First off I want to say thanks to all my stalkers even though I rarely ever post anything. I love you guys and gals.

Secondly over the last few days I've been in Chicago getting trained to install Control4 systems and as of Today the 31st I'm certified to do so. So if anyone in the Louisville KY area wants some home automation let me know. :)

It has been 3 Years since I started exercising and trying to lose weight. I went from weighing 470ish to my current weight of 240. While I'm not at my goal weight of sub 200. I went from wearing a size 5x t-shirt to a 2x which i'm ecstatic about and a pant size of 72in to between 38 and 40in.
I'm in such a good mood now but I still have more to lose.

Thanks to everyone that has watched me and fav'd my uploads. Since my drawing ability is nonexistant; go visit the artists i commissioned the pics from. These thanks are long overdue.

Anywho on to the journal.

To those who know me i'm a pretty big apple fanboy however after seeing Steve Jobs keynote from wednesday I must say I'm less than enthused. I went in expecting a tablet kinda like the one from here http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/Modbook . This is close to what it should have been. (obviously not to this extent) It should have at least run Snow Leopard. Instead it runs the iPhone os. very poor decision in my opinion. its a glorified iPod touch XL. I was at least hoping for some updates, maybe iTunes 10, iPhone os 4.0 preview, something better than the iPad (iSlate or just plain old iTablet would have been better).

p.s. for frak's sake apple support flash on the iPhone already. or create something better and get youtube, hulu, vimeo, etc to support it.

Well its been about a month and a 1/2 and i'm practically fully recovered from the surgery.

the last two of the drains they put in come out on Monday then I get to go home from my dads and home to my mate. I missed him being away from him for so long.

Well I'm out of surgery and recovering. I feel like i did a few thousand crunches but I am healing. Luckily the hospital has free wireless.

Thankfully this surgery will be the harder of the two.

On Wednesday the 28th at 7am EST I, your friendly blue dragon, will be going in for Surgery. I'm going in for (lets see if i can spell this right) a belt lipectomy. Basically I lost a bunch of weight and I'm getting some excess skin removed. I should be on again with an update this weekend.

Just installed OS X 10.6 and I'm loving Quicktime X. I highly recommend every Intel mac user get it. especially at the 30 dollar price tag.
