Hello friends!

I want to do one art trade. Why, you ask, am I opening myself up to a trade when I need commissions? Well, I got my hands on an iPad with ProCreate and I want to practice using it! And one of you lucky fools will be my guinea pig! Comment here if you're interest and we can hash out details! (Note: This offer is also open in other places. I will pick based on interest.)

Rules of the Trade:
- I get creative liberties over the illustration, but of course your character will be accurate. (This means I'll draw what I feel. You have an equal chance of getting a full body as you do a bust.)
- The piece will be digital.
- Please only give me one character (or a few to choose one from). I'm not sure I'm up to do couples.
- I do better when I understand who the character is, so feel free to give me a ref sheet and/or personality synopsis! (Toyhou.se bios are super welcome!)
- I'm illustrating, mostly, SFW. I may do soft-NSFW, such as nudity. We'll see! Just let me know your hard limits and I'll work within that range (likely leaning more SFW).
- You also get creative liberties over the trade, but of course my character should be accurate.

Yes yes yes it is! I'm opening up commissions for Inktober. Historically, I've done them pretty loosely, just sort of offering inexpensive black and white illustrations. This year, I'm going to offer options that follow the prompt too! If you're interested in taking a slot, please send me a private message! I will be updating this journal with what's available.

You guys need to get your facts straight.

1) THEY SAVED UP FOR THE WEDDING SO THAT'S PAID FOR.

2) THEY FOUND OUT LAST MINUTE (a few days ago) THAT SCIGGS SIBLINGS CANT AFFORD TO MAKE THE TRIP SO SHE HAS TO COME UP WITH THE MONEY.

3) THIS PICTURE AND OTHERS WERE COMMISSIONED BEFORE THEY KNEW THAT HER SIBLINGS COULDN'T MAKE IT, SO THEY HAD MONEY TO SPEND AT THE TIME THAT THEY WORKED FOR TO GET THOSE COMMISSIONS.

4) Almost nobody, and I mean nobody, donates to the site. While they may ask for donations, that doesn't mean they get donations, some of the ads might help, but the rest they have to work for it so stop bitching.

5) IF THEY HAVE EXTRA MONEY (WHICH THEY WORKED FOR) I DONT CARE WHAT THEY SPEND IT ON. IT'S THEIR MONEY, THEY EARNED IT! Just like every other fuckin' furry out there, if they want pictures of their characters and they have the money I'm not going to bother them.

6) IF YOU'RE GONNA BITCH ABOUT SERVER PROBLEMS THEN MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION FEE SO THEY'LL HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS... so again, stop bitching, they fixed it, kept us updated, etc.

7) THE ADMINS DONT GET PAID FOR WORKING ON THE SITE, IT'S ALL VOLUNTEERS! And they work hard to keep the site going and they take action quickly. You guys make it sound like the admins are swimming in cash, but most of it was all paid out of pocket by Dragoneer because he loves the site and the community so much. Yet you're all free to use it and say shit about him cause he's a big fat lazy admin right? .... right? ... well FUCK YOU guys.

I would like to note ahead of time that anything with a background will cost a decent deal more. At least $10 if you're getting anything besides a sketch. Backgrounds are complex and very time consuming. The more complicated, the more it will cost. I am always open for discussion on what you think is a fair price for backgrounds. However, the following prices are BASE prices, and they are not up for question. Art is how I pay my bills.

Note: Additional characters WILL cost more. The cost will depend on how complex the piece is. The starting price, for all except sketches, will be $5 per. We can discuss this further when discussing your commission!

Disclaimers
- I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable.

- You are not allowed to post my art anywhere without my explicit, written permission.
- The moment you bid on an auction or ask me for a commission, you agree to all of the terms below.

Payment
- All commission payments are in the US dollar only.

- All payments must be made upfront before I begin work on any commission. I will share progress sketches after I receive payment.
- If payment isn't made in one week after agreement on a price, you will lose your commission spot.

Additional Fees
- Additional fees may be required if you want to have additional options, such as backgrounds, characters, rushed deadlines, etc.
- Additional fees may be required if you want major changes after you have given your approval for me to ink and color the piece.

Art
- Please give me ALL of the information on what you would like in your commission upfront in a note (pictures, poses, descriptions, background information if backgrounds are being offered, reference sheets, etc.)
- I will show you a work in progress image after I have a refined sketch.
- All major changes must be made during the sketch process. No changes will be made after I start coloring without an additional fee.
- If a sketch is not what you want, I reserve the right to auction off the pose or sell it to someone else.
- If you pay for a detailed background be sure to include reference images.
- All commissions requested as a gift must be general audience.
- I do not do adult art of any kind (nudity or otherwise) for minors. No exceptions.

Refunds
- If you have been given a refund, you will be returned 100% of the money you paid if there was no sketch involved.
- If you are being given a refund after sketch work has been done, you will get 75% refund back.
- If you are being given a refund after line work has been done, you will get 50% refund back.
- There is no refund after I start coloring an image unless there is some reason I cannot complete it (corrupt file or personal disagreement) if this happens you will get 25% back

Copyright Information
- I retain copyrights to the artwork and digital file.
- I lay no claims to the copyrights of the characters and designs of my clients. All characters belong to and are used with expressed permission from their owners.
- I retain all advertisement and printing rights; however, commissioners may print the artwork for their own personal use.
- If given my explicit, written permission, clients may submit the digital file to their own personal FurAffinity art galleries if and only if my watermark is left on the piece. I reserve the right to revoke this privilege from any gallery at any time.
