Off-and-on searching for Furcadia Portrait artists. Watching the ones whose styles I like best and who have been active in the past year with Furcadia art submissions here with this account. So far, the people whose styles most closely match what I'd typically seek are Dolly and Moltenchier. Toradoshi seems like an excellent choice for dragon or wolf portraits. Royalty seems to do beautiful work for avian anthros, which I haven't seen often, and would love. The most difficult types to find in the style I'd like best are probably going to be for Kirin, the avians, the reptiles/naga, and the unicorn/horse avatars. Everyone I've seen has done beautiful work. I hope some of the people who have currently closed commissions will open up later.
