If you saw my last journal, you'd see that a wildfire grew so big so quickly near where we live, me and Azi had to gather up our cat and our stuff and evacuate. And we did, for a while.

BUT!! It's been 2 weeks and it's been deemed safe enough to come home this morning! Azith and I were allowed back a day or two sooner but the town hall made it official today that it's safe enough to come back!
Granteddddd we're still under evac alert now cuz the fire is still out of control but it's been raining finally and things have been calming down. I'm just hoping it'll rain more, send us wishes of rain please ;w;

But yeah! Town is considered safe enough again! We're home officially! We might get power outages here and there so my laptop was set up finally. Thanks for those who gave well wishes, it was appreciated <3

So we were warned about a forest fire outside of town last week, but it was put under control and considered not a threat so that was nice
What isn't so nice is that apparently it's classified as back out of control as of now and is bigger than before

So, I already have clothes packed for both me and Azith and our cat's carrier ready, as well as whatever needs packing ready. This is kinda terrifying with me being sick to top it all off. I'm more tired than panicked, probably cuz things are already in place in case the worst happens.

If anything happens, I'll let ya'll know. I might do another journal as an update of whether things are ok or not, altho my twitter is so much easier to update than here. I'm just afraid of not having a lot of support online, since I barely ever get art things done cuz of my energy and irl stuff. Regardless tho, it would be bad not to let others know what's happening when something serious like this is up

This is getting beyond ridiculous and I finally found myself speechless for the first time since seeing how homophobic my family really is

You know that moment you really want to say that something is bothering you and you really just want to talk to others. But you just don't want to say anything cuz you fear that it feels like it's getting too much for everyone at this point and you let it fester.

You really want to help a friend but then you feel like you'll smother 'em too much and you end up not doing anything and feeling worse from it.

That you honestly want to step back and try to give others the benefit of the doubt about things but your head keeps pushing all these ugly thoughts in your head and you end up feeling sick.

When you want to push others away for a while and be antisocial but know you need others around to heal and feel better.



Things didn't go so well as it should've been today. I felt depression kicking in and out today and I'm actually trying to feel better. But a smile by itself feels a lot less fulfilling

Nothing too important, just putting something out there to kick the other journal off
