I don't really talk about irl things here anymore, but feel this is important. One of my rats, Boo, had surgery yesterday to have a growth removed. When I went to pick her up, she wasn't groggy at all, and was acting like a brat when the vet was showing me how to giver her antibiotics, lol. She was also licking her stitches a lot yesterday (is sleeping right now), so she may have to be brought back for a collar, ugh. Atleast she is alive and well, I cried the morning of her initial vet appointment and almost cried when I was picking out a recovery cage at the Petco.

Apologies for not being as active lately. I have a large commission to do that I forgot to add to the list. My mind has been elsewhere lately, eh.

First thing's first, thank you all for the commissions so far :D. It is nice to get back into producing traditional art, and realized that coloring with markers + pencils is here to stay.

First place, baby. Well, this is the design that initially won, I had to make some changes which I am too lazy to upload atm. I am going to be in both a newspaper and a magazine :D

It seems when my commissions are aaaaalmost clear, friends start giving me money to draw them pics, lol. I dislike having a lot on my plate. I am leaving on a week long trip to visit my family this Friday, so I won't be posting art at that time. But I will try to get more done until then!

I will be getting HeartGold the day before I leave so I have something to entertain myself with on the plane. I'm trading over the eggs of Tyrogue and Smoochum because most of the early game Pokemon don't appeal to me. Not to mention how cool Jynx and Hitmonchan are. Who else likes to play with alternate "starters"?

Long story short, been horribly depressed for months, saw a therapist, and now I am attending a class on photoshop/graphic art. It's kind of nice to have my brain juices flowing again, and I am drawing more. I still have a small backup of commissions to finish. Then I will start taking badge commissions again.
