On coming out Poly
General | Posted 9 years agoMy life has been completely exploding.
When I reflect on myself, I see a need to share and be known. My deep longing to know love as freely as possible is intrinsic in my deepest self. What's more, I have a overpowering urge to help others see it in themselves as well.
Why would you not always love as fully and as truthfully as you can with /everyone/ you care for? Why would you restrict anyone from loving who their heart reveals to them? Why would fun, excitement, and fulfilment of someone you care for ever be a threat?
We all owe it to those we love to help them actualize themselves. To be a person who supports their highest journey. To give them space to shine their brightest and be a catalyst for their choices.
And speaking strictly in terms of sexuality, these feelings are not something I can control. The thought of being involved with multiple people, together or apart, flips my switch on its deepest setting. More than wanting a man, woman, or middle, I want to be IN the middle of a swirling circle of love and sexual expression. I want those I care about to feel the same joy.
I have always been this way. What's more, I don't think it's something that will ever change. It is nerve-racking to talk about sometimes, as people think you are being shallow or immature, and nothing could be further from the truth. It is only with depth and self-understanding that it becomes this free.
I am polyamorous. I have so much love to give, and I need a lot in return. It's who I am, that is ok, and that is beautiful

On Dragonkind
General | Posted 10 years agoI've done some re-arranging lately.
Some Redefining. Re-invigorating. ReCognizing.
Some of these fetishists go crazy describing how a Dragon is this primal, base urging. Predatory and without guilt or equivalence. And I simply don't agree.
Burninating aside, we are who we are because we are fucking forces of nature. A dragon is the mountain, the river, the currents within the earth. A compulsory obsession does not define our lust or lifeforce. Such fancies are merely superimposed treasure on our powerful, elemental affect upon our surroundings.
Within us lies the souls of thousands, rocks, trees, wind, and all the people who have breathed it in.
I am not tied by a melancholy hoard or a politic princess. Such are the affairs of lesser beings.
I am the life. I amd the Earth. I am the Sky. I am fluid and I am free.
