I think I'm going to go through some of my really really old art and redraw it - I had a lot of fun doing that with the Xuxa piece!

Ooh, what if I went waaay back to the very first iterations of my fursona and redrew all of her designs, then redesigned her??

I've been thinking about getting back into furry art. ^^; It's been a long time.

So what sort of payment options do commissioners use these days? I'm looking at reopening commissions, likely next year or the end of this year.

I know Paypal doesn't allow NSFW commissions to be paid with it—are there some alternatives out there that do allow NSFW work sales?

I have been gone for a while, but I am back.

University followed by full time work made me stop drawing for a few years, I'm finally getting back into it, sorting out a work/life balance that lets me do the things I love.

Thank you, NaNoWriMo. I promised myself I would write, and instead I started drawing up a storm? I failed NaNo, but I won in the end.

I am currently working on a personal piece as well as another awesome commission of Caela. I feel like every time I draw that engineer it just gets better and better. I need to remember to do some warmup doodles and other such things to share here!

In my personal life, I'm officially back on the healthy living and weight loss life style, wish me luck! I've lost 8 pounds so far and am working closely with my nutritionist to make sure I do it as safely and healthily as possible.

Somewhere along the way, I got it into my head that I should only upload complete, finished works. I'm not entirely sure when this crept into my life, but it did. I stopped uploading as often as I used to. I stopped getting feedback on my work, and I stopped feeling that connection I used to feel with the people who viewed it.

I used to upload everything. Doodles, scribbles, things I giggled over. But now I feel a certain amount of shame attached to a piece if it doesn't meet a certain quality standard. I feel like I'm embarrassing myself, or letting myself down.

But lately, I've realized I've been drawing less and less than I ever did. Eleven years ago, I was at my most active with my art galleries. I uploaded nearly daily. I commented and had conversations. The less I share, the less I do. The less I do, the worse I feel.

What if I let go? What if I shared more, and more often? What if I went back to posting up the random doodles, the things that in the past would never have seen the light of day - possibly wouldn't have even been saved?

Let's find out.

Today, my computer's cooling system finally gave up the ghost after nearly a week of flirting with its own demise (the cpu pump kept failing). LUCKILY I extended the warranty the last time I needed service, so I'm getting a new cooling system for no additional charge. Just gotta wait for the part to arrive and the repair guy to call. Should be the start of next week.

I currently have a small backlog of commissions from this sale that has slowed down exponentially due to school. If you've already contacted me, you're good. Everyone else, sorry!

I will not be taking on new commissions until I have completed my queue, and when they reopen prices will be raised and slots limited due to much tighter time restrictions.

Simple color will range from flat colors to shaded, depending on the content of the piece and what I would like to do with it. Simple color only guarantees flats.

Complicated armor will cost extra, depending on how complicated it is. It can as much as double the price.

I will draw anything from G rated to XXX (with a short list of things I am uncomfortable drawing, just ask!).
