Wow my journals are so infrequent
Posted 8 years agoWell its been 3 years since my last journal according to furaffinity... I don't know where I should start... I've been wanting to keep a semi frequent log about what is going on in my life, and I find it easier to record things here. My life has been quite a sporadic mess the past couple of years. After being discharged from the Navy (honorably of course) I found myself working at a junkyard answering phones and driving a tow truck. It was actually a nice outlet for me, as I had started working on a 1973 Ford Gran Torino and bartering for parts and knowledge is almost a spiritual experience. After spending a year dodging tetanus, and developing an ulcer from stress I quit, and consolidated most of my earthly possessions into a dilapidated motor-home from the late 70's. I drove it and my car out to my parents place, and started designing a yurt to go put out in the woods and become a hermit. I built the yurt on my parent's land only intending to keep it up for about a week, but it turned out to be so neat that I ended up moving out of the motor-home right away. My yurt had no foundation underneath it, just bare earth and grass, which turns out to be a very neat way to live. I felt like some sort of druid, or a hobbit in his hole. I stayed in the yurt for the spring, summer, and part of fall of 2016, until I moved to Oregon with my now owner. I moved to Oregon, enrolled in college for the second time in my life, and became collared to my new owner.
I really need to update my journals more often.
Posted 12 years agoWell I've been in the navy for just over a year now, left Great lakes 7 months ago, and moved to the beautiful city of San Diego. I'm no longer a Seaman, but am now a Fireman. I hate living on a ship, but I only have three more years left until I can live wherever I want, and party to my hearts content(or limit).
I'm a Seaman
Posted 13 years agoSo, if anyone is actually reading this then, nine weeks ago I joined the US Navy! Then I graduated; Now I am in "A" School. I am going to be in Great lakes Illinois, for the next 25 weeks (as if nine wasn't bad enough).
I can't stand the wait
Posted 14 years agoI have two more excruciating weeks until I return to college from a year long break. Although I have missed college life, living on the road has been amazing. Going from town to town making friends, viewing the scenic vistas of the northwest, and never living with regret. Next time I travel I hope its overseas, I would love to visit my friends in London.
New Life
Posted 15 years agoFinally decided to make a fursona for myself, in response to the opportunities unfolding before me.
