Theres an impersonator of me!
Posted 6 years agoSo just letting people know, but it was brought to my attention that theres an F-list account impersonating me, which has been reported so will hopefully get dealt with, but the user also has a Discord impersonating me.
Rift#3345 is NOT me!
Please don't go harassing this person, but I just want abyone to be aware that is not me on Discord, I do have a Discord of my own but I won't be displaying my number here.

New FA site design thoughts
Posted 6 years agoAt first I didn't know what to make of this new site design, change with sites can often be a pain, especially learning the new layout, and with my poor eyesight that can be a huge issue. However this site design really is a massive improvement, especially when it comes to uploading art!
A huge reason why I have not been uploading so much as I used to has been my sight getting worse and navigating the drop down boxes and writing a description being difficult due to the white background, but now with the new layout the dark mode has made even those become dark and so much easier for me to see! So I am feeling so much more motivated to post art since now I can actually see what I am typing in places like for this gernal and what I am selecting in drop down boxes, no joke for the past uyear I was GUESSING when it came to selecting things like art type and genre! It was more just muscle memory.
What is still causing a hit to my motivation to post art is that having to go into paint to shrink down the file sizes is still me dealing with white backgrounds and text boxes, so it is a lot of trial and error getting to the "re-size" tab on paint and then getting the pixels to be the right size.
I will say I do miss one thign witht he old site design, when it would show you a big version of what artwork you hovered your mouse over when you were on someones profile page, but thats a small thing really, I can't fault how helpful this new site design is for someone like me, and I REALLY wish more sites would have dark modes invert all the white backgrounds and text boxes, as those sting mt eyes now and are literaly impossible for me to read text on.
