Look, I don't mean any offense to anybody who does the stuff in the 'Don't' section, but some of that stuff does get old, and very quickly. And what we artists want is more than the one word comments on artwork. We want feedback, critique, thoughts. If it makes you feel something, let us know! Favorites are nice, but they don't mean anywhere near as much as feedback. It just means that you had just enough ambition to click the 'Favorite' button before moving on to the next picture to masturbate some more. (Don't lie, you've done it!) A little more maturity would do wonders too!
All I'm saying is that things would go so much more smoothly on the site if things went a little more like the wonderful Floebean instructs. Listen to her, the girl speaks sense!

I do have a lot of stuff laying around half done and I'm hoping to pick back up again after the holidays have blown through. I'm struggling a bit to get myself back together over a year of crap so hopefully I'll be able to get regular again soon!

Let's be honest, I'm not the most "Furry" person in the fandom. Though I do happen to like a lot of things about the fandom, there are also those things that drive me nuts. I've mostly though always hoped to be able to get my characters to appeal to more than just the furry fandom. Regardless, This is not to sit and talk about my aspirations rather than to just gauge my "furriness."
1. ( ) Have you ever howled at the moon? I do however happen to find a large, full moon to be quite mesmerizing.
2. ( ) Have you ever barked at someone? I knew a girl in school who barked at people. Needless to say, she wasn't very popular.
3. (X) Have you ever found yourself drawing or scribbling furry art when you're supposed to be doing something else?
Yeah, definitely. Homework was never very appealing...
4. (X) Have you ever worn an animal costume or tail as a child and pretended to be an animal? The only instance I could remember was dressing as a werewolf for Halloween one year. It kind of felt right...
5. ( ) Have you ever eaten out of a dog bowl? I've never considered it. I've tried numerous brands of dog treats, however.
6. ( ) Have you been to at least one furry con? No offense to anybody who does but i just wouldn't be caught at a fan convention of any type if you paid me.
7. (X) Do you like to look at furry porn all the time? I don't think that's any of your business but my gallery and favorites probably make that pretty apparent.
8. (X) Do you RP or play second life as a furry character? I don't usually RP. People always want to turn it into something porny so I just avoid it. I do have a furry avatar though.

W00t! ModNation Racers!
Posted 15 years agoI just got my copy of ModNation Racers for PS3 today. It's more than I could've ever dreamed it to be!
It's awesome because when you pre-order from Amazon.com, you should get a voucher to download Ratchet and Clank racers. Unfortunately I think I pre-ordered it a little late. I ordered it from Amazon on the 23rd and it came out today on the 25th. When I got it, I got a voucher for a Sackboy character (from LittleBig Planet) but there was no Ratchet one to be found. And you guys all know how huge of a R&C fan I am! I really Really hope that they'll put him on the network for public download eventually or I'm gonna be one seriously miffed lombax.
On a lighter note, I'm working on making Rocky as a racer and I'll most likely be playing the game most of the week. Oddly enough, I'm not generally a fan of racing games. Being able to play as Ratchet was my biggest draw to the game, but I don't have the voucher code, X( So I'll have to make the best of what I got.
Hey, I know this is against the rules probably, but is there anybody out there who got the Ratchet codes and would be willing to share? I doubt it would work for more than one person anyway but it's worth a try. Just send me a note if you wanna help out. If you've got it and share, I'll entitle you to a free request drawing! :) First one only though. I've just gotta check my note box sometime this year. XD

Colton Ford, you beautiful, beautiful man!
Posted 15 years agoHere's the story. Today I was on iTunes looking for new music and somehow I stumbled on the music of Colton Ford. Some of his songs were quite catchy and good to dance to but some were not good at all. While half the songs were hit or miss, his album covers are all delicious to say the least. So being the easily distracted person I am, I did some google searches to find out more about this gorgeous 47 year-old man. (I can hardly believe he looks so amazing at that age!) Turns out the guy is an ex-pornstar, (and I thought he was great before!) who turned actor/singer.
I had to see if he had any music videos so I hit Youtube. Lo and behold, he seems to be the male equivalent of Britney Spears. While he may have a somewhat generic pop voice, he's got sex appeal and his music videos certainly don't hide it! It was quite a breath of fresh air to see an attractive male dancing half-dressed in a music video for once.
We need more like him for sure!

Just thought I'd show you all something unusual today. It's kinda boring seeing the almost naked ladies rolling around in music videos all the time so it's a little refreshing to see the opposite side of the fence!

Posted 15 years agoY'all know the infamous Allan that got banned for using, abusing, and lying to poor unsuspecting nice people? Yeah, I found out that he's on DeviantArt too and I decided to go and see what he was up to. Turns out he's no better than he was before. First thing I saw in his journals is a journal titled "Dragoneer Is UNFIT To Run FA." Inside is him complaining about how he was banned in the first place but then he came back for more using fake accounts and even his friends' accounts so he can see some porn. Obviously he didn't know that Dragoneer is much smarter than that and blocked both his original IP address and his friends' accounts. He even in the journal admits he lied to and cheated people but claims that other people have done much worse but haven't gotten banned. If he knows he's wrong? Why is he still confused about this?!!
Well anyway, for some reason "Lupine Assassin" can't seem to grasp exactly why he was banned in the first place. So today I tried to plainly explain to him exactly what happened and why he got banned. I wasn't really rude about it but I wasn't sugar coating it either. I, in short, told him that reality is out there and there are much more important things than his porn fix. I pretty much explained it simple enough that an elementary school student could understand and maybe even change. Apparently he's got the common sense of a brick since he reported my comment as spam (which he seems to do to anybody who doesn't agree with his "noble" cause) and blocked me right out.
I mean honestly, I like to think of myself as a fairly laid back, sensible, moral person and I'd never go way out of my own way to make enemies but he's just not getting it. I mean he watched me in the first place when he was here but he just turned on me! Typical.
Whatevs. I tried to help but he's to thick-headed to understand. Evil too, did you ever hear the whole story?! Dragoneer was completely right in getting rid of him both for everybody else and his own good.
Yeah, that was my excitement for the week. Sorry for wasting your time!

If you wanna see a pretty funny one, DeviantArt has changed everybody's avatars and signatures into Twilight and Lady GaGa related ones. I ended up getting an Edward Cullen avatar but I would've been much happier with a GaGa one. XD Edward sucks.

Posted 15 years agoMy Computer has been COMPLETELY WIPED!!!! My stuff is all gone! ;_;
I don't know what happened! Late last night I was working on rigging a model for Fallout 3 by using the weight paint copy in blender and it was taking forever to do so I just left my computer on and went to bed. this morning I woke up and noticed that my computer had been completely shut down which is weird because I left it on and if anything it would've gone into hibernation mode. When I turned it on, this screen showed up saying something along the lines of having to re format my hard drive. Next thing I know, I get to my desktop and EVERYTHING WAS SET BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULTS!!!
I lost all my data, my drawings, my game mods, everything!!! I guess I'll have to start everything over. ;_;

Anyone Who's Ever Requested Work From Me, PLEASE READ THIS!!
Posted 15 years agoEveryone that I owe requests to, please forgive me, but I need to start fresh. I'll need to drop all the previous requests I've taken over the last couple years.
I just can't get past all the extra pressure and there are just too many for me to get them done. I have all sorts of things to worry about in the real world and I took these requests the wrong way. I should've considered doing it in the "available slot" type way everybody else does it. Right now I'm sitting on between 20 and 30 requests (many of which I lost the data for anyway) that I couldn't possibly finish without losing my mind.
I've also got to worry about going to work, getting back to school, getting a full time or second job, moving out of my parents' house and even getting a driver's license. I just can't do all of this at the same time. I'll lose my mind if I try. Plus, to make things worse, whenever I'm under enough stress, I end up pushing a lot of things aside, essentially getting less done than I possibly could under better circumstances. I get stressed out easily so that happens a lot.
The bottom line: I need to drop all my previous requests for now (except the ones I've already started) so that I can get myself back together. Once I've got everything under control again, I will start doing requests again but only on a first come, first serve basis.
I understand completely if many of you will be mad at me for this and that's completely alright. I did this the wrong way and it's all my fault. I just hope I won't lose any friends because of this. I know this is a dumb idea but it's just something I need to do.

I swear though, If someone hasn't started it already, this should seriously be a meme. Y'know, like draw your favorite character - original or from your favorite game, movie, show, etc. in a similar style to the classic Disney animated movies. Honestly, it could be interesting.
Seriously though, if somebody wants to go ahead and take this "suggestion" as an opportunity, I may actually be able to start a successful meme.

"Fallout 3 Keeps Crashing!" Rebound
Posted 16 years agoAbout the entry about the game crashing... It was just a stupid mistake. It was a problem I hadn't thought of at the time. I ended up figuring it out myself. It turned out to be an issue with a mod that replaced some of the default female hairstyles with mod hairstyles that looked a little better. I had deleted the meshes that replaced the originals and disabled the mod. For some reason or another, FO3 didn't back up the deleted files with the original ones and the game was crashing because of the missing meshes.
Hear that? HAIR was the reason the game was crashing on me. HAIR! That's it! How dumb is that?!

I need some help: Fallout 3 Keeps Crashing! :(
Posted 16 years agoOkay, I know its a dumb idea to be asking for help here of all places but I'm really on my last straw here! I can't even go on with the game like this. I'm sure you'd probably think it's just random crashes, but it's the complete opposite. My game seems to hate me. Seriously!
Alright, here's the thing, the game always decides to crash in the same places. I know of a couple areas so far that are affected. The first one is Moriarty's Saloon. I try to go through the door and it crashes to the desktop while loading the cell. The second is more like a bunch of areas to be honest. It's more like a massive chunk of wasteland. There seems to be a "crash boundary" right near the bottom ramp leading to Rivet city. I've even had problems with it all the way out towards the Police Headquarters and even the scrapyard. There are probably more small areas that crash too but it's hard to pick them out if I can't go anywhere!! >:(
I've tried everything. I've searched and tested out numerous mods to see if any of them were at fault, I've tried disabling all mods (except my own since that's the only way I can play the game) to see if that may have been a problem, and I've even gone as far as starting over. The next best bet is to uninstall the game and reinstalling it but that could result in lost data including the work I've done for my mod.
I've read on one forum that I could oddly enough disable the "water multisampling" to help fix it but I'm not sure how well that would work. I couldn't try it right now even if I wanted to since my dopey friend borrowed the game disk.
If anybody can help that would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping somebody out there has a tried-and-true method to fixing this. I know it's a stupid problem but it's little things like this that tend to stress me out. ^^;

The next best bet is to uninstall the game and reinstalling it but that could result in lost data including the work I've done for my mod.
I've read on one forum that I could oddly enough disable the "water multisampling" to help fix it but I'm not sure how well that would work. I couldn't try it right now even if I wanted to since my dopey friend borrowed the game disk.
If anybody can help that would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping somebody out there has a tried-and-true method to fixing this. I know it's a stupid problem but it's little things like this that tend to stress me out. ^^;

Usually I listen to music and try to figure out what he would sound like singing but I can never seem to make up my mind. Well, Peeps, now it's up to you to tell me what you'd think Rocky's voice would sound like either in a song or maybe specific actors or something. Okay, so it's been established that Rocky's gay long ago, but one question still remains: Is he dominant or submissive? This is something I've had difficulty deciding. I do kinda want him to be a little bit of both but even people that are a little more balanced like that tend to prefer one way or the other. I've always loved picturing him "taking one for the team" but at the same time, I wouldn't mind seeing him calling the shots.

i never was really. Didn't play any of them until late last year. I like how the games are filled with beefy hunks for sure! I guess that's par for the course with any fighting game though.

I can't say I know anything about that but I really think there needs to be more games that give the male characters as much sex appeal as the females.

As your friend reaches for a controller you notice his/her hands are very "greasy." Are you the type that would insist they wash their hands before pawing the controller, or is it no big deal?

I've never lived in a neighborhood with an arcade. I'd rather play my games in the comfort of my own home anyway.

I'd like to see a remake of the original Silent Hill but I don't think it would be the same now that the series has been handed over to a new company. SH: Homecoming sucks.

Rocky's gonna be in Fallout 3! Hey, that rhymes!
Posted 16 years agoI've finally started a little bit of work on modding Fallout 3. So far I've finished up making a seamless body mesh that will be perfect for Rocky's body type. Whether it'll actually work in the game right now is uncertain. I haven't had the chance to test it yet but it looks fantastic if I do say so myself. As far as I can tell, It's also possible to make costom heads in Fallout 3 as opposed to Oblivion where that was nearly impossible. If all goes well, I might actually be able to have some screenshots soon.
It may also be possible to include Axel in the mod as well.
I'm gonna finish up the Oblivion mod too! I promise!

Urgent! If you can use copics, HELP!!
Posted 16 years ago Okay, so here's the scenario, I just get the super expensive, super fancy Copic markers I ordered last week this afternoon. It's almost time for work though so I don't really have time to use them. I test them out on a piece of card paper I use as a pallete for pecils and stuff. They blend really nicely and I'm really excited to use them on my latest drawing, which happens to be my best work so far. Then I gotta go to work.
After what seemed like forever, I finally return home. I trace a copy of my sketch just to be on the safe side. Finally I start coloring the picture. The marker bleeds right into the paper past the outlines! Not to mention they look way darker than they did on my scrap paper!
I really need some advice. I'm really stuck and really need help! If you know how to use Copic markers well, Please help me out. Ifyour help actually works, There's a nicely colored nude picture of Rocky in it for you!
