For a refinery job. The job starts the 14th, but I wanted to give myself time to get up there (1,400 ish miles!) and to get lost. I plan to stop about half way, sleep, and start again. sorrehhhhh I've been drinking ; ; I have what I want to draw down though...just a lil tipsy for coloring it. I'm trying to do something pop art style. I'll get my behind on it tomorrow...promiseeee.

Just got in from the vet. Bunny's bladder was blocked, the vet expressed it and then he wandered off when she was out of the room and peed behind some shelving. I was kinda embarrassed by that >.> I then held him while the vet tech. gave him a fluid hump to rehydrate him. I was really sure he was going to bite the ever living fuck out of me. He then got a 12 day antibiotic/anti-inflammatory shot. The vet tech brought him a box, where he peed some more. She collected some of the urine from behind the shelf and it was really dark with a lot of crystals. Bunny is now on a special diet to prevent a build up like that again. I have to give him kitty pepto twice a day for a few days...he is a regular hellion about taking meds. He hulks out.

I'm glad he's going to be fine though and it wasn't something really major, like a blockage. He needs to go back in 2 weeks for a urine sample analysis to make sure he is on the mend.

In about an hour and a half I have an appointment to take my cat, Bunny to the vet. He's been vomiting, loose stool, and acting lethargic. He's a little bit of an older guy, about 9 years old now, and I'm fretting about what could be wrong, if I can afford it, and that I will very likely be out of the state on a job soon. I've had Bunny since he was born and my other cat, Squishface is his sibling.
I don't think he has eaten or drank any toxic things as he is indoors 100% of the time, there are no plants he can get to, and he has been eating normally. I'm not sure if he's drinking normally, I did catch him drinking water on Saturday, and I really cannot recall the last time I heard him urinate. The cat box is in the same room as my computer, and Bunny pees like a fountain. I have carefully felt his abdomen and he does not pull away or react in any negative way. His pupils respond to changes in light and are clear. I cannot check his gums, he thinks I am trying to give him a pill and will run off if I try to touch his mouth to see if they are pale. His ears are not any warmer than normal, but his nose is slightly runny.

I'll be starting a job where I'll most likely be working 12 hour shifts, with weekends off. I'll be day shift for about a month and then switching over to night until the end of the job sometime in March.
