New Post! and the removal of some old ones
Posted 12 years agoI finally posted the story I've been working on for the past couple of weeks it ended up being 26 pages single spaced, there's a download in my submissions.
I also have deleted some older stories for certain reasons. I'll probably bring them back up eventually once I've made certain key changes.
I'm thinking of totally revising my established story, potentially revising the incestuous overtones, or maybe just having the incestuous stuff exist in a sort of parallel world. We'll see.
I have also removed the Motherlover stories, although they should be back up in their original form in due time.
Until next time wacky wacketeers.

An Update is You
Posted 12 years agoWithin a few days I should be updating the story I've been mulling over for about 6 months and working on for the last month. It will be a first draft as most of my items in the Baron's Journal Series have been. The typos make it more authentic in my opinion.
It will be the final piece in the Baron's Journal series of stories/images and will be a crossover of some sorts.
It will also serve to unify two of my three Barons as it serves to connect Baron the fighter pilot to the much older Baron found in my extended story that focuses on James and Julie. Both Series are in fact in the same continuity.
As the rest of the Baron's Journal series there will be adult encounters but they will only be mentioned and leave the details up to the reader. Once it is uploaded i encourage readers to create art depicting the scenes from the story if they so wish as my motivation to draw is simply non-existent right now.
I hope to have it completed and submitted by the end of this weekend or early next week.
Until then. This is Red Signing Off.

Yeah so about being back...At least I'm still alive
Posted 12 years agoI'm still not back, too busy with work obligations. Maybe within the next few weeks?
I'm back...that is to say I will be very soon.
Posted 13 years agoWell, the move is just about over and pretty damn soon I'll be a bit better off in my personal life. Thankfully my new living situation, though more expensive is going to be much less stressful. Give me a week or so for my life to stabilize itself and I'll be back to my daily lurking and infrequent posting.
I'm taking part in Nanomo (National novel writing month) so this month may be a bit slower than I'd like. I haven't started writing yet, that means I'm already 3 days behind, oh joy.

10-5 Just give me one more month
Posted 13 years agoI'm about to purge my submission and journal inbox because I now have over 10,000 messages. Looks like I'll be able to be back in about a month or so, my living situation is changing for the better at the end of October.
8-21 The Hiatus continues
Posted 13 years agoI'm starting to be less busy work wise but my personal living situation still has not improved. Hopefully within a couple of months I'll be able to be back to being active here but I'm not so sure.
I'll keep those of you who care enough to read this posted when time permits.

Things from here on out
Posted 13 years agoTwo things are colliding that are going to strictly limit my participation here:
1) I'm taking on more responsibility at work which will at least for a few months severely limit my free time.
2) My living arrangement is going to be in flux for at least a few months too. A quick summary is, I live at home. My father recently got re-married and his wife sold her house. They are looking for a newer and bigger house but until then she and one of her sons is living here leaving me very little...ahem...alone time. She's the type of nosey bitch that would love to find something like this site and use it to skewer me. Once they move out though, I'm going to be renting my home from my father which means I'll have much more time to draw and work on projects for FA.
Long story short, for the next few months I probably won't be around much. I may be able to squeeze out a pic or story or two but don't expect much. Also don't expect fast responses to comments. I'll try to check the site every day or so and clear out comments and notes, but MY GOD that submission list.
The good news is Next week, I'll likely be on quite a bit, so I'll try to leave you all with something interesting.
Until next time.

Lousy Smarch Weather
Posted 13 years agoJust kidding, the weather has been quite pleasant here in my little corner of California. I just wanted to put something here to replace my New Year journal. How is everyone else's Smarch going?
Happy New Year!
Posted 13 years agoI'm going to go get drunk now.
I suggest Mountain Dew: High Voltage and Whiskey, preferably Jack but any old whiskey will do.
Should have some new art for you all some time next week to ring in the new year.

My Multiverse
Posted 14 years agoFirst off, Don't forget that I'm holding a contest for my 100th watcher and whoever refers them, check here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2737759/
Anyway, I'd like to use this space to discuss a bit about multiversal continuity with all of my characters. Since there are at minimum 3 different versions of Red/Baron floating around on here things can be a bit confusing. So as I see it, there are 3 universes so far with three different Reds.
Universe 1: This universe most correctly reflects our modern world. This is the universe where Kelly, Kayla, and the Band "No Commitment Necessary" are from. Though I haven't Drawn Red from this universe yet he has been mentioned in a few stories. Eventually this version of Red will come to be relatively close to who I actually am as opposed to the other versions of Red which are heroic fantasy. Raven/May and the whole Mother Lover cast exist in this reality as well just for those who are interested.
Universe 2: This universe is stuck in an era much like the late 19-teens and early 1920s but with a bit of a steam-punk influence. This is the universe in which the Red's Journals come from. In this Universe, Red is a fighter pilot who tends to go by Baron as well. With the help of a female doppelganger from another universe (we'll call it universe x) he develops an airship capable of multiversal travel.
Universe 3: This is the universe in which my stalled James/Julie story takes place. In this universe Red goes only by Baron, he is much older and much more eager to kill people. This universe is sort of a dystopian future but technology is almost completely non-existent. I plan on finishing up this story soon, after which, I don't know if we'll here anything else from these guys.
Universe 4: (Coming soon) I haven't created a Red for this universe yet, and may not. It is a completely separate continuity I'm using for a novella I am writing called "the Peculiar Institution" I plan on creating character art, and maybe even story teasers for this work but I'm really going to try and either get it published or self publish and sell it for very cheep. It will be Violent and have moments of light eroticism but nothing overtly adult. If I ever get it published I may post adult fan fics here though.
That is all so far.

Nearly 100 watchers...Contest?
Posted 14 years agoI'm at 94 watchers right now and I feel like doing another contest. I'm going to do three images.
One is for my 100th watcher, anything that the winner wants.
The second prize is for whoever referred my 100th watcher, same type of prize. To win the second prize, the person who gets the 100th watch needs to tell me who referred them once I confirm with them that they won.
The third will be a watcher kiriban, the first person to send me a pic of my page with 100+ watchers wins a pic of a single character.
For my loyal watchers, I'll probably come up with something thanking you all when I reach that number.

The Empire State Building's Dark Secret
Posted 14 years agoI guess I already knew this but on perusing cracked.com this morning I saw an article that reminded me:
The Empire State Building is so tall because it was designed as a mooring place for Zeppelins.
That is all.
This kind of blows my mind because the zeppelin as a useful means of transportation is such a foreign idea in our modern world, yet we have relics of the past such as this to remind us that at one time such fanciful transportation was seen as mankind's bright and shining future.

For each of the first 17 people answering this journal I will put his/her avatar and the 3 submissions I like most from his/her gallery on the list.
IMPORTANT: If you answer, you'll have to do the same in your journal, putting me on the first place, completing the list with 17 other people. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone.

3K Kiriban *****OVER******
Posted 14 years agoBlah blah blah....
THIS CONTEST HAS ENDED*********
I'm nearing 3000 page views and thought this would be a good time to do a Kiriban. No one took me up on the one I did for 1000 hits, so hopefully I'll have some takers here.
Standard rules apply: Comment here with a link to a pic of my page with 3000+ hits. You can comment first and then post the image later.
The winner will receive one free image of their choice, it can be any topic/character but I'm going to limit the total amount of characters in the pic to 3-4 because It would take me forever to draw anymore than that.
Just for your edumacation, repeated are a list of things I will not draw:
Will not draw:
Cub
Scat/Diapers
Sexual Gore (Especially if you mean Al Gore getting boned by Gore Vidal even though there's probably a fan fic in there somewhere. I shudder at the thought.)
Also and finally, my Birthday is coming up on August 19th and the best gift any of you can possibly give me are pics (hopefully including Baron) so if anyone wants to give me a gift for my birthday, I will be eternally grateful.

Mother Lover III is done
Posted 14 years agoSee title.
Sorry to tease you all, but I'm not posting it immediately.
I'm going to start working on a corresponding pic next. I'll probably post the story by itself tomorrow or something, and then hopefully the pic sometime next week.
I really enjoyed writing it, so I hop you all enjoy reading it. It has a bit more plot development than the other two and is 9 pages long, so I hope you'll all hang in there to the end which contains a teaser for the fourth part in the series coming in 2022 or whenever I get around to it (although if I can somehow manage to get over 100 watchers, I'll be more apt to start it sooner so if you like the series tell your friends.)
Also, I'm getting pretty close to 3000 page views, should I do a Kiriban? Would anyone be interested in taking part in it?

I just thought you all should know...
Posted 14 years agoI'm working on the next part of Raven's story. Rather than Mother/Son incest between May and Raven, this one is going to be a few years later when his younger sister has just turned 18 and it's going to be bro/sis and maybe mom's going to get involved too, I'm not certain yet.
I'll probably draw a picture with this one, and then maybe go back and draw a pic for the second part.
Just some other random stuff:
Transformers 3 is still awesome
The Lego series 4 minifigs are f@cking sweet
I just bought a few of the transformers generations toys, Wheeljack (who was always one of my favorite autobots, but I never got an original G1 toy of him) and Thundercracker (goes with my generations Starscream, hopefully they'll release Skywarp soon and I'll have all three seekers.)
I also just bought a Mossberg Tactical .22 which is essentially a 22 caliber AR-15. It's designed to accept all Ar-15 accessories. Since I can never really own an AR here in California, I want to trick this thing out as I would if I had an actual AR. Does anyone know of any awesome accessories for the rails along the barrel?
My car is so close to being up and running that I can hardly wait.
End Transmission.
Transformers 3 (SPOILERS AHOY!)
Posted 14 years agoI liked Transformers three much better than Revenge of the Fallen and was pleasantly surprised by how good it actually is. Then again I went into it with really low expectations. Since I can't decide whether or not it was a good movie, I'm going to make a list of things I liked and things I hated and decide from there:
Also, I saw it in 2D because 3D is a huge waste of money, besides I already have to wear glasses, why would I want to go to a movie and wear another pair of glasses over my glasses.
Once again SPOILER warning
Things I liked:
The Character designs seemed a bit more varied this time around ie: I could actually tell the differences between the Decepticons, at least the important ones. I think soundwave suffers from generi-design but the others were at least recognizable
Shockwave was awesome
Lazerbeak was probably the best character in the film, but also the most horrifying, it's going to be years before I get "hello little girl, is your daddy home?" out of my nightmares.
Soundwave was pretty much a badass too and transformed into a Mercedes SLS, probably one of the most sinister looking cars on the road today.
The entire last hour of the film was pretty awesome except for one thing which I'll get to in a minute
Now a lot of people have complained about whats-her-face outwitting Megatron but it doesn't really bother me, and I liked Megatron shooting Sentinel Prime in the back, it fits his character, and harkens back to the old animated TF movie
Starscream's death: I was really torn up about this at first because the whole situation is just laughable, but then I thought back about the old cartoon, and Starscream was always kind of a bumbler, and what happened in the movie kind of just works.
Thing I didn't Like:
All of the main decepticons are killed by the end, I'm kind of torn on this because it gives the franchise no where to go.
The construction cables, enough said.
Ironhide's death: it's not the death that bothers me but the fact that it happens and everyone just kind of ignores it for the rest of the movie. According to cannon, Ironhide was in the military as it were even before Optimus, and if I remember correctly he even served as a sort of mentor to Optimus.
Finally, Optimus killing an unarmed and wounded Sentinel. This completely violates everything about Optimus Prime from the comics, tv show, and every thing else. Optimus Prime is supposed to be a "high-road" kind of character, and gunning down an unarmed foe that's on the verge of begging for his life is out of character. Also, don't get me started on the whole "we had to let the Decepticons attack Chicago and kill innocent people otherwise you wouldn't believe us" thing.
Overall I'd say the move was good, maybe even better than the first I'll probably give it a solid 8.5/10
It's not as good as it should have been, but it's probably as good as it could have been considering the franchise so far and the huge handicap inherent in being a Michael Bay film.
Until Next time...

Where should Baron go next?
Posted 14 years agoSo I'm now three entries into the little "Baron's Notebook" series. Essentially what is going on now is that he's developed a method of multiversal travel, so he can go any where. I just need ideas of what universes he should go to next. I'm already planning a jaunt into the world of the James/Julie story, and into my more contemporary universe where characters like Raven, May, Kelly, and Kayla reside. But I need some more ideas. The images that I draw with them don't need to contain Baron, maybe they are just depicting some really interesting thing that he witnessed. Baron's journeys can take place in any Rule 34 universe, or even in something of your own creation. I'm looking for ideas of where he should visit next, and maybe even what he should do there. Let me know what you all think in comments or PM.
I0 Things You may not know, perhaps...
Posted 14 years agoThe Rules:
- You must post these rules.
- Each tagged person must post 10 "things you might not know" about themselves on their journal.
- In the post, you have to choose and tag 10 people to do the same thing. (YEAH, I'M NOT GOING TO DO THIS)
- Go to their pages and tell them you tagged them! no tag backs!
1. I wrote a novel that I'm trying to get published
2. I own a 1965 Ford Falcon
3. When I was growing up I had a turtle (someone stole him)
4. I cried when Optimus Prime died in the old animated Transformers movie, and it still makes me tear up a bit.
5. My top most listened to song on my iTunes is "On the Cover of the Rolling Stone" by Dr. Hook and the Medicine show, the next is "Still Alive" by GLaDOS
6. I can make delicious pizza
7. Deadpool is my favorite
8. I'm absolutely terrified of Bees, although I am not allergic to them
9. I live less than twenty miles from the ocean, yet I haven't been to the beach for about 5 years
10. I collect Matchbox cars, and die-cast warbirds too.
On an unrelated note, I was working on a picture of the next member of No Commitment Necessary, a Kangaroo girl that plays drums but my tablet/mouse/photoshop/computer is fighting me for some reason, so you'll all have to wait a little while longer. m'kay?

I'm always open for new Ideas so throw some out there if you have anything.
I just did the most epic thing I have ever done in my life
Posted 14 years agoI have somehow managed to bifurcate a spider with a rolled up magazine. The magazine was in a cylindrical shape and I did not hit the spider with the edge of it but still it cut the poor bugger right in half, sending each half flying in separate directions. It wasn't a splatter, it literally cut the spider in half. Granted the spider was on a corner of a wall (so that's really what happened to it) but still it was pretty awesome.
Also, don't hate me for killing the spider, it was him or me, and he was like an inch long (which is huge for my part of California). I have already made amends with his spirit by promising that I will at some point in time draw a sexy spider girl. There we go, it's a win-win for me and all you all.
