I have a tough time mentally and selling adopts right now but, I decided to part with points options starting now.

I didn't mind points, because the artist I liked still used points options, but since those people stopped accepting points I don't really have a reason to accept points and no way of using them. (I'm even debating and thinking of leaving the adopt community but, not sure yet with this one, I wanted to try to make it work 2025 and decide on the end of the year how I feel about it).

Thanks for anybody who paid with points so far, but I really don't see the point anymore and don't want to support deviantart too much due to the AI artwork on this site.

I sometimes do redesign / art for designs I got and then rehome, BUT please don't just go and make them two different character. Please note me and we can discuss if it's fine seperating them. I'm also not fine with treating my design just as extra artwork of an already existing character or an alternative form, sorry.


- First of all some of them look too similiar, easy as that, so I don't think it would be fair for the original creator to treat them as two characters.


- Second sometimes TOS of creator are against this.


- Third I would prefer to give my ok if the redesign is different enough and in some cases I feel like we should contact the original creator of the design too.


I was very lenient with this so far, but I won't be anymore I will decline any transfer without me contacting first asking if it's okay to seperate. I changed my TOS to include these rules.
(This is more a problem on toyhou.se but I feel like I should be transparant here too, when I change my TOS).

GENERAL
~ Redesigns are fine as long, as they don't stray too much of the original. Species change and different forms (humanoid, feral, furry).
~ I would prefer if you could keep the artwork / design of me in the gallery, even if you decide to redesign them.
~ Please don't make commercial use of the adopts. (Breedables, ych, 3d models, etc.).
~ Please don't make my adopts or designs into closed / open species.
~ Mention me please as the designer if you upload or draw them.
~ I can for any reason decide to not sell you an adopt.
~ You will get the unwatermarked version, but be sure to save them (for example on an usb drive)! I delete my files on my laptop regulary.
~ First come, first serve.
~ Don't ask me to change creator / designer (on toyhou.se) and don't use my design as extra artwork / alternative form for a character.
~ Don't seperate redesign I made or artwork, from the original design without asking me first! I will decline any transfer without consulting me ( I need to verify if the redesign is different enough from the design and if it's allowed within the TOSof the original creator and so on).

PAYMENT
~ Be exact about wanting to buying adopts and if they come with names / numbers please use those.
~ State your payment method (points, paypal, in rare occassion I accept steam game keys of my chosen games).
~ No refunds.
~ Backing out will lead you to be blocked.
~ Wait for my ok to sent the points / money ALWAYS and please always sent the points to my main Kyuuru (DeviantArt).
~After 24h I will ask you if you still interested in the adopt and give you another 24h to response. After 48h your offer is invalid and will be deleted.
~ Bid in chain on auctions.

OTA
~ Offer reasonable please and be exact about your offer!
~ Edit your comment if you like to raise your offer.
~ For art or design offer you have one month to get it done, I will contact you then.
~ If I feel like being ignored in a trade, when asking how the art is doing, I will cancel the trade.
~After 24h I will ask you if you still interested in the adopt and give you another 24h to response. After 48h your offer is invalid and will be deleted.

REHOMING ADOPTS
~ If you bought the design you can sell, gift or trade them.
~ If you trade it, you can trade and gift the design.
~ If you get it for free you can only gift it, I can change the settings to retradable IF the freebie got a lot of artwork.
~ Please don't resell my adopts, for higher than you bought, always same price if you didn't include any artwork.
~ No rehoming duplicate of the adopt / second colorpalettes please treat them as one character if you are rehoming them.

Breaking any rules will give you a warning and if you break the rules another time I will block you, no longer doing business with you.
