapter anyways. Please forgive me for my sins. :(
