BY COMMISSIONING ART FROM ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS
Please read my FAQ before asking any questions!

▫️ I reserve the right to refuse service and refunds to anyone who breaks any of these terms ▫️
▫️ I have no limit on payment, however, I only start drawing after receiving full payment ▫️
▫️ I use PayPal invoices, which includes a 7% transfer fee. If you are not willing to pay the fee please do not commission art from me ▫️
▫️ If your character is complex there may be a complex character fee of 20%, some characters may be charged more depending ▫️
▫️ I am more than willing to fix any issues you have with a commission of my own fault, however, if there are edits that are made after/weren't clarified there will be a fee to fix▫️
▫️ If I do make mistakes on your piece, please tell me ALL the details that need to be fixed, otherwise, I will charge for additional changes every time I have to reupload the image ▫️
▫️ After you receive the commission, I will fix any changes 24 hours after getting your initial okay. Any fixes requested after that will have additional fees or may be refused altogether ▫️
▫️ While I am willing to make fixes/changes, I may refuse if I deem that the commissioner is being too picky or rude ▫️
▫️ Characters without a clear visual reference (Such as text description, multiple non-reference images, or colors that make details difficult to see) omit the above rules and include an additional fee to fix any mistakes or misclassifications. I prefer to have a single reference for a character, multiple images with inconsistencies are not preferred and are confusing. ▫️
▫️ I add lots of overlays and color to my art, this can often lead to colors of characters looking different or "off". If this is something you do not want in your finished picture please tell me BEFORE I start your commission. Otherwise, any changes will come with a 3$ fee ▫️
▫️Please do not send a picture from a previous commission I've done and ask for your image to be done "like that". This often time ends in confusion and can be troublesome for various reasons. Instead please try to describe what elements you would like in your image with helpful details.▫️
▫️ Sometimes my wording is bad, and I may say the wrong word from time to time. Please just keep this in mind during our communications! ▫️
▫️ I do both furry, human, and any humanoids! ▫️
▫️ If you have a problem with any variable of a commission please contact me here on FA first rather than through PayPal, I will receive your message quicker and reply promptly. ▫️
▫️ I do not offer refunds after I start a commission, but I will cancel an unpaid invoice ▫️
▫️ Be nice to each other ▫️

General | Posted 7 years agoBelow is a list of frequently asked questions. You will be redirected here if you have any questions that have already been answered.
. Do you offer WIPs? I offer WIPs for painted pieces only. Most my commissions are completable within a day, it would take much longer & cause more stress on me to have to wait on the input of the commissioner and can potentially clog up my queue and increase waiting times. I am considering adding a WIP option for a fee depending on future watcher input.
. Can I change the aspect of a YCH?Yep! However changes come with a fee depending on how much the workload and time of that change added.
. An additional version cost more than what was posted?Most additional versions fall along the lines of quick overlays and very little change to the original lineart, however if your extra version requires pose changing/heavy lineart or color changes there will be an additional charge.
. How long will my commission take?A more accurate estimate is included in the invoice after I have recieved the full details. Time depends on the complexity of the piece, the style, and my commission queue. Most commissions are completed in 24-48 hours. Painted pieces can take up to a week.
. Why did 'x' not come out how I wanted even though I didn't give you any instructions. If there is something specific you wanted added/removed/changed on your commission and you did not tell me, do not be surprised when it is not included. I never assume what the commissioner wants. If you only drop a reference with no further instruction then I will just go with what I think looks best for the piece.
. Why do you charge for changes?I only charge for changes when the commissioner either does not give me a clear full reference (ex: multiple images or text) or when the commissioner wants me to add/change an aspect without clarifying beforehand. I have had too many experiences with commissioners sending me on goose chases to knit pick their commission, it is extremely stressful for me and takes time from other people's commissions.
. I didn't read the ToS and now have a problem because of it! I have a link to my ToS on my front page, as the featured journal, in the description of every YCH or Commission post, and included in the final invoice. It is stated in my ToS that by COMMISSIONING me you are agreeing to the terms listed. I am not responsible for those repercussions and I will not omit fees because you neglected to read the ToS.
. You blocked me. I sure did. I will not hesitate to block anyone who breaks my ToS. Or anyone who otherwise stresses me out, fetishizes concepts triggering to me, or makes me uncomfortable in any way.
. Can I reupload the art I commissioned from you? Yep! Once the commission is finished it is yours to do whatever you want. You can edit and reupload to your heart's content, steal it if you want, I really don't mind.
. Can I have your telegram/kik/discord/skype? Nope. Any and all communication will be through the Furaffinity note system.
. You contacted me and said it might take awhile to complete my commission because you're "ill". I am disabled with Fibromyalgia and cPTSD, I am not always functional and I don't get to choose when my bad days happen. I have absolutely no control over it. I am very mindful and will not take commissions when I am ill, however it does often sneak up on me and can knock me down for weeks at a time. If this is going to be a problem during our exchanges I will let you know asap. If I have not already started your commission I will offer a refund.
. Do you stream? Currently no, and I don't have any plans to set up a streaming account.
. I don't agree with how you do your commissions. My commission layout is easier and less stressful on me and allows me to work to a fuller potential. If you are unhappy with how my commissions work please find another artist whose work style you prefer.
. Discounts? I offer a 30% discount to all my fellow disabled furries. Because you know, being disabled is expensive.
