Commission/In General Update

Hope your new years was a good one, and that the new year is treating you guys well. I've got some updates for ya'll for this upcoming year.
The last remaining people who have inquired about the holiday sale I had going on all throughout December, do not fear! I will be taking on most if not all of you even if it is past the end date for the sale. It'll take some time to get you queued but I will need to get info if I haven't already to invoice you. Otherwise THE SALE IS OVERRR.
Not a problem however as I have many other offers you can look at HERE. Commissions open 24/7. I have also written up a TOS for commissions! Please take a gander HERE before discussing with me.
I will be putting up the recent queue soon.
I've also been thinking of making a regularly scheduled stream again, but we'll have to see how my schedule looks before I consider. Thank you all!

Commission Terms of Service 2025

Thank you so much for showing interest in my art and getting a commission! It means the world to me that you'd want to do such a thing, as this is a lifelong passion of mine!
Now, onward to the TOS!
My commissions are pay in full, up front. On the rare occasion, I will offer partial payment. (USD)
My commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
I send invoices for payment.
As to how long a commission may take, unless a noted due date is specified (ie. birthday), rough estimate is a couple days, two weeks, or potentially a month. If I have not gotten back to you within a month about any updates, feel free to contact me!
Please be patient with me and do not be disrespectful. I, the artist have every right to deny a commission I feel I cannot take, or if you conduct yourself an unprofessional manner. Thank you!
Visual references required. I will take descriptions, but cannot always rely on them, nor do I wish to read a books worth of information. This will provide me with an idea of whether you will receive the regular rate, or will have extra detail feels added to your final payment.
Edits made during commission process: You have up to two free edits before $10/edit is applied. Please be as clear and definite as you can, but I don’t mind discussing throughout!
NFTs?
I do not give any form of permission for my art to be NFTs, nor do I give anyone else the permission to make NFTs of my art. I will not be investing/posting or be affiliated with that at ALL. Any inquiries as such will be blocked.
What is your policy on getting edits on a piece I bought?
If by some chance I missed a few details on a character (markings, accessories, etc) I do not mind doing a quick edit. Change in poses is an intermediate change I don’t mind doing either. As far as more than one change on a larger scale (such as group changes, background/setting changes) I will request an estimated fee to make such changes. Fee amounts vary between pieces.
How many pieces of art can I get from you at a time?
I’ve found that as determined as I can be in doing art commission bundles, I want to limit myself as to not OVERLOAD myself. You can commission a maximum of three images at a time from me. Keep note that this may take me longer than one piece requested would.
What is your policy on reposting?
I do not mind anyone reposting work I did for them as you ASK and proper credits are made. Linking back is a plus as well! I will also mention I’m totally cool with you printing out the piece for personal use. Do not redistribute the work for selling purposes.

Minor Update
Posted 9 years agoJust letting all of you know that this weekend so far I've taken some time to myself for the holidays, but come monday I'll be back on the work train. I've got a lil backlog of commissions to finish before I take on any new ones, but do not fret those who've contacted me. Hmmmm....gumroad may be an issue
Posted 9 years agoEDIT: Thank you for the help guys! I'm gonna go ahead and see how well itch.io works for these, so now the poke-pinups are available on itch.io!
Though I can sell on it, it has been brought to my attention that adult content could be at risk. Even if I'll probably keep the poke-pinup packs relatively clean (even in nudity) I don't want to suddenly be at risk because of the content.
Does anyone know of a similar upload place that does not mind adult content uploaded? Cuz I don't want to get too far into this and suddenly run into an issue. Please let me know folks!

Posted 9 years agoHey folks. As you know I've been a very, very busy person trying to get through this LARGE QUEUE of commissions. Thank you to everyone who's been continually commissioning me over the past couple months especially. You've been a big help in getting me to my regular ol days so I can pay my rent and any other bills I need to cover.
Okay...here's the reason I'm making this update.
Firstly I do apologize for how slow I've been on work, but I have also been busy trying to sort out this mess of a house. I've also been working tirelessly on other things to offer BECAUSE:
In short, when I paid the down payment on our new place, I was able to put down a good chunk, with a small $500 being waived for a small period until Dec 31 2016. I'm really, really in need of making not only that, but money for next months rent. It wouldn't feel so bad, but that's still another final stretch I gotta make before I can feel like shit's back to normal. We're actually close to having the $500, but at the same time...there's the worry of making rent in case income somehow falls short due to the upcoming holidays.
SO....that was not short at all BUT - if you guys don't mind the wait I will extend the holiday commissions past December and into halfway of January. I would also very much appreciate if you considered any of my many commission offers such as TFTG commissions, Gene Pops, and general commissions.
If you have NO clue on what to get but would like to pitch money towards us getting over this final hump, do feel free to buy me a coffee! It's a nice lil tip that shows thanks and helps support us as artists to continue doing what we do, and for me to continue doing what I do.
I'm doing my best not to be stressed over this but ya know, it can be difficult after working my ass off trying to get this place, right?

I'll probably be having a work stream tomorrow, hopefully around the time I wake up (usually 11am PST) so I can get some work done. Not only that but also my cheapie commissions (amongst others) will be available in stream as well! Keep an eye out!

Firstly I do apologize to anyone who gets confused about my queue and don't see your name, I do have a queue document offline that I keep track of ALL my commissioners. It's just alot to balance for me is all and sometimes I forget.
NOW - GENE POPS. Technically I won't be working on them until before or starting NOV 1ST, but you can start to pre-order them NOW! They will be available all of November, and maybe even December depending.
DON'T FORGET - IMP MONTH WILL BE ENDING ON THE 31ST OF OCTOBER, SO IF YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN A COMMISSION OF THAT SORT AND WOULD LIKE ONE, PM ME ASAP!
