Well, it's been almost a year since I've last been on here. A lot has happened since then.
I am now in the process of actually establishing a brand I guess you could say. I'm not entirely sure if it matches just being an artist. Normally a brand would be associated with clothes or something.
But I feel that I could really make a name for myself so maybe I should make it memorable.
Tonic Onyx is what I'll be working under. So... I guess it would go: Tonic Onyx - art by Chelsea Collins
It took a while to come up with the name. In short it means art invigorates good vibes, enlightenment, and positive healing energy.
I've always thought of art as a way of calming the mind and inspiring creativity. I wanted the name to bring forth that feeling and become something to remember.
I want to keep my dream alive of becoming a successful artist. I know it's tough in this day and age, with money being so hard to hold onto.
But I am going to try to stay committed and bring out the best in me and make my name heard! :)It's Been a Long Time
Posted 9 years agoHello, It's been years, literally cause when I was updating my info and my age was at 24... I'm 27 now.
So, I've been away for probably a lot of reasons. I'll break it down very simply.
-work
-school
-bad seizure
-out of school
-work
-moving to our first home
-more work
-a second job
-eating and sleeping
It's hard for me to make time to draw and what-not. I am trying to get back into it as I have lost touch with my artsy side. It saddens me. So, I'm back and hopefully to stay.
Oh, and thank you to all that have stuck by me. :)
