A little about me
Posted 13 years agoHello most of you are probably curious why it seems like i only started being active a few months ago and it says that i joined about a year ago, there are a few reasons for this the first reason for this is the fact that I was not sure what I was, if I was truly a furry or not, because I always saw myself as some sort of dragon or reptilian creature. I was not sure that i would fit in with everyone else that was on here, I thought that the people who were reptilian in any way were sorta the taboo of this site. Another reason I was not active until a few months ago is because I had no job and therefore no money. It took about a year to truly nail down and solidify my 'sona all of you know now as Red and Auron https://www.furaffinity.net/view/9402801/ you know this one ^.=.^
It all changed when I got my job at a local dollar store and there I met
reocoshin the first furry that I ever met, or that I've ever talked to. He always is awesome and extremely willing to talk about the fandom and taught me all about it. One day I asked him what it meant to be a furry and he pulled out his Ipod and started playing this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vOBQ2Hu26A. The song inspired me to get my 'sona drawn by one of my artist friends and this is what she drew for me http://i.imgur.com/DeWeo.jpg Now I know it ins't the greatest but just imagine a character in your mind finally coming to life on paper, finally being able to see it and say "that came out of my mind" and be proud of it.
I also finally figured out that my character has more meaning than i previously thought, after conversations with my family and several close friends I found out that my 'sona is a personification of my personality, I know that sounds a bit strange but let me explain. The dragon is my main personality with logic and kindness as the dominant traits and the dragon is the overall dominant side of me, however there is an angry side of me ever since i was little my mom saw this and helped me to control my anger, however my anger still can come out and it is usually a strike as quick as a snake that is why I have a snake tail that is my anger personified, however I have greater control of that anger and can usually direct and control it.
Well sorry for getting all psychological but it was just something I had to say.
I actually have a question for all of you reading this what does your sona mean to you does it have a meaning beyond itself? is your sona you? And things of that nature but please answer the question I don't want to feel like im talking to myself.
