Suddenly, an updated and improved version of Redski appears! And yes, he'll be at AC 2013 this year. Should be easy to spot, with the eyes and all.

MFF was wonderful, Redski made a spectacular debut, I had a lot of fun with lots of different people. But...it's almost hard for me to say this, but I do believe it's time for a hiatus. As many of you know I go to LAFF bowling, but due to drama over the last few months I've felt unwelcome and hated. I won't say names, but from what several people have told me, LAFF bowling just doesn't feel right for me anymore. After the last LAFF meet, I broke my badge in half and threw it away. I'll be returning in December with a temp badge, probably "N707 JNP" for a personal reason. I'll have Redski with me, I'll suit for a bit, go to steak and shake, and then I'll be done. To those who I have apparently upset, my apoligies for coming off harsh and rude. I may pop back now and again, but it's doubtful.


I just need some time to think about what the fandom actually means to me.

Sitting in my office today, and suddenly I hear the unmistakable sound of tires screeching, and someone screamed. I go down to the lobby because I was also going to get lunch. I look down the street and I see a Prius taxi, partly on the sidewalk, with the door mirror on the drivers side dangling off. The driver of the cab looked traumatized, and the young lady on the bike, had stood up and was fine. The cyclist ran a red light, and t-boned the side of the Prius. Now I know for a FACT! That cyclists have to obey the traffic laws, and generally a red light means STOP YOU TOOL! But no. She didn't stop and hit a taxi. She then tried to blame the taxi driver. She tried to blame her own stupidity on the taxi driver! Cab drivers are mental, yes, but she ran the red, hit the cab who had a green light, then blamed it on him. The EMS was in attendance, fire, police and EMT. She was FINE. The paramedics checked her over then said she was fine. Then the police wanted a word with her. Hopefully she got her ears chewed off by the cop and a ticket. And the 10 plus people who I were talking about it all said it was her fault and hers alone, and the cabbie was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Ugh. She had no helmet or anything. She's lucky she walked away and wasn't wheeled away, or scraped off the road with a shovel.

Obey the traffic laws for gods sake.

I'm very glad that the general furry public and the general non furry public took so well to my new fursuit from  onai and at LAFF in march, Matchwood will be in an even better state. This month was a test run, to see how well seams and other parts of the body held together while worn for quite some time. To those who found it strange I reviled a suit to the public that still needs some things done to it, think of it as a prototype car at an auto show. It can still be driven and it works but some things will be changed before its released. I had lots of fun suiting in public for the first time and cannot wait to do it again.

Where the fuck did 2011 go? :L

For those who didn't hear, I had cellulitis recently, nasty infection of the skin on my left underarm. Thankfully, it's gone! I can move my left arm now...I can... gyrate in all sorts of directions. The BAD news is.. I'm sick. AGAIN. The usual October curse cold I call it. Happens EVERY year, during the SAME week. It's weird I know. That'll be cleared up by the end of the week hopefully. Uhh...more bittersweet news, many of you might have heard what happened with my sister, thankfully she's getting the help she needs at a social worker. She went to the police because she didn't know what else to do, due to some repressed feelings deep down inside. I'm not going to say much more about that matter for her dignity. But all in all, I think things are picking up a bit. It still sucks massive husky dick, getting sick so often in the fall. It's the allergies that are doing it, I'm trying to keep myself from feeling too down and out.. so if any of you have anything funny to share, can you post it in the comments? As for LAFF this weekend...honestly, I'm hoping for the best, but shit happens. Anyway, thank you for being there for me, i love you all and have a good rest of your day.

Sorry for not updating this account so much, it's just that I've been pretty busy with college, my job, friends, furry stuff and ...all that jazz. But yeah, I'm still alive and well, I'll be at LAFF this weekend. I know I said that hockey practice started that weekend for me, well it got cancelled for...some reason. No idea why, but it sucks balls. I was looking forward to it. But yeah, I'll be at LAFF, and hopefully the weather will be kind temperature wise. Some very interesting things have happened over the past...two months, good and bad. Mostly good. But that's beside the point, and to my friends who I usually hang out with, I'm not ignoring you, I'm just overloaded at the moment with work and all that. And I'm also glad to admit that car troubles are no longer haunting me. The Crown Victoria lives again, but for some reason my airbag light keeps flashing at random. I'm thinking of taking it to a Ford dealer and just have them do a full restoration on it. It needs a new paint job, new brakes (( discs and pads )), new tires, and I'd like to put some nicer wheels on it, or at least get some hubcaps for it. Anyway, I'll see some of you at LAFF this weekend. As always much love to all my friends out there.

Anthrocon was a wonderful con for me. The first few days were a bit rocky, but other than that, it's a wonderful convention. I don't understand though why people say it's gotten too big. From where I was standing, it felt.. like MFF does. I was expecting the convention center to be like traffic in Mumbai, India. But the elevators were... rather crammed to the brim. As many of you know, I was supposed to board an American Airlines ERJ-145 and fly there... mother nature had her period on Chicago that day, all flights from ORD were cancelled. So, I got my bags, got a taxi, went home, loaded up my (( borrowed )) with my bags, plenty of stuff to keep me busy on the trip, I mapquested the route to Pittsburgh (( the sat/nav in the car didn't work )), but stupid me.. I only burnt one CD for the drive. Which wasn't so bad lol. It was a nice drive out to Pittsburgh, I made the trip in seven hours On. The. Dot. Although my ass hurt a lot (( for those of you who don't know, I accidently left the car in Sport mode most of the trip lol )) I still had fun. Meeting all my friends who I wanted to was amazingly fun, and I was loving the madness of it all. It truly is a whole different kind of convention and I'll be returning in 2012. Those furs who are driving from Illinois, we should all meet up, and drive together. Like a caravan, basically.

Oh, and if anybody from Colorado owns a dark gray Subaru Outback, four door, (( I believe I saw a female driver, and there was a fursuit head in the back )) and you saw a silver Mercedes-Benz E 320 go past, that was me.

But please, due to sleep and anxiety related issues I've got;

do not ask for room space. I'm sorry, but I'm just not offering any.

If I had a suite, maybe I would, but these sleep issues stretch back 12 years.

No sleep for me = a very bad anxiety attack (( due to a rocky past with sleep and medication issues x_x ))

Again, I'm sorry, but I cannot and will not offer room space, nor is it available in the first place.
