Back on FA again!
Posted 5 months agoHello everyone! I am back on FA again, after being relatively quiet for a while. Commissions will remain closed, but I will be posting Adoptables regularly again!
I also had a huge vet bill to cover last month, so I will be posting more adoptables in the coming weeks to recover the funds that I had to spend on the vet bill. The vet bill is covered, thankfully I had some savings that could cover it - I just want to rebuild my savings.
( My cat is okay! He had an upper respiratory tract infection that didn't get better with normal treatments/antibiotics, so he had to be admitted to the animal hospital. He had to stay for two weeks before he was well enough to be allowed to come home again, one and a half weeks of which was in a high-care or urgent care facility. ( basically animal ICU ) During his stay he also had to get an esophagostomy tube placed, so that the vet could feed him bigger meals. He couldn't eat on his own, so the tube was a huge help. He lost a lot of weight unfortunately.. But he is much better and is recovering very well. He is eating A LOT and is already starting to regain the lost weight. The tube has since been removed as well! He was sent home with more antibiotics and finished his last dose today.
He has another two follow up appointments booked at the vet, two weeks apart from each other, to make sure that his recovery is going smoothly! ) January Adoptable Restock! 18 New Adopts Now on Ko-fi!

I have been very quiet here, so here’s a little update on what’s going on in my life! ✨
Due to circumstances changing in my life, I had to get a full time job that isn’t art.
I got very lucky, and managed to get a good Job, where the people treat me well and I get paid fairly. ^^
I will still be doing art, however, I will work on art during the evenings and in my free time.
This means that commissions will remain closed for the foreseeable future.
I will continue to create adoptables though, and I will be selling them via Ko-Fi, and posting them here as a get the chance to do so. ^^
Adoptables will always be posted on my Ko-Fi first, and then to FA afterwards!
That being said, I have restocked my Ko-fi shop with some new adoptables!

I’m considering selling Adoptables via Ko-fi, rather than the usual comment to claim method.
Ko-fi uses PayPal as the payment option, and buying via Ko-fi would give you instant access to the unwatermarked images of the designs you purchase. This would be for the flatsale adoptables only.
Flatsale adoptables will still be posted to FA as usual, with a title that says ‘OPEN’ or ‘CLOSED’. They will just have their Ko-Fi link in the description where you can purchase them. Everything else remains the same, it just means that you don’t need to comment to buy anymore. ^^
However, I don’t know if people would be open to this idea - so I made an anonymous poll!

New scam alert! Impersonators asking for money!

There has been a new scam making its rounds on FA. People create usernames with similar spellings, and comment on the original artists auctions and adoptables to try request payment for the adopts. They also send notes, or try to get you to contact them on discord, using a similar discord name to try trick you into paying them. I have seen this with 3 differente artists I follow in the past two months.
So I’m posting this as a warning ahead of time.
Please double check my username on FA and make sure that it says ‘ Rin-Ink ‘. No numbers, no dots, no underscore.
I do not have a second account, and if I do make one, I will have it listed on my profile information section.
My discord display name is: Rin-Ink - the display name is the one you can change.
My discord username, the one you cannot change, is: Rin.Ink
Please double check these spellings if you get a weird message from me, or if you get a message from me requesting payment on ANY platform.
I do have a DA, but Im not active there anymore.
Either way, if you are unsure whether it’s me or not me who is messaging you, just note me and double check all spelling.

The past few days have been insane - I have been helping my sibling move into their apartment, my mom move into another place and I had to take my cat to a cat hotel/cat kennel. Everything is finally done, so I will be replying to everyone, sending payment notes, and sending unwatermarked images within the next 24 hours.

Currently I am experiencing a lot of stress. I feel like I may be at a breaking point. This is not because of art, but because of other personal things in life. Commissions are still being worked on, please don't worry about that. I will just be a lot quieter than usual while I deal with everything that's going on. ;-;
Thank you for everyone's support and patience so far. I will be here as I can be, but I need to focus on getting through life right now. ;-;

Once the last slot is claimed, I will be closing commissions for the next two or three weeks until I have finished at least half of my commissions. Once I have 3 or 4 slots open again, then commissions will be reopened.

I am currently selling my little Canine base there, as well as an older shark base of mine. ^^
My Ko-fi will be like a patreon, but monthly supporters will gain access to my supporter exclusive discord channels and rewards! These rewards consist of an art requests channel, supporter exclusive design raffles, sneak peeks of upcoming designs before they are posted and a pre-claims section!

I also have been invited to two weddings which are very soon, and will need to pay for acomodation because both are far from where I stay. I also have Valentines coming up, and would love to take my significant other out for a date. ^^

Posted a year agoI just want to find out if anyone would be interested in Adoptables that would only have a front view? But the price would be cheaper, since there is no back view or eye view etc. So only a basic design for cheaper price.
Also, is anyone looking for specific species Adoptables?
