So I just inherited a species I absolutely love

They are called Hoshikos I got them when I purchased their suit from them and they gave me ownership of the species ^_^ you will be seeing me post a lot more but here’s some lore that I created for them

So, lore so far:

Ancient Origins
Following a devastating civil war amongst their race, Ebony and Emerald were the last two remaining Hoshiko Beasts. They bonded together to try and keep their species alive, and had two children, Amethyst and Ivory. Amethyst was the very first of the new line of Hoshiko Beasts to be born with the genetic defect of having a non-binary gender. She was both female and male. Her younger brother Ivory was born purely male. Amethyst's unique gender would be passed down generation to generation, resulting in the very large gender diversity seen in Hoshiko Beasts today.

Amethyst and Ivory were given collars that could track their locations so that Ebony and Emerald could watch over them. All future generations of Hoshiko Beasts wear collars somewhere on their bodies in remembrance and respect for their ancient ancestors who saved the species.

Due to the nature of rebuilding a species from only two individuals, Ebony and her daughter Amethyst each would bear several more generations of Hoshiko beasts, fathered by Emerald, Ivory, or Amethyst or any future offspring.

Hoshiko Beasts had resilient DNA that degraded only in a very specific manner even with all the inbreeding: Each newer generation would grow to be less large as an adult than the last generation. This eventually would round off at about humanoid size, with the largest Hoshiko Beasts growing to about 7 feet tall, and the shortest around 4 feet tall.

At the time of the war that wiped out the Hoshiko species, Ebony and Emerald were each just past the age of sexual maturity, which is around 50 years old. They would each live to about 1,300 years old before dying from old age. This was within the expected lifespan of the original race of Hoshiko Beasts.

Modern Day
Along with the increase in gender diversity and decrease in height throughout the future generations of Hoshiko Beasts, future generations also would have shorter lifespans. Some 6,000 years after the Extinction War, Hoshiko Beasts live to be around 200 years old at the oldest, with a sexual maturity age of 20.

All Hoshiko beasts are born with one eye that is a shade of green. The other eye can be a variety of colors, ranging from bright blue to deep red to a pleasant brown. Both eyes will never be the same color. This quirk has existed since even before Ebony and Emerald began the new Hoshiko Beast race. Many Hoshiko Beasts will wear colored contact lenses to change their eye color if they wish to.

Hoshiko beasts have a large variety of shapes, styles, sizes, and numbers of pointy horns on their heads and tails. While some may not have any horns on their tails, all have at least one pair of horns on their head. Male Hoshiko Beasts tend to have longer, thicker, and more extravagant horns on their heads, and in greater numbers than females do. Female Hoshiko beasts usually have no more than two pairs of small horns. The spectrum of intersex hoshiko beasts tend to have horn shapes and numbers that fall between the male and female norms.

Edit: if you want to make a hoshiko for yourself ask me ^_^ I need more and have a specific artist who makes them perfect every time ^_^ each hoshiko I will pay for a ref sheet for them ^_^

I had an amazing time at IFC this year it was awesome I met so many new people made a lot of new friends the hotel was awesome as well the people were nice and I even met one of the room service people that actually had worked at the year one hotel. I will try to post pictures that I took soon I don't have much because there was so much to do. next years theme is amazing I already know what I'm gonna bring next year to the con ^_^. Also if any of you who went to IFC have pics of me in my dragon suit please send me links ^_^ thank you

So I recently got an xbox one and I am loving it also I got some new nerf guns for IFC this year *grins* I got my very own nerf Titan to bring with addition to it's other piece. I also have some new rc tanks they are IR battle tanks so that's fun ^_^. I still have pictures from Mff to post if I could find my camera I'd post them*grrrrrrr* I'm such a derp sometimes and if I have you or someone you knew a dragon ball at Mff last year please message me the number on the dragon ball

Then I'll be one more year older

So I had a great time going to Mff for the very first time I met lots of great people and made some new friends and got a lot of cool pics I also went around and handed out 7 dragon balls if you got one from me keep it. I was so excited to meet my favorite macro wolf Rogue and was happy he liked my rc car.

I definatly plan on attending MFF next year as well as a few other cons

I'm so exited for next week this will be my first time attending I hope to get lots of pics and meet lots of new people ^_^
