Thought I'd post this early in case I forget lol. I'll be heading out of town on the 27th to go visit my dad to celebrate mine and his birthdays and I won't be driving back until Sunday. Then Monday the 30th will be my birthday so I don't think I'll be at my computer then which means I won't be able to work for about 4 days Σ(꒪◊꒪ )!

Just wanted to give a heads up for people waiting for commissions. I'll be working this week and I'll try to finish as much as I can before I go.

So we had an interesting day yesterday lol. My bf's car engine blew up when we got in it to go to the store. http://tinypic.com/r/2n0j0u8/9 The explosion was so loud that it set off our roommate's car alarm and made a bunch of our neighbors come outside to see wtf was going on. Needless to say, after just dumping 1300$ into it to fix a bunch of shit, Dew was pretty down about it. And then later we found out from a friend that the explosion could have easily hurt or killed me or Dew ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LV7Xa3yk1UY ) SO we just took the rest of the night off and kinda relaxed together and played games to try and take our mind off it lol.

But that aside, I've also been strangely tired lately. I'm really not sure why. I'm only assuming it's been because of the sudden change in weather? It was in the 20s like about a week ago and now it's suddenly near pushing 80 degrees (aaah, texas weather.) So I'm not sure. I'm getting cranky cause I know I'm getting plenty of sleep but I'll still hit a slump around the evening and have to get off my computer to take a nap. Shit sucks.

The sketches are almost done, I only have two more to go. They should've been done by now but given the circumstances with the exploding car and me being balls tired, they might take another day or so e,e I'm expecting to open for 5 more on Sunday or Monday. We'll have to see @u@

Oh also, I'm putting together a HYPER art portfolio. I'm hoping to have it posted sometime tomorrow but I'm not sure. The cover is taking me a bit to figure out lol. I wanna make sure it's still G-PG for cons but it's a lil difficult to do that with the hyper theme. I may have to just draw something new entirely for it instead of using an older piece like I have in the past.

Anyways, I just wanted to give a quick update to people who may be waiting for work. I know it's not an excuse at all but I appreciate everyone's patience with me ;u;

I'm putting together some art packs and as a courtesy I'm asking if anyone would NOT like their commissions to be put in the art packs. Some of the folios I'm putting together are a 2014-2015 art pack, a fat compilation, a hyper compilation and a pokemon compilation.

Sorry about going silent for the past couple days, my dad went to the hospital Wednesday night with symptoms of a stroke. He had to be moved up to our city on Thursday morning since we have larger facilities here. He's doing better and I'll probably be taking him home Sunday but given the whole situation I didn't do any work yesterday and I ended up staying offline for about 24 hours.

I’m asking because I’m currently trying to save for a new PC build because my current one is slowly dying.
