By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
I retain the right to terminate an order if the commissioner violates these terms.
PAYMENT
- Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
- I accept USD (or EUR equivalent on request).
- Commissions must be paid 100% upfront, unless otherwise discussed.
- I will begin the sketch after receiving at least 50% of the payment, and continue with coloring/shading once the full amount is paid.
- The first payment must be made within 48 hours of claiming a slot.
- I do not accept deadlines of any kind.
- Tips are appreciated but never required and do not include extra work.
- Chargebacks result in an automatic permanent blacklist and a public beware notice.
WILL / WON’T DRAW
WILL DRAW:
Furry/anthro characters (OCs or fan art), all genders/orientations, SFW to NSFW content, artistic nudity, sexually suggestive themes, and various kinks (BDSM, paw/foot fetish, tentacles, etc. within reason).
Any species or realistic body type.
Alternative versions of the same piece (extra fees apply).
WON’T DRAW:
Humans, humanoids, ferals, imitation of other artists’ styles, illegal or extreme fetishes (vore, inflation, gore, underage, loli, diapers/scat, vomit, hyper proportions, etc).
NSFW featuring my sona with yours (some of my OCs may be exceptions — ask first).
I’m happy to work with artistic freedom, but feel free to share your own ideas!
RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT
I reserve the right to refuse any commission and to post your artwork to my own galleries and portfolios.
You may post, crop, or print your commissioned art anywhere — just credit me and link back to my page.
The copyright of the final image remains with me.
You may use the artwork for non-commercial purposes only.
You are not allowed to edit, recolor, or alter the artwork in any way.
Violating these terms will result in blacklisting and public notice.
GENERAL & WORKFLOW
- I do Digital commissions only.
- You must be 18+ to commission me, especially for NSFW art.
- NSFW commissions imply that all depicted characters are 18 or older.
- I may adjust colors or markings to suit composition and style.
- You’ll receive a sketch for approval (up to 2 major edits allowed).
- After sketch approval, I’ll only correct my own mistakes.
- Turnaround time: 2–31 days, depending on complexity and queue.
- Reference art or a ref sheet is required.
- If you provide stolen or unauthorized character art, you are responsible.
- Declined sketches may be repurposed by me.
- Finished pieces are delivered as high-resolution files.
- Files may be deleted or archived after 6 months, so please back up your art.
REFUNDS
- Cancellations before payment are fine — please communicate clearly.
- Cancellations during the sketch phase will be refunded minus time spent.
- No refunds after sketch approval.
- If I cancel for personal reasons, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Financial mismanagement (e.g., “I can’t afford it anymore”) may result in blacklisting.
- Be patient — polite check-ins are fine, harassment is not.
AUCTIONS
- Follow the specific auction rules listed per post.
- Do not retract bids; doing so may result in a ban.
- Winners have 48 hours to pay after notification.
- I reserve the right to cancel, extend, or restart auctions at my discretion.
- In the event the winner breaks the rules/retracts their bid/ is banned/ fails to pay I will ask the second highest bidder if they would like to purchase the submissions at their last bid price, which they may decline
RIGHTS (CLIENT & ARTIST)
You may use your commissioned art however you wish — crop, upload, print, or gift — as long as it’s not used for AI, NFTs, or commercial products.
Your characters remain yours, but my artwork itself may not be used for any AI training or machine learning purposes.
I reserve the right to display commissions in my portfolio, galleries, and promotional materials.
Private commissions must be requested upfront and may include an additional fee.
For adopts: once payment is received, the character is fully yours. Small edits after purchase may incur a fee.
AI USE
My artwork — including commissions and personal pieces — may not be used for AI training, image generation, or dataset creation of any kind, even if it depicts your character.
Uploading my work to any site or service that uses images for AI is strictly forbidden.
If I find my art used for AI or machine learning purposes, the party involved will be permanently blacklisted, and I reserve the right to pursue further action as I deem appropriate.
TL;DR: Do not use my art for AI — ever. You’ll be blacklisted immediately.
