So inactive, blerp!

Wow.. 2018 since I made a journal. Uhm.. things and stuff... gonna be reworking.. yeah.. things might be shifted about here and there during the coming days/weeks. Will hopefully be a bit more active again.. maybe.

Oh wow.. really slipped up on my upload rate here, didn't I? Kinda let this page fall into disuse overall I feel.
Really hate how swingy my mood has been and how unreliable my energy to do things have become. Neither of those being new things, feels like they have gotten worse as time have been going onwards.

Some days.. I just sit and waste away watching youtube clips and whatnot, while I could write or practice drawing or just play a game. Heck, I've even become bad at talking to my friends.. that part really blows to be honest..

*sigh*

Oh well! Better just grip my scuff, drag myself up and try and get things going somewhere!
Maybe I should start by actually writing something, since I've pinned myself as a "writer" on here. Nothing big, grand or complex.. maybe just some straight up smut.

Well, been a while since I wrote one of these. So I might as well.

2017 have left us and 2018 stands before us, for some the past year doesn't seem to have been too kind so hoping that the new one will be better for those affected. For me, can't say it was good or bad. Life simply moved on.

As for new stuff!

Yes, Is till have plenty of commissions to post, mostly sketches but they're design pieces. No new writings, I doubt anyone expects that from me though. Considering I have little to no written pieces in my gallery even though I stamped myself a writer.
Ahead, well, my new years resolution was to learn to draw, because I've always wanted to but not had the time/patience. I have started, have a wonderful friend to help and teach me. So far, done a few pieces, it's just practice though for me to get a grasp of anatomy, posing and perspective. At the end of the month, I might, just MIGHT post up the first thing I drew along with the latest in the scrap folder. Maybe, I dunno, we'll see. I would hardly call it "art" at this point, just scirbbly drawings by an inept hand.

Going to get better though.

Well, finally uploading some stuff.. lots of stuff.. prob going to be at it aaaaaalllllll day.

But FA seems a bit unstable today, anyone else noticing that?

Well, I've been recovering slowly and have been feeling the RP mood rise more and more over the past few months. Sort of, maybe, I dunno. Either way! I'll take this as a good sign that I am getting better in general. Energy is still a thing though, but overall feeling better about myself, less depressive, more creative and in tune with the good flow passing through me. So yeah.. no idea why I'm writing this. Not like anyone's really interested XD

Well... three months since my last journal... hmm.. no idea what to write really.. work is keeping me busy, been getting art here and there. That's about it, gonna try getting around to actually posting stuff as well. Most is lore/story related things though, not sure who's interested in that, haha!

Well, a while since my last journal, and 2017 is off to a much better start than 2016, at least for me personally.

As for art, it's been on the low side for a while, gotten a fair number of sketches however. Not posted them however since I'm unsure if people are interested in seeing them. Most of them feature side-characters, lore stuff for the various worlds I've thrown together and so on. Along with the occasional lewds.

I'm also considering selling some characters, none of those considered have been posted and pretty much just... one-offs in general. Varying in quality. Not sure yet though, it's something I've considered before but never gotten around to.

So yeah, that's how it's looking right now for me. Work is still crazy, life still hectic, RP-mood and energy levels generally low >.>
Trying to fix those two last parts however.

Well, that's this year starting to come to an end. 2016.. it's been... interesting. Soooo many world-shaking events in such a short amount of time. I mean, I've seen quite a few memes in places about this year. One of my favorites featured a stock photo of a man and a little girl and the text to it went

Girl: Daddy, tell me about 2016
Father: *takes four shots of tequila* Alright, it all started with this gorilla...

The presentation makes me chuckle each time. It has been interesting tho, England leaving the EU, Trump, several public figures passing away, and a ton of other stuff. I think there's actually a list somewhere.

Personally, this makes it a year of getting commissions, reaching out to people, getting friends. There's been some bumps along the way but it's been a good year for me, yeah. Gotten to know quite a few interesting people, all of which I've come to care for in one way or another.

I'm hoping that 2017 is going to be a more stable from a world point of view. Personally, I plan to continue with business as usual.

So I'm hoping everyone have a pleasant December and there will probably be the mandatory Merry Christmas/Happy New Years journals coming out. Not like anyone actually reads these anyway. XD

Whoa.. first time in weeks that I don't feel completely and utterly drained even when I wake up. I'm really starting to wonder why I have this lack of energy all the time, I mean.. the only difference between these two days and past ones have been when I've been getting out of bed really.. and maybe a vitamin shot. But that's been it really.

Well, I'm alive, just very tired and very busy with work and life and such!

Guh.. whoever came up with heat, really should have taken a step back and re-think his ideas.

And wow, I really fell out of things, socialness down the drain, RPs, not had any (except for a few dedicated long-term ones) in quite a while, and I have no idea why. Just been feeling mentally and physically drained every day.

No idea why really, not made any changes in diet or exercise, my sleep schedule is kinda all over the place, but that's been for quite a while.

This something that has been nagging at me for a while now, and I'm hoping that at least one or two artists will take the time to answer to this.

What are the proper codes and conduct from a commissioner? In terms of inquiring about status of a commission.

So far, I've been going rather laid back with it. I tend to ask for a time estimate and then just sit back and wait.
When I do poke an artist, it's either because I've come to learn that they need a light nudge now and then. Or when a bit longer than the estimated time given has passed. Artists that I've come to know however, I've ended up just waiting for because I've learned how they work and so on.

I do understand that getting questions about statuses and progress must be incredibly annoying for most artists, and I do sympathize. Which is why I do my best to keep it to a bare minimum.

Well, it've been five months now since I posted the first commission I ordered. At least since I started this little journey I've departed upon. And I've learned a LOT in this time, gotten several new and amazing friends that I cherish dearly (you know who you are!).

One thing that have turned out very true is something that one of my new friends said when I just meet her. "Imagination is a muscle, and like any muscle, it atrophies if not exercised."
In the beginning of these five odd months now, coming up with ideas felt difficult and it took a long while to come up with something solid that felt right for me. I will admit, that along the way there were some mistakes, some that may never see the light of day here on FA, some shiny things were made as well though!

Enough of that however! Recently, I've felt things have gotten easier, more flowing and ideas come to me without as much as it took five months ago. So I guess my friend was truly right! So I'll keep flexing this creative muscle, see what comes to me down the line, it's going to be interesting to say the least and I hope that those of you that follow me think so as well!

This journal was more for my own sake, just to get some thoughts off my head! No idea why I felt like sharing this really, guess I'm thinking someone actually read my silly little journals XD

Well.. didn't come through on finishing that to-do list as I promised myself. Which kinda sucks.. went into a rather.. unpleasant place in my head during the start of the year. Self-doubt, and general emo bullshit -_-'

BUT! Enough of that weepy, ranty crap! Promised myself I'd keep stuff like that to myself, no one wanna hear about that anyway! Cause it's just depressing and shit XD

Right! Uhm.. Here's the thing, I've feel like I've been trying to do everything at the same time, and haven't been able to get anything together. No stories, no planning, no decent anything really. So, I'm going to try and slow myself down a bit. Share what I have, look over the stories I've written and not edited, look up on those that I've started and not finished.. go through commissions I've ordered, throw em up here and so on. Drifted too much away from everything really.

I've also been on a few benders as of late.. one have been Sonic and the other Mega Man, might be a few others as well. Soooo... yeah.. might be seeing some of that in the near future >.>

Anyhow! I'm just gonna sit back, relax, take it easy and slowly work myself back into the state I was when I started this little adventure. Also need to learn to generally chill and relax >.>

Well, holidays are over. My friend have returned home, and I can resume my proper online activities!
Got a hella to-do-list though.

Things to do:
Edit Chapter 1 of main story
Finish Chapter 2
Work through back-log of things to post
Write up character descriptions
Edit small Penance Bot story and post it
Write a collection of small stories
Order more commissions, so many things I wanna see done! -flails-

Going on a 1400 km road trip, be back in.. 2 days or so!

Well, that's one more year almost knocked off.. wonder what 2016 will bring us all. Nothing but good things and pleasant experiences I'm hoping, not just for myself, but for everyone else as well.
