Artwork will be uploaded soon, still shaking off rust and dealing with an elderly mother-in-law whom is starting to 'drift off' a lot. So she takes up a lot of my time to make sure she doesn't hurt herself or cause damage to the house.

How a Closed Species works

About what a Closed Species is and how it works~
1) What is a closed species? Simply put, it is a species created by an artist in which only those they design can be defined as that species – a great example is the Primagen by Malice-risu. These species could potentially be eligible for trademarks, but are often regulated by the artist issuing DMCA takedowns against other designers or in less extreme cases, by asking the creator of the copied design to either alter or change the design in some way or seek official confirmation they can be a design of that species. (This also means if the artist isn't happy with the alterations you've made they can still ask for it to be removed and have that right).
^ My girl has a unique marking pattern, coloration, and other things unique to her. You can pick her out in a crowd compared to the 'copy paste' nonsense in most Adopt galleries.
2) As basic copyright, any creation is protected by the Copyright Act of 1988. As stated. "It gives the creators of literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works the right to control the ways in which their material may be used. The rights cover: Broadcast and public performance, copying, adapting, issuing, renting and lending copies to the public.".
3) If someone just makes a copy of your character, you'd enforce the Copyright act just as equally when it comes to a Species you created is used without your permission.
Not sure why they think I'm the one that needs educated on the matter [Yes it's a pot-shot at me for calling them out on their BS attitude previously, can't show their original post due to it being classed as 'targeted harassment'~].
But I suppose I should educate them, and whomever else is confused on the matter~

This absolute legend died on the date 13 July 2024 (age of 76 years).
This wonderful man brought so much energy into the workout routine, he was even parodied in shows, but I'll always remember that smile and this quote. "“I have spent time just reflecting on my life. All of the books I wrote, the videos. I never was like, 'Oh look what I've done.' My thing was, 'Oh, look how many people I helped.'”.

Certain people have been commenting things that are just inappropriate, and when called out they don't apologize, they just say "Whatever" like it's fine. No, this isn't fine.
Be more respectful with people and their artwork, just because you think it's sexy and hot doesn't mean you get to insult and belittle the people involved. That isn't cool.
I think we've all encountered a person like this, if not the same one that seems to comment on everything with a copy-paste.
Please, do not allow this behavior. Block people like this. They really aren't worth your time or effort.
Respect yourself. You deserve better than some thirsty, rude asshole drooling all over your submissions like some fat lecher~ [Unless you're into that stuff, then go ahead~ I just prefer a more mentally mature audience].
