However, I'm coming back and with a flood of new pics! Sadly, most of the pics were done SO long ago, I dont recall who or where I got the art done! General | Posted 9 years ago For those who read this entry, I salute you for looking deeper into what makes me, me. If you are feeling brave or very foolish, then let me teach you the ways of the sword! There are only a simple few rules to follow into becoming a master Roo Duelest! Quite simple really!1. Roo, Sera, and Static are all properties created and used by their creator, me. No one else has the rights to use said characters or any future characters without my said permission.
2. This is a page for no drama. Enough has already been done within the few years I've been here. If you start bullshit, you will be cut from this dojo!
3. All characters can be used in different times and settings based on pictures, other characters and choice. I am flexible when it comes to this but do know war themes are my specialty.
4. All characters can be used and do NSFW pictures, stories and roleplays but i do prefer mostly SFW art oddly.
5. All characters are single till said so but if Roo is taken then most likely the real me is taken by that same person that has my sona as well.
6. Lastly, if anyone dares to hurt anyone i care and love i will do my best to make your life a living hell. Be warned. Those are the rules! Quite simple really like I said. General | Posted 9 years agoWell..it's that time of the year again! Another year flown by and this year has been SHIT. So many good actors and people have died. So many SJW bullshit springing up out of no where. Alas, my page also cold and silent.
WELL NO MORE! I'm happy to say that I'm getting with my Sister and she's helping me work on a whole new character! OH, Bamzoole! Anyways yeah working on a new look and making sonas here and there. Also, I know I said I had and art slave but...well..yeah..no art came from is but not mad one bit :3. Anyways hope you all are doing good and soon we can all chat!

General | Posted 9 years agoHi everyone! As you may or may not know, I'm Roodick but you can call me Roody! It's been a month or two since I really interacted with my FA due to...erm...reasons I'll get into in a moment but first I'd like to say hi to anyone new and hi to all my current and old friends! Good to see ya! Now on with the update!
1. So I had an old friend ask me why I don't seem to interact with FA much anymore and after thinking about it I gave them an answer, which I'll share. There are multiple reasons I don't do much on FA unlike I used to. One reason was due to lack of money to really get art so I didn't have much to post. Happily, I have a friend from FA who's gonna be my art slave for a few months sooooo I'll be posting a LOT of art soon and I still have art from crystal I'm waiting on. Second reason I left is pretty personal but I'll just say it was a romance thing and nothing more. I'm fine now with it but back when it happened I wasn't such a good dude about it and I feel bad for how I acted back then but yeah with no one special to post for I kinda got sad and left for a while due to it. Third reason was work. For those that don't know, I work for a news station as its head editor. It's not glamorous and it's honestly pretty thankless but it's work. Physically it's as hard as lifting paper but dear god the drain on the brain is real, especially after so much campaign stuff ugh. I always come home pretty exausted but it's gotten more control able as of late.
2. Health wise I'm okay I guess. I mean, I still get pretty down from time to time but I always bounce back so no big deals in health.
3. So I have been working on a side project, when I'm not drained after work or during weekends. It's nothing grand but it will take a while till I can post anything of it more so if interested just keep an ear to the ground.
4. Going back to my first long butt post, yes I'll be posting a lot more art soon so prepare for more activity!
5. Speaking of the sonas I have, I'm going more causal and relatable woth my main sona Roodick. Since his old form isn't who I am anymore, I decided to change him up to fit more of a role that better helps new and friends alike to know who I am without surprises. I'm actually thinking of either a TOTAL redesign but I may just end up making another sona for that idea. Anyways, less military and more casual haha.
6. So a few issues I've been having with FA are really more me than anyone. I have a hard time checking up FA but that's more of a lack of things to post and lack of really anyone to chat with on here sadly. I do wish this sight had a IM board or an app of some sort.
7. So what am.i usually doing these days beside work and sleep? Well my projects for one, when I can. I've caught pokemon go fever so that's been fun and I still game time to time when this net works. Been helping out with the new family home to get itnlivible so we can finally get out of my sister hair. Also, I've been making VERY big plans with a very sweet friend of mine about possibly moving in as roomates! I told her yes but now all I can do is wait and gain the guns needed for the move!
So yeah that's pretty much it! Not much else to really post here haha. Sorry for so much to read but I do hope you guys get a better understanding of what's going on. General | Posted 10 years agoSo whats up all you peepers? Its me Roody. So...bit of bad news, I wont be around for a while. Having..erm..moving issues. So I'll be away for a while unless you have my skype or cell. What else..um..I guess I'm doing okay. I'm just so tired all the time and grumpy. Full time job after full time student has left me pretty burnt out and not much time to do much besides sleep or try to relax for like...a while. I work from 8 to 5 but I have to be up at 6 cause I live so far away. The bad thing is, i wanna try to have some sort of life so I stay up till 2 in the morning. It sucks. Kinda wish I took a part time job instead. The 13 an hour now really isn't worth your life and joy. Just saying *shrugs*

General | Posted 10 years agoHI! I'm sorry for all those furs that I left here on FA that don't contact me on Skype! To catch everyone up, I have crafted with a Bachelor I'm communications and visual media. After a few wonderful free weeks off after graduating I realized I had to start working. But I did have deep depression before and some now. The depression was a lot of different issues. One from heavily missing the friends and physical connections I left at college. Mostly now it's just stress and worries of my possible bad future or not.
The job I have now is 5 days a week and 8 to 5. Pays 13 a hour. It's not a bad job but it's so boring thst it drains my drive. It also doesn't leave me much time to socialize, animate or game as much as I used too in college. I'm working tho for someone special so that's my drive. I do miss the furs and this site and gaming and chatting but the job leaves only weekends free sadly. If you wanna chat with me, skype would be your best bet. If yiu have telegram let me know cause I do to!

So as many of you know, I've been in college for a while. Feels like forever but its only been 2 years (4 in total but two were online). Soon I'll be graduating and having my Communications BA. Not gonna lie, don't really know what I'll do once I graduate. I wanna just relax for a bit but I want to be working as soon as I can so I can earn better money than I do now. There is a big world out there and I've only seen a bit of it. I wanna get out there and explore. Meet some furs that I've made friends with on here, I've always wanted to explore Egypt (I love the theme and the designs). I suck at learning other languages so that will be something I might learn along the way after college. My animation and stuff had been put on hold (I know many want me to post but I feel a little shy about it).
One of my friends knows a pretty powerful guy that might need my degree. Gonna talk to him after college and see if he can set me up with an interview with him. All I know the job would require lots of traveling and I do wanna travel. Anyways, yeah, gonna be a college grad. Feels odd thought, don't really feel I did enough in college. I didn't really go out to parties or get really shit face. Met a couple of girls but nothing ever came out of it. Feel like I did things wrong. Doubt I'd have much time to do it all over. Being 24 (feel old) don't think I'll have a second chance to try and have a more fun, crazier experience. *shrugs* but its whatever. Gonna miss all the friends I made in college, doubt most of us will keep in contact. All I can do is hope for the best for them and me. Journal 1: The First day in the Wasteland... Holotape 1
General | Posted 10 years agoI peaked my head outside for the first time after the bombs dropped over 200 years ago. The sky was surprisingly clear and blue and the world I once knew was gone. Instead, all that remained were the hollow reminders of a forgotten era. With my rad-roach drenched police baton and a reliable 10mm on my hip, I took my first steps on the burnt, brown dirt.
As I began my travels from the safety of Vault 111, I noticed many skeletons littering nearby, a sad reminder of the poor souls of long ago. Making my way back slowly, taking in all I could see within this alien landscape, I managed to find my old home. The color it once had was gone, so was my expensive nuclear car. It has been stripped nearly to the bone, only hold undesirable items and nicknakes from my years before. I found the master bedroom, where me and my wife once slept and across the hall was a small crib where my son began his first year living with us. Its all gone now.
Oddly enough, my butler robot is still active and greets me as if 200 years was nothing. We chat and tells me to go to a place called Concord. So I take the only road I could see and soon come across a friendly pup near the local gas station. We quickly bond as we are ambushed by large, ugly creatures called Mole rats. They are annoy and bite me a good bit but I manage to take them down with ease.
As I near Concord, I could hear gunshots ring out and someone yelling for help. Quickly me and my new friend run down main street, only to find one man high up in a building firing a bright red light towards the rowdy group below. So using my sidearm, I begin to give the man covering fire from the rear of the enemy. Quickly, they fall and he informs me that there is more inside. After a quick strip of ammo and a new pipe gun, I charge in. Floor by floor I manage to clear out the building till finally making it to the survivors huddled up at the top. Minutemen they are called, well one of them is at least.
The leader of the group informs me that there is some power armor up on the roof and a large minigun ripe for the taking. He claims that the armor and gun would help them defend against a large group of raiders coming in for the kill. So after acquiring a power core for the suit I make my way too the roof. The armor is rusted from being outside for so long with no care but is still mobile and useable. I jump in and happily find myself feeling empowered and invincible. I pull the mini gun out of the crashed virtibird and begin to carve through the mass of raiders that rushed down main street.
All was good as body parts began to fly and blood painted the streets but then, from down the street a large beast crawls from the earth. It has large horns and claws and a demonic look to it. I thought it was the devil raising from hell itself. Whatever the creature, I began to unleash all the rounds I could into the beast. It's strong and runs through the hail of bullets. It gets in a few swipes, knocking my helmet off and ripping off my left arm plating. It grabs me and tosses me across the street against a building. I'm stunned but I retaliate with all I got. Eventually, the incredible beast succumbs to the bullets and falls. It felt like I put in a million rounds but I'm surprised to have over 450 rounds left for my minigun. I decide to keep it for later.
The group thank me and ask if I can escort them to a small Sanctuary that an old wise saw in a vision. I agree to help and guide them to the small town I called home. Once we made it, we began to make a new settlement and the locals taught me how to grow food, find water and scrap for materials. Surviving out in the wastes will be a little easier now. With the many guns and armors I picked off the corpses from the fight before, I begin to craft my own special weapons and armor to the best of my abilities. I make a pipe revolver sniper rifle and upgrade my 10mm. It's now called New Beginnings, as a reminder of the first gun I ever picked up in this new world. It, along with my tire iron axe will begin to carve out a new world out of this one and perhaps make a new home.
After building up the settlement more and getting to know the people I began my long trip onward. I was informed that my goal would be in diamond city but I was going to do a quest to help out a smaller settlement just a little ways east of us. As I took the road east of Concord, I come across two similar looking men both called Art. One was on his knees with his hands behind his head and the other held a shotgun. I tried to reason with the men but they wouldn't listen. They argued over who was an android and who was real. I pondered and after a while I decided who was real and who was fake. I was relived, once the Art I picked was dead, that it was the fake. I did a good deed today...or did I?
It was here I decided to rest up, for I had a long road ahead of me. With dogmeat by my side, we paused to look up at the sky and wonder where we will end up in this unknown world. He barks, as if trying to comfort me and I simply tell him he's a good boy. This is the first journal of what will be many to come. I don't know why I'm writing out my adventures out here in the wasteland. Maybe it will help save a life or maybe make for a good read for whoever finds it on my corpse. Well, time to sleep now, its late and I have a lot of wasteland to explore in the morning.

Once we made it, we began to make a new settlement and the locals taught me how to grow food, find water and scrap for materials. Surviving out in the wastes will be a little easier now. With the many guns and armors I picked off the corpses from the fight before, I begin to craft my own special weapons and armor to the best of my abilities. I make a pipe revolver sniper rifle and upgrade my 10mm. It's now called New Beginnings, as a reminder of the first gun I ever picked up in this new world. It, along with my tire iron axe will begin to carve out a new world out of this one and perhaps make a new home.
After building up the settlement more and getting to know the people I began my long trip onward. I was informed that my goal would be in diamond city but I was going to do a quest to help out a smaller settlement just a little ways east of us. As I took the road east of Concord, I come across two similar looking men both called Art. One was on his knees with his hands behind his head and the other held a shotgun. I tried to reason with the men but they wouldn't listen. They argued over who was an android and who was real. I pondered and after a while I decided who was real and who was fake. I was relived, once the Art I picked was dead, that it was the fake. I did a good deed today...or did I?
It was here I decided to rest up, for I had a long road ahead of me. With dogmeat by my side, we paused to look up at the sky and wonder where we will end up in this unknown world. He barks, as if trying to comfort me and I simply tell him he's a good boy. This is the first journal of what will be many to come. I don't know why I'm writing out my adventures out here in the wasteland. Maybe it will help save a life or maybe make for a good read for whoever finds it on my corpse. Well, time to sleep now, its late and I have a lot of wasteland to explore in the morning.

General | Posted 10 years agoOkay, I know I've not been around a lot for anyone on here or on skype for that matter. I'm sorry, truely am. I thought I'd have a little more free room this go around with classes but these projects are taking so much time to do I have to stay up for nights on end to finish them. They are due so soon that it's impossible to really take free time away from them. One project was an interview and film editing I had to do for a class group project, another is an PSA animation that's taking me a long ass time to work on and is due sooner than I'd like. I have like..countless fucking film history papers to do, which I'm starting to get mad about. I also have acting class, which requires MOST of my time because I have to be there during weekends to practice for plays and shit for a grade and rehearse for like...nearly all day and shit. I have more but those are the major things. Gonna be honest with all of you, It's running me ragged. I've passes out a few times one night from exhaustion and due to being up for nights on end I've been getting sicker than usual. Feels like my body is dying sometimes. But yeah, thats why I'm not around a lot right now everyone. I know, it sucks but I wanna be here. I do, I have a lot of good friends here and I miss talking to them. So if you can, give me the time I need to get this work done so I can make the spare time for you all. I know some of you miss me and I only reply like..once a week or something but you have to know i dont mean to, just overworked. I hate to make people feel like their being ignored and I dont mean it on anyone. If you wanna reach me, text or skype will be best really. If you want either let me know in notes!

So yeah, with all the hate about the idea I'm not gonna go for it so sorry for posting it and even thinking about it. I have a lot of great friends on here and love talking to people but each time I get on I either get depressed or just annoyed. Odd. Not sure what to think of this. So lately, I've been busy with work. However, I'll be done on the 7th! That gives me ONE WHOLE FREE WEEK OF SUMMER! YAY!....yay....aww v.v but yeah. After that, the 17th I'll be going back for my last semester of school. It will be a fun one but I'll happily do it. I'm just worried I wont have the money for this semester.
Speaking of money, I've been offered two jobs! Ones a freelanced gig, pays around 300 on the day I do it and the other job is more of a station job. Its salary based but it means no time for school...so I'm in a pickle.
Hows my classes? Most of them are project classes, which is a pain. Not sure what do if I need to work and I have a big project to do. I'll figure something out haha.
Not much else to report. OH, I will be doing reviews for games during the fall. Not much came out during the summer but this fall I'll be doing a lot more! FREE RAFFLE TIME ALERT!

Reasons why I've been away a bit

Sorry I've been away so much from you all. I've been..erm..finding myself I guess. Honestly, a lot of things going on in real life that I need to tackle alone. Family, future and job issues. I'll let you guys know a bit of whats going on so you dont feel unloved and left out of the amazing life that is mine. Cause I know you all love and want a piece of the Roo -nods-.
Family
Not sure why but a LOT of family members have moved into our already small little ass house so things are less than..well..comfortable. There is almost no privacy now, causing me to give up a lot of the things I love to do to pass the time like game, draw and watch Adult Swim. Its caused me to be stressed out and making me wish I lived far..far away.
Future
I've been thinking about what I'm going to do after I graduate after this semester. I'm not sure if I'm on the right path or going the right way. Family are proud of me but I've overhead them talk about my communications degree being useless. I've been researching things about it and I have to say, I'm starting to have doubts. Also, I'll miss the college life. Its nice to hang out with friends after classes and meet up.
Job
Typical thing, job is keeping me busy. Wouldn't be bad if I was being paid....which I'm not so that suuuucks. I have two weeks left so that leaves me with a few free weeks left. -sighs- Much Needed Update***

So i'm sure most of you are wondering where I've been at for a while. I've been on vacation to the beach! Only been gone for a little less than a week but it was a relatively a nice time. During my vacation, I've had a few things happen to me that I'd like to share.
Breakup:
Yep, I had my heart broken over the vacation by a special someone. Still and will always care and love them and they were pretty honest as to why we had to go our separate ways. It did bum me out during the vacation and honestly, a little now. We are still gonna be friends or try to at least. Will it last? Will things work out in the end? Will one of us become pushed to the side to the no chat sideline? Who knows! :3
Friend Stuff:
So me and another friend of mine got to chat over the vacation. Shes pretty cool and very blunt. She has a BF and he didn't like the idea of me and her meeting since she lived near where I was vacationing at. Its reasonable and I respect it. However, it put a damper in things since I was looking forward to meeting my first rl furry friend so when we couldn't meet in the end I was pretty crushed. We talked, things happened and she told me some things that I needed to hear and I thank her for that.
What I learned:
I learned I'm very clingy! Yep, I didn't even know it till the breakup and my friend set me straight. Apparently I like to push on the first stage of the relationship WAY to hard ^^; so..thats a thing. I'm working on it as we speak and I wanna make myself better. I do believe there is someone out there for me so I won't give up.
Whats next?
Well I'm not sure what to do next honestly. I'm gonna try to talk to those who've replied to me on here so I can keep up with some peeps. OH! Also! I made it to 100 Watches! I'm quite amazed really! I'll try to get more pics and post up some original stuff when I can!

Letting you know what happened
General | Posted 10 years agoMonday, we left to go see my nephew for his birthday. He's 4 now and hes still as evil when he was 2. Well, my family don't believe in locking their doors..besides me. So, when we came back hours later, we found that all our TVs have been stolen, so is all the meds, all my consoles were taken, all the spare money in the house was taken and so were a couple of guns. The person that broke in tried to take my comp but he didn't, either he was spooked or couldn't get it out (my room is like...insane small).
Before that, I was very depressed already (PTSD) and after all this happened, I nearly hit rock bottom. Thankfully, I had some loving friends to help me through it all. They made me realize I should be grateful that no one got hurt. Besides, the guy has been caught and all our stuff is with the cops as evidence. So now all we can do is wait.
Still, my mother has a bad heart and it scared me when she flipped out. I had to comfort her for a long time till she could talk again. It wasn't fun and despite ALL this, I still managed to get school work done on time (If my comp was stolen, I would have been so screwed). So for not being on for a few weeks, I'm sorry, life has been kind of giving me the finger lately haha.
But some good news, my finals are almost over! Just next week and I'll be done! Also, I have a summer internship with a news station! I'll be unpaid sadly but it'll be good experience at least. When finals are over, I'll most defiantly try to make a resurgence on FA and try to say hi to all those that care. (I know not a lot of you read my journals but I just like to have these for good measure.)

So I just wanna let all of you know that Finals is really close for me so soon I'll be done with all my annoying classwork and back on FA to make your lives so much easier! I still have a lot to do and not a lot of time left to do it so all my time is being sucked into work and very little play. I do miss a great deal of you on FA so please be reasonable and give me time.
How am I physically and mentally? Physically I'm okay, just a little tired here and there but nothing I can't handle. Mentally....a little drained. Having a hard time processing things lately and I've been having lots of headaches. Hopefully it's nothing and don't worry about me :) I'll be fine. I'm more worried about all of my friends and loved ones more than myself haha.
So besides finals..what else am I up too...hmm..well I'm working on making Roodick into a 3D model on blender. Little rough so it might take time. Playing a few games (when I can of course) and watching the new Star Wars: Battlefront trailer and updates. Have to say...what I'm hearing isn't good..little worried. EA better not fuck up SW:B or there will be hell to pay.

His hair is a mess, his cap is off to the side and he has bags under his eyes.* Guhhh...People that...listen to my..uh...rantings on these things...sorry for not being around uuuuughh...-rubs his head a little- I've been busy with my crazy online class I have. My teacher is an ass. He'll randomly add projects at the last minute like..okay last night we had a 10 page paper due...at 12 noon...it was 10 when he posted the assignment. He's been doing this quite a lot lately and to the point I'm either always on my online class, constantly refreshing or doing other projects like my cut-out animation or my character horror design. All my free time is being sucked away into a black hole, which I'd like to call my teachers anus. *groans heavily and lays his head down on the side of the desk in front of the computer screen* So sorry for not being on and chatting with you guys. I do miss all of you but mostly my best friends like

This last week has been very informative. I've learned that my roommates and I owe a deposit this April.
That our pet deposit is per pet, so it only counted as one.. we have three animals.
So adding in that information with our already full list of bills.. lets say it has been piling up the stress.
Just I alone, need to muster up $880 before April the 5th, and find a home for one of the cats. (I can't afford tossing down $500 for two cats...)
Luckily my half of the rent & utilities + percentage of the deposit is already been made and paid.
On a bad note; that leaves me $310 short.. but my current YCH ( found here ) will add $130 (as of right now, it may change if the bids raise.) ^^;
This is plaguing my mind and I gotta say it's stressful for me. I was under the impression I had everything ready for April
than suddenly I'm slammed at the end of the month with this, ugh. I honestly shouldn't take on anymore artwork till my current batch is complete..

General | Posted 10 years agoYep, it's over...time to go back to school lol. Spring Break didn't last for shit. Felt like it was only a weekend, ugh. Getting old...don't wanna go -3- I just want one more week. Well..now that I think about it, naw, it'd be nice to go. Didn't do much over break besides get on here when I could and play games. I did work on a fursona I've been tinkering with and I did get to see my father, who I haven't had much contact with in a long while so I guess those were nice. Besides that, eh, kind of a lame Spring Break. What did you guys happen to do this week? ANything exciting? Also, I think I might start posting my game reviews on here, just to have something interesting :3 What do you guys think?
