Signal boosting for an old friend of mine doing it rough down in Texas.
Mate was doing well down there until Tesla kicked his legs out from under him and his fam with the mass layoff incident, since then he’s struggled to find work and afford rent.
What’s sadder is how tragic it was to see him slowly work his way up to a nice stable job, only for it to disappear and leave him and his family getting evicted due to the poor jobs in his region.
It’s sadder that this is likely a common story you’ll see everywhere from our little Furaffinity corner here to Facebook and Twitter platforms having stories and post like this.
Please give mate a hand here even if it’s just some pocket change, take care and please be safe people!!

Sorry for being so quiet and inactive this year, things been a bit Bla all around for me and thrown me off my game a bit.
It’s funny, this time last year I was watching a flood wash away my fields on the farm. Now they are bone dry and dying from a dry winter drought, going into summer going to be hot and fire hazards are high….. which is kinda mid level around here :/
Anyway sooo I need to say sorry to a lot of people for my lack of art uploads, thing is I do have a lot of drawings to put up but just not motivated to do so or sitting at 80% done.
They’re also a few more fantastic artist here I wanted to do work for but well… I suck at planning an art schedule.
Speaking of schedule, I was suppose to do snektember art this year as a theme!!! Sadly I done like 3 naga pics overall…. A project slashed deep into my time lately.
Hopefully I can have said project done by next month for people to see.
Wish everyone a safe day and take care!

Hiatus Reason
General | Posted 3 years agoFirst up, sorry to everyone for becoming pretty quiet and reclusive on my end these last few weeks.
Reason for my sudden lack of activity can be summed up in three simple words.
Covid, Flooding and Harvest.
Yep I got the feared corona virus at the tail end of October, which left me feeling like crap for a few days and in quarantine. As I was bedridden my region of Australia was decimated by flood water... Not fun waking up to a water view outside your window. The flood was so bad it completely washed away a small-town next door to me and left my community almost completely isolated.
Then lastly as the flood water finally went away, there was a mad dash to prep for this year's harvest, which was delayed by said floodwater, thankfully my farm was far from the flood, so we didn't lose our crop.
As you could expect this kinda left me run down so I haven't had the motivation to really draw lately.
Anyway hope everyone is well and enjoying their December, be safe people!

General | Posted 4 years agoSoo just noticed earlier today that my last Journal was like a year ago..... yikes has it really been that long ago?
Ble, anyway I thought I give a little update on me, my mythical art plans and maybe seeing what 'you' people would like to see more of in my drawings.
Health wise, I have been good... strangely, nothing happening on my end except finally getting lock-down all the way out in my small dustball of a town in Australia outback. The lock down ended a week or two ago, lasted for 3 weeks give or take a few days. In that little 'vaccine craze' in my country I ended up getting fully vaccinated and thankfully haven't had any issues beside sore muscles and being super tired.
I also recently started going back to my paid employment as an technical/research assistant at the agricultural research station in my town... Well it a flashy name but I basically do the boring field work of harvesting and processing samples from various types of crops and pastures to see which variant is more efficient.
On the art side of things well ummm you see.... I kinda all over the place ^.-.^;
As a few people might have noticed I did try 3D modelling earlier in the year, I actually made 3-4 partial models but the issue is I don't have the patience or the focus to work hours on a project like that. I did try but being self taught and easily distracted like a ADHD kid on a sugar high doesn't help. >.-.<
OH that brings me to my drawing! I proud to say I filled out another art book this week, sadly I lost count of which one it was... I have a bookshelf forming of my art books atm errrr heheh. So despite drawing a metric shite load of art, a lot of it is concept sketches, half hearted sketches that end up being torn apart in my bin or just simple incomplete and me lacking the motivation to complete. There many more that I simple haven't posted because I'm unsatisfied with the quality of the piece or wish to change some minor details bla.
Some of you might laugh but a large percent of those are the more mature and Vorish themed drawings I sometimes do, a big issue with those drawings is well... I'm hesitant to draw them due to still living with family, need I say more with NSFW material hehe.
For people who want to 'know' my general upload schedule between Friday to Sunday.
Finally...
What kind of content would some of you like to see more of, I have a few character's, settings and concepts drifting around in my gallery. Finding motivation to work on some of them is hard so every little bit helps people :3.
All that out of the way, I'll end this stupid journal here, don't expect to see another one of these for a while.
I hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe out there, I know some of you are doing it really rough and I hope things get better for you.

General | Posted 5 years agoDecided to finally make an entry thing but only because I want to set a somewhat stable scheduled for uploading art.
Soooo fun fact about my drawing, so far through this year I have actually filled out three 120 paged art books and have almost finished filling out a forth. The reason I don't post all of these drawings is they tend to be a mixture of half hearted attempts, practice sketches or just woefully incomplete drawings that I loose interest in completing...
How much time do I get to draw? A fair bit honestly.
One of my jobs required me to take a mandatory '30min' break once every 2-3 hours or a '1hr' break once every 4 hours. This gives me a bit of time to do some sketching, my other job is as a farm hand on the family property meaning some days I'm up at 5am running around all day busy. Sometimes this means I'm sitting around for 3 hours waiting for the weather conditions to clear up to do particular task.
I've been tryin to upload something every weekend if I remember, I also sporadically upload my 'Late Night Sketches' which is just basically me sitting up till 1am doing random scribbles in my art book when I fail to sleep.
