i cant cancel the member ship and im asking if anyone knows how to get around this. i log into my account on the xbox and i cant change it from my paypal. says its linked to my subscription. ok that if fine so i log onto my account from my computer and it says it needs me to verify my email before anything can be done to the account. ok so i log into my email and it says its been disable for lac of use, ok i send the company an email saying i need to get that account back, they say no.... how do i fix this?
