In Need of Financial Help!
Posted 10 years agoSo the last paycheck we were hoping to get from our jobs never came through. Even though that had been approved through corporate... it's a mess. It's put us behind on payment for our bills. We've sold through all the items we can sell through and we've come to a stalemate.
Needing help desperately! So I've got commissions open! Donations welcome! Please spread the word if you can!
$210 is needed to pay for the two weeks of Rent-A-Center. If it isn't paid by this Friday we will be not only losing our bed but also my laptop in which I am able to work on. We're able to swing rent for a bit since we live with my family so we're good on that. Luckily we bought huge bags of dog food before the job situation changed, so Eevee is taken care of. It's just making sure we don't lose our bed and my means of doing commissions.

If you are waiting for some art that I owe or any prizes it may take me a bit. My dog once again ate my wacom pen and so all three tablets that I do have are awaiting until I get a replacement for at least one. =>.<= It's very very frustrating!! I love my dog to death but this is the third time! :< So I'm sorry in advance for those that have been waiting and are still waiting.... please bare with me.

Issues - HELP?!
Posted 12 years agoMy day has gone awry since 8 this morning. Found out the guy who drove off with my brother's jeep was not only drinking while driving, he hit my car on the way out! Passenger headlight cover is broken and the hood is dented up, I'm afraid to even open it to since I don't know if I'll be able to close it.
In other news, my paycheck from the 29th is going to take a couple more days to get here. Meaning James and I are butt broke until that check clears in to our bank account. I found it odd that my checks from Hobbs cleared in to the Wal-Mart card even with out my name being on it but this check won't because my name is not on the account. Great annoyance considering I'm hovering about E with two closing shifts and two opening shifts ahead of me.
I'm freaking out quite a bit. Quite a bit.
I may need some help here. We're struggling as it is and if I run out of gas I can't get to work. Not even a bus ticket can be afforded with no money to speak of. Any commissions or donations are welcomed!! We would greatly appreciate the help.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!!!
Posted 13 years agoOkay, so I got a new job today working at the local Newspaper here in the town I'm in. Pretty much work from early afternoon from anytime between 1-4 a.m. meaning my hours are shot. I get two days off, though this week I'll only have one.
During those two days that I have off I will do my best to catch up with commissions and other things that I need to get to people. I'm sorry it's taking me so long to do them, but I needed to get this job to help with our bills and everything else. One paycheck between the two of us was kind of killing us. :<
So with that said, if I owe you ANY artwork, please hold on a little longer. I promise to get my butt in gear to get them to you. =;___;= If all goes well I'll be upgrading to hopefully a desktop by this Christmas and possibly even a better tablet to draw with. =^-^= More fun times!! :D

VACATION!!!
Posted 13 years agoOkay, needed to let everyone know that tomorrow I will be packing for my vacation. I will be out of town and away from my computer until Sunday or Monday so I won't be able to get any arts and stuff done until after I get back. Once I get back I'll try to get as many things as I can get done and I've been given a deadline for one of my mangas of two months so I've got to get A LOT of work on that done..... busy busy busy.

*Straps on hachimaki to forehead* OKAY! So I'm going to be doing as much catching up as I can even if it means no sleep! I'm going to be trying to get all of the back logs cleared out so I can open myself for more paid commissions. I'm trying to save up for Clan (a huge event every year for Amtgard where everyone all over comes down to have fun for a week) so that way my fiance and I will feel a lot better going and don't have to worry so much about being a burden or not having money to help pay for things! :>
I think I need to go get a few monsters or red bull.... this is going to be fun. =@.@= And on that note, if you know anyone that wants something commissioned and for a reasonable price (I'm pretty cheap.... been told to raise my prices, but with the economy the way it is I don't want to be ridiculous.... this is my passion and I have a hard time putting price tags on it =>.<=) send them my way!!

Posted 13 years agoStill unable to find a job, so art is my job. I'm in desperate need of commissions. I'm unable to get an ID because they will not take the birth certificate I have.... so I have to save up at least $40 to get the money for everything I need including the ID.

Some bad luck has come my way and I'm unable to get a job until certain things are paid off that will allow me to get the proper materials to be able to work again.

Posted 13 years agoI caught one hell of a cold. I think it was a strand that I haven't had before because man it has kicked my ass. :< Coughing a lot = my asthma kicks in. On top of which the nausea and dizziness likes to play hell on me. Sitting up and standing up for too long has equaled a not go so I'm a bit slow on the art. I promise to my commissioners and requests that I am working on getting them done it's just taking me a lot longer since every so often I have to lay down to calm the dizzy spells I get. The worst of it's over it's just getting through the last little bit of the cold. =>.<= Hope to be back in tip top shape again soon!
