no guns, no knives, grumbling, cold drafts
he throws him at the first guard, once again the coats stuffing, lighter
fumble, falling, what the fuck, lunging
knives, too slow, ripping, screaming, again the red staining the floor, fingers
one left, scared, pathetic, piece of shit
slowly walks forward, knife slashing, to slow
forearm, snap, limp, knife falls, palm to the face, blood again
on the floor, whimpering clutching, he deserves this, for what he did to them

a crunching noise, a rush of air, the guard fell, silent
the snow swirled, he crouched under the window
his fingers warm, the blood dripping staining the white
he peered in, only a second, glimpsed, three of them pacing, a closed door
where were they, in the room, tied up, hidden
only one exit, one entrance, he crouched down and waited
time passed, the snow swirled, the body began to freeze
his fingers cold again, his eyes fixed, watching, waiting
he heard a noise, the door cracked open, patient, yelling back
door slammed shut, one more guard, he lunged
surprised gasping, more crunching, eyes bulging, biceps struggling
legs frantic, off the ground, he was lighter than he looked, the coats stuffing

hour after hour seemed to pass, his legs, the pain pushing its way higher
higher, his arms so numb, wrapped tight around himself
he tripped, stumbled, but kept pushing, forward always forward
the moisture from his breath freezing around his nose and mouth
he could still smell the smoke though
then, lights, a flicker past the pines, lights
a cabin, smoke from the chimney
they were inside, warm, not safe but warm, atleast they had that
he rubbed his hands together, he had to be ready to fight

General | Posted 15 years agoHe held his arms tight around his chest, shivering. He hadn't thought about it being so cold, he should have thought of that, he should have thought about alot lately but things just didn't seem to be going the way they were supposed to, he couldn't think straight, he couldn't think. He looked back over his shoulder, the sun setting under the pine boughs, the shadows of the trees lengthening. He hugs his arms tighter to his chest, its just going to get colder, but he won't stop, not now, not while they still need his help.
Might as well...everybody else did it.

moved back in with the rents for a month to save some cash between moving into a new place. Car got all explodie again and cost me $1100 to make not explodie anymore...work is going ok, my Masters Thesis is almost done, ok not really but it i am almost out of time so it better get somewhere quick so i can start my PhD. Two more years, then i will be making some mad cash and never be worrying about that crap again. OK blah i'm tired...time to sleep.

I'm taking the bathtowels and sheets and ummm...a bathrobe...and even a bible!!! Who wants the bible!?!?!?! YEH!!!
But seriously i am beyond stoked. My first AC, my second con, just wow....
