Okay, now that that is out of my system... Hi!
I know I've been more than absent from the site but in all honesty it just doesn't hold the luster it used to anymore. I spend more time on DeviantArt now-a-days since I've not been drawing anything anthro-related. I haven't even drawn that much, I've been having fun with life despite working 40+ hours a week. Not to mention I tour more conventions now with my XS Energy Drink crew. More conventions means at least one new cosplay premiered at each con.
ConNooga saw the premier of Noodle (DARE version) from the band Gorillaz as well as my own desert punk costume thrown together from Noodle's unfinished El Manana outfit. The SEIGE will see the premier of Hanna Falk Cross from the webcomic "Hanna Is Not A Boy's Name". GMX will see another version of Hanna Cross, Amy Pond from Doctor Who, and the possibility of Dr. Girlfriend from The Venture Brothers. Finally, Anime Blast Chattanooga will see The Hitcher from the Mighty Boosh (who was originally for AWA, but that con isn't possible this year due to something more important falling that weekend.)
Needless to say, I've found a new craft in wig styling, makeup, voice acting, and all around cosplaying. I'll try to remember to update this, but my crafts don't fit FA anymore I think. If you want to see me update on here with my non-anthro stuff and cosplays, then please comment below. If not, then you can watch my DeviantArt for my cosplays and drawings. It does get updated much more.

I'm selling XS energy drinks there, as well as cosplaying Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin and a very casual America from Axis Powers/World Series Hetalia. I'll also be running around in the corset I plan on buying with a few friends.
This will be the first Con Nooga, and from the stories I hear about it last year from my boyfriend and all of our friends... This is going to be awesome.

It's December...
Posted 15 years agoAnd BOY has the weather decided to tell me this all of a sudden... It's freaking cold. I'm currently sitting on mine and my boyfriend's bed with his Abbey Road blanket around my shoulders and patiently waiting for his text back while he's at work.
Anywho. I've officially moved out of my dad's house as of the Sunday before Thanksgiving and in with my truly amazing boyfriend. I sleep in the same room as he does, but who's complaining about a cuddle buddy? Not me! I really do love it here. The only tip toe-ing I have to do is when our friend Daniel (who lives here too) is in bed because he's such a light sleeper. Sure, I pay rent and buy my own food, but I was doing that at dad's house already. I do my own laundry, and love doing it because the detergent we have is SO FUCKING AWESOME! (Yes, I am going on about laundry detergent.)
I am so stress free now I feel lighter than a feather. Funny thing is, I'm actually losing weight a bit at a time. Apparently stress can cause one to gain weight, and becoming stress free makes you lose it. I still like being fluffy, though, just no toxic stress fluff like what I'm losing. It's probably also because I've been taking multi-vitamins, fish oil, and glucosamine (my poor ol' knees). The acne on my face is dissipating, and I found a skin refinishing lotion that is actually getting rid of the red puffiness on my face from rosacea.
I'm loving life so much right now. My car is now dubbed the Zombie Mobile after being brought back to life. I live with an amazing man who I am blessed to call my boyfriend. I have friends and family who I know have my back, and I know the ones who called themselves my friends who were trying to drag me down and didn't care what happened.
I guess karma's finally giving me my reward for my good deeds in life.

Remember those emergency commissions I opened up for yesterday/day before that? Well, it's become an ABSOLUTE bad time now.. My car is completely dead now. It will not start worth shit, even with a new battery in it, so it isn't that.
I have no car, my dad told me tonight he was planning on kicking me out by the end of the month because "I don't respect him and treat him like shit". I never even get to talk to the man! Our work schedules are so erratic that we never see each other. I'm sure it hasn't helped that I spend a LOT of time at my boyfriend's house, but I pay dad the rent he charges me and do all of my own stuff here at the house. That includes buying my own food, paying my own bills, doing my own laundry, and doing dishes from time to time.
So, all in all.. My car is dead, my wonderful friends have helped in ways they just don't know, and I'm moving out of my dad's and in with my boyfriend and his house mates. Hopefully my friend can fix it so all I will have to do is pay him, and not have to get a new car right now (will be saving up for it though). I will be updating my commission page here soon with the digital prices. Commissions would still be wonderful, every little bit helps.

Posted 15 years agoI am really short on money this month since my dad has suddenly decided to up my rent more than double what I was paying before, and my car is in desperate need of fixing. Battery keeps dying for no reason and my shocks are gone. Hours being cut at work is not helping my money situation what-so-ever. I'm getting twenty hours a week on a good week and I get paid every two.
I'm taking commissions. Slot limits are disappearing, so I am open for more than my normal three. Anything helps!!
Traditional drawings are still the same prices as before.
Badges: $3-4 depending on complexity and size. Bust or full body.
Pencil Sketches: $5 for one character. $0.50 added on per extra character.
Full Colour: $7 for one character. $1 added on per extra character. This kind of drawing is inked (open for discussion by commissioner), and coloured with watercolour pencils.
Digital drawings prices are here, and this is my first time opening for digital. They are more because of the time it takes to finish them, but detailing is much better than traditional.
Icons: $1 100x100, will have full size and the avatar size.
Badges: $4-5 Bust or full body.
Line Art/Sketch: $7 +$1 per extra character
Full Colour (flat): $10 +$1 per extra character
Full Colour (shading): $12 +$1 per extra character
INFORMATION ON CONTENT: I do not draw porn of any kind, messy babyfurs (with stains on diapers and such, clean is fine), inflation, or hardcore gore (aka entrails and nasty stuff EVERYWHERE). I am not comfortable drawing any of these at all. Please do not ask me to. I am comfortable drawing nudes, but no erections. I do consider a nude with an erection porn, so no trying.
Paypal is my method of payment, and I request it up front. I do still have work and movie shoots at school (got getting paid sadly), so they will be completed in a very reasonable amount of time. If you have a deadline for a commission (say, a birthday or anniversary) tell me and I will get it finished. Traditional drawings will be mailed in a protective sleeve.

I'll be dressing up as Ol' Gregg (the Mighty Boosh) and Abby Law (Sunglass Mafia, a movie made by me and my friends from Video Production). Abby's pretty much just going to be camo pants, black tank top, hair pulled back, sunglasses, and a .45 caliber pistol.

Anime Weekend Atlanta News
Posted 15 years agoThe countdown has started for Anime Weekend Atlanta! 44 more days until that glorious weekend in September surrounded by friends and fellow cosplayers. I'll be offering commissions with my friend

Hopefully, I'll also be entering my Ol' Gregg costume into the cosplay contest. Did I mention tormenting the masses as Ol' Gregg and the Hitcher? Let's see how many people know who the Boosh is, or are just terrified of the characters. Sadly, my Weeping Angel isn't going to be finished in time to be worn, but there is always Con Nooga (a pretty big local con) in February.
I'll be posting pics, of course, and writing a review. I know it's not too furry related, but I can't help but to be excited. I've been told there's a few people who do fursuit at AWA. =3

I got out of work tonight with my friend emimongoose and was going to take her home. We're talking about the Mighty Boosh and crimping all the way to the car. Well, I got inside and looked up at the windshield. There, trapped under my windshield wiper, is a piece of paper. At first I thought it was an advertisement, but I looked at it closer...
There in big FREAKING letters is "THE GAME" written on the piece of paper.
There was a momentary pause as it sunk in, then the "WHAT THE FUCK?!"-ing, and "WHO IN THE HELL DID THIS?!"-ing ensued. emimongoose is laughing at me the entire time. I grabbed the piece of paper and looked at it to see if there was a signature. Sadly there wasn't, but I have a damn good idea who it was. My boyfriend was the only person who knew I worked until eleven tonight, and would have the gall to do it. I texted him and he acted innocent, which just means I get to pop him in the arm next time we see each other. Not to mention emimongoose gave me the idea to get him back. =3
Yep. That's my story. XDD I just thought I would tell you guys and see what you thought, because it's just too funny not to share.

Posted 15 years agoI was wondering if anyone would be interested in one if I offered to start doing them. I've been playing with SAI for about a month and I figured with the compliments I get from people that I should at least throw the suggestion out there.
A rough sketch would be the same price as a pencil sketch, $5 for one character, full body and +$0.50 for every extra.
A full blown coloured pic would be $7 for one, full body with a very basic background, +$1 for every extra character. Complex backgrounds would be a little more on the coloured pics, but no more than one or two dollars extra.
Badges would be the same price.
Anyone up for $2 still icons as well?
Just throwing it out there to see how people react. ^^
