The trade of the Slow loris needs to stop now
They are wild animals and not meant to live in captivity for out enjoyment.
Those cute videos you see on youtube? that's bull. Its not cute when you know why they rais their arms in the air. its not to be tickled, it a defense mechanism.
They are caught and taken in huge groups from their home in the wild. some don't even make the trip and die in the cages they where put in with all the others. The other loris have to just sit there with those that have died untill they are taken out.
Their teeth are ripped out. while they are awake, they feel every minute of it, before they are sold.
The bright lights of our homes hurt their eyes and most are not getting the nutrition they need.
It is sad and not cute.

Posted 10 years agoI feel like I have been aggravating everyone I talk to. I know there are some that I have aggravating or annoyed but I don't mean to.
I always feel like someone is angry with me. probably my anxiety making me feel that way but I don't know....'
If i'm upsetting anyone at any time please tell me, in a polite way of course and I will do my best to remember not to do what was annoying you.
Basically I feel like im always saying the wrong things all the time, causing people to find me annoying or just wanting me to go away.
My OCD has flared up lately and that has been a pain.
Depresion has also decided to make an entrance yet again. there is allot of bad things going on in my family, both of my mother's parents are sick and I fear they may not be with us much longer.
I have not posted my art and such lately because when I start to I stop and begin to think: "whats the point no one is going to want to buy my crap." and I cant do commissions right now because i'm always afraid people will hate what I have made.
Please understand that I am not posting this for attention, I just wanted people to know I guess.... I don know. I'm not even looking for anyone to respond to this, not that you cant if you want to. you can if you want to.

Posted 10 years agoI have learned that Oklacon is the same time as Izumicon. I have to go to oklacon because © Rose Cook. Ink. and I will be setting up a booth there and will be there the entire con.
I have already started making the Na'vi cosplay so I will be using it there instead, even if It doesn't really fit in at a fursuiting con lol.

Cosplay and conventions.
Posted 10 years agoSo I have decided to make a cosplay for Izumicon in October.
I am making a na'vi cosplay! If anyone knows anyone that has done one before, tips would be greatly appreciated. I am having trouble finding a cheap solution for the extra long braid.
I will also be at Oklacon shortly after. I will be wearing a fursuit there. possibly Zoneout.
I need more money to get into both cons so if anyone sees anything on my page, that is for sale, that they like, I would love if you could buy some stuff. I will be putting $3 mystery egg adoptables up soon as well as some reagular $2 adoptables.
As for my avatar cosplay I will be practicing before the con. I will probably go on omegal.

Posted 11 years agoI have decided that i am a mouse. Ruby will still be on of my favorite fursona and the suit i usually where. But my knew fursona is me. What i mean is that she is exactly like me. This includes her backstory and everything. Her name will be Reeves, as this is my middle name.
Those that know my mate may already know that he is a hellhound. This is a funny combination but thats ok.
Im currently debating on making Ruby a knew partial suit or making Reeves. hmmm….

What I'm currently working on - Fursuit
Posted 11 years agoI am currently working on a partial fursuit of my character: Zoneout the mutant cat.
My goal is to have at least the head furred and the arm sleeves finished by October 30.
It will take longer than any other fursuit I have made because I am using as little hot glue as i possibly can and I am not using bucrum or plastic mesh for the eyes as i have in the past.
Progress:
Foam headbase: finished
head furred: just the hood and neck to go
Eyes: makeshift eyes are being put in today -11/17/14
Armsleeves: not started
Handpaws: not started
Feetpaws: not started, need to buy shoes.
Tail: not started.
My goal is to have at least the head furred and the arm sleeves finished by October 30.
