Ok, I've been toying with this idea a bit because I really wouldlike to keep my original work and base play separate.

I know we have folders, but I'm moderately anal about SOME things and the organization just wasnt enough for me.

ok it is -really- early to be giving specifics.. so I wont ;).

However, I want your feed back on a few things, with the subject matter being breeding/Pet games.


What draws you, what keeps your attention, what parts do you like best, or least? What aspects do you feel are not being met by most the current games of this genre that you would really like to see implemented?

Do you prefer more semi realistic art, cutey art? Maybe a mix of the two?



I want any and all opinions on this subject.
I know my watcher base tends to be on the tame/quiet side, but in this I encourage everyone to participate as much as possible.

Every now and then I feel the need for more hands on work. I made jewelry and it looked nice, but didnt always sell well. I made tombs and they looked pretty damned awesome IMO, but they sold terribly, partly because I was probably asking a lot for them, but man did they take time to do.

I want to try my hand at making posable fantasy stuffy creature things, full furred. Im pretty sure I'll do well with them after a few practice runs. Just have to save up some art moneys so I can grab the materials I need. I think the fur clippers will end up being the most expensive XD.

It will probably be awhile before I can show anyone any progress, but I figure posting about it might actually force me to start making strides to seeing it happen as more than just a passing fancy.


In other news, Dreculi are doing well! I am pleased with this. I will be holding some events for those soon, I just want to make sure we generate a little more interest so we dont get just the people looking for free work. <I never mind free stuff, but I prefer it goes to people willing to invest in the species>
I will probably create a DA group for them once theres a few more out there in the world. This way we can keep track of lineages when it comes to breeding and whatnot.


Let me know what you think about the feral dolls, whether or not you'd consider buying if they look nice, sizes that would interest you ect. The first couple will probably be on the smaller side till Im sure I can make reasonably decent pieces.

Also if someone has a good set of pet clippers, like borderline professional, they would be interested in selling or trading, please let me know. I had a set I sold off awhile back, wishing Id kept it now XD

My bank decided to fuck around a bit and I'm paying for it. I'll take some blame for a portion of it, but the start and continuing snowball is on them and its going to cost me increasing amounts of moola as most banks do, until the hemorrhage is stopped.

In other news, my muse has been waffling a little. I have plenty of half started stuff including a new batch of Dreculi, but can't seem to commit at the moment. I may just take the weekend off and hit it up on monday after the rest, we are dealing with a mild virus that has everyone a little run down so that could be part the culprit. COuld also be because I have been arting non stop for days on end XD

Not tons going on, laptop is finally fixed and working properly. No more browser crashes and thats enough for me to forgive Microsoft of not copping to selling me a used or floor model that came loaded with viruses <they insisted I got them all just by logging into the internet, even though the problems started AS SOON AS I turned the damned thing on>

I do still need a new pen, but priorities seem to keep getting in my way XD.
In October expect a small lull in art for awhile. I'll warn you guys ahead of time. My parents should be coming out to visit for a few weeks and it would probably be good for me to take some time off anyway. Been pushing hard lately.

That said, I still have some eggs left if you were thinking about grabbing one. Theyre a great deal, $40 for a full body anthro and feral. I normally don't charge less than $30 for an original adopt, these guys are coming out really cute too.


I will likely stream with Zephy later, work on egg #3 and maybe some ref sheets for the new Dreculi species.
I know I say this a lot, but I -really- like this species. I will probably make a group for them on DA once I get the ref sheets and lore going. Maybe a couple more art pieces. Finally sitting down at a desk *barf* and working on some due art. I really love arting dragons I need to do more..

My pen is behaving for now, but I totally forgot I was saving for a new one and blew my money on some yard fixtures. XD. Wont take me long to get it back, just not going to over promote the current adopts till all the delays are settled so people don't have to wait extra long for their babs.

I am wrestling with a small issue though. Anyone who talks to me much knows I don't really care for drawing anthro too much, I think its because I don't relate to it on the level a lot of people and furs do? or maybe I just need more practice so it doesn't feel so awkward. I'm MUCH more of a feral inclined artist. I may.. and this is still kina in the air. just not do much anthro art and refer to other artists for collab work. we shall see, but Id really like to focus more on ferals and get a better feel for my own art, I feel like I have been falling behind in terms of personal progress and that is a little frustrating XD.

On the plus!! I bet my laptop will be done tomorrow so I can settle in my normal fashion and get back to serious work. I have some adopts in mind I would love to get done inbetween eggs and some new methods I want to try out

So I got my grubby hands on one of these yesterday and...

I'm about to return the fucking thing.

Its slow, my browser has crashed twice and you cannot customize the buttons on the pen to any hot key <that I can find> which creates some issues with the art aspect. I.E I have to actually erase things instead of clicking undo.

The screen size is really decently sized for a tablet, and the colors are crisp.

But my main issue.. I cannot line on this thing to save my damned life. Fine detail is proving exceedingly difficult, the lines don't always draw in the track I place them, its difficult to get a handle on the pressure for those nice fine points.
Forget coming back to an unfinished line and having it come even remotely close to matching up.

If you paint or sketch line its probably a good device, but trying to fine line just is not happening on this thing.

Id be lieing if I said it was a surprise, the thing is over three years old, and even though I paid an arm and a leg for it, they don't tend to last much past that mark.


As a result I did lose a few adopts that were not sold yet. I'm going to go through them later and see what going to end up just marked down and sold as is.
Until I get a new pc commissions are going to be closed. I may do some art on my husbands desktop here and there, but its going to be slow for awhile.

Sorry there has not been any new art for a few days. I have been semi burnt, partially because Im also working on a big background project, something I never really do and its a learning curve. lol. Im stubbornly trying to work on my detailing rather than just keep it simple XD. I will post a wip later today

They will have elements, talents theyre more adept at with each individual. A feral form they can change into once they have reached a certain skill level, and lunar cycles when their power is at its peek.
