RainFurrest was a great time, went off better than I could hope. :3 I was so anxious because it was the first con I had to fly to and with a suit and traveling solo, but everything worked out awesomely :3


The Good:

Flight Change:
Changed my flights because I didn't want to sit near a guy who causes me trouble xD Went well and ended up getting credit to another flight, probably for a future con :P Also got to stay longer at the con.

First Days weather: So sunny and beautiful! Glad I got to see downtown before it got all rainy. Seattle in the summer is a great place to be, RF should move it back a couple months xP

Roommates: I love furries and how you can just find some random ones online and they turn out to be super cool with 0 drama.  -Silver- Our host, washington native, and very cute to boot, especially when shirtless on the dance floor.  enen.chuukon A fellow socal native and hung out wif me during zee con.  retrospecter a quiet fur like me and a good roomie to have.

Food: Our hotel gave the best free hotel breakfast buffet I've ever seen, the bacon was murr. Also had a really great pepper seared tuna dish at the hilton's hotel. The food at pikes market in downtown Seattle was murr Also the roommies bought a ton of food to our room so we had lots to snack on.

Sightseeing: Went with a group of early risers to the Pikes Market where I rode a copper pig. Got to see the space needle finally, and a bunch of other cool sights. Totally reminds me of Downtown San Francisco.

Having  wuffpaws And  kojakwolf let me crash in their room right across from con ops was pretty swanky. It was a great stop to get buzzed then go suit x3 Also met some cool people through them and Wuff's suit is adorbes :3

Fursuit Lounge: Super high tech coolers, could of used a few more high speed fans and chairs maybe, but defiantly the best built lounge I've been in.

Kids: There were a lot of kids this con, but they wern't annoying at all, lots of high fives and happy faces instead of squeakers and tailpullers! Kids are so fun to fursuit with :3

Furries: All the fans are great, so huggable :3 And I met some really cool furs, some of whom I didnt get their names cause in suit its hard to write down numbers xD It was nice meeting  SokiTwopaw who I can tell cares a lot about his projects. The canadian moose with authentic accent  Stu-da-Moose All The  socalfurs I see all the time but now 1200 miles from home xP So many others too, I will try and find your FA's xP

Snuggles: Got a lot of snuggles from furries, you may not know this but I love snuggles, so freaking snuggle me xP. I think I snuggled  artie the longest, hes very snuggly :3

Breaking Bad Party: Snuggled up and watched the breaking bad finale, it was a good end to a good series, and drinking while snuggling furs just made it better :3

Drunkest I've ever been: I usually don't black out but I went from drinking with my fursuit head off to laying on the floor, to stripped down in my undies in bed with my suit all hung up and neat. :3 Its nice to have friends that take care of you, my one friend had a bunch of shit dumped on him as 'punishment' for sleeping early, pretty lame imo

Fursuit Games: Lots of fun to try and complete simple tasks in a suit, totally got banged around a few times, so hard to do active stuff with tunnel vision and a tail that can be stepped on plus gloves that dont grip and a heat suit xP It was still a lot of fun and I hope to see video of it soon, there were so many cameras at the fursuit parade, hopefully some made it to the games as well xP The only event I skipped was musical chairs because with my tail I am doomed to loose that one xD

Saturday's Dance: So many great furry DJs, I danced for over 3 hours :3 Shout out to  Firr  rawkz0rz and  mooglepower

The Variety Show: Hands down the funniest furry show I've seen, topped FC's Unleashed, all the skits were just spot on hilarious.

The Bad:

Rain and having to walk between hotels, My paws are really matted and will require a lot of TLC now, also having wet feet sucked xD

BabyFurs, they got baby powder all over my stuff xD

Getting too drunk and passing out early, lame, sleep is for after the con :p

I think I got high for the really first time, it just like made me slow then sleepy and i ate like half a pizza xD Drinking and rolling is a lot more fun imo :P

Saw a homeless guy drink a Starbucks from the trash :/

Not meeting all the people I wanted to: something to work towards, being more outgoing and getting ppls numbers before the con :P

Since I suited so much, I didn't have much time in the Dealers Den or Art Auction, as such I only bought 1 thing, some  Kitty-Loves-Monster undies I lost. :3 Also missed the dance comp because I wanted a hot shower and to relax after suiting for so long.

I took some video, but few pics, hopefully pics will surface of the fun times had :P

Packing: Its hard packing for this trip, brought a bunch of things I didnt need, and left things I did xD


The Ugly:
Unfortunate experience with a drunk fur I knew. Didn't last long but caused anxiety D: ah well

I had an issue with a falling out of my best friend and former mate and that caused me to not be interested in the fandom like I was. Its sad to see good things end but sometimes people change and you need to step back and re-evaluate the situation and decide if things are salvageable or not. In this case they were not, but I've mourned the person I knew and have distanced myself from the person thats left. So I am now accepting best friend applications! Haha j/k or am I >.>

Friday: I went to LA Pride with and in partial suits, it was ladies night and we got a lot of cheers and photos, though there was the occasional tail puller or taunter. It was a lot of fun and we went into the Abby which was a really big and cool gay club with the hottest guy dancers I've seen. Someone got a pic of me there and sent it to Jacob who sent it to Wulf who sent it to me :3

First time I suited at the PS, it was really fun, thankfully there was a breeze but Its still amazing how hot these things get, but I kept it on for as long as I could because its a lot of fun to see peoples reactions :3 I'll put a couple of these pics up on FA soon as well :3

Sunday:

Went back to pride for the parade and hanged with , , , , and Arcade suited and was having a blast, we ended up staying there for like 6 hours longer than I wanted too because he was running around having way too much fun. I actually got jealous and wish I suited too even though I did it for 2 days already. Also we drank well over a liter of fireball whisky so maybe thats why it was so much fun, around midnight we did a mcdonalds run then went home to watch super troopers :3 Me and wulf have a lot of video and pics from our phones to go through, most of it is Arcade being super gay (cause he was drunk) xD

Dis is my 3rd Califur and the 1st one where I stayed at the hotel, which I found overrated since I was never too drunk just to drive home and sleep in my own bed, but it was nice to have a place to change into suit/relax/eat/shower in. This is also the first CF where I didn't have any designated mate that 'had' to hang out with me so I was worried I'd be alone, but I was actually a lot less alone than last years so yay :3

THURSDAY:
Started Day 0 getting buzzed with stuff  serv got :o
Had an epic massage/chat with  ne_Ziggy I needed that so much thank you! <3
Banged in  Mezmerized-Wolf- room (oh mai)

FRIDAY:
Reged in line with Mezmerized-Wolf- and  Nightcoon91 (pregreg ftw)
Bought gay stuff in the Dealers den (rainbow tail :3) from the very talented  kayskah
Got my  ThatKrazyK9 and  Zambuka badges :3 for me.
Met who left way too soon!
Suited up with  AudiGshep and  Snafu223 we tried to make the pet auction signups but missed it barely.
Walked outside in suit to Tiffanys car, got catcalled and honked at :P
Went down and danced with  krashpup while  Adri_Fernan was DJing
Checked out the BDSM panel with krashpup
Danced more with krashpup, He and I were put on stage to dance, too bad Krashpup is the only one who knew how to dance, I worried more about not falling off stage :P
Room was empty so I hung out with friends in the jacuzzi :3
Got back room was full of snuggling furs so I drove home and snuggled in my own bed :3

SATURDAY:
Drove back to Hotel and chilled with any furs I could find.
Barely caught the tail end of the fursuit parade even though I went down 15 minutes early. Me and a few other confused suiters eventually stumbled along the right path to make it to the group photo. So weird how smooth BLFC got it on their first try and this kind of stuff is still happening at CF.
Decided that being sober had to end, I hooked up with  KojakWolf  Wuffpaws  pamfer Mezmerized-Wolf- and more and had one Orange Crush that KojakWolf recommended but because I hadn't eaten since like the night before I got totally smashed off of it.
Still buzzed from my one drink we headed over to the pool where I saw the biggest beach ball evar! People were tossing it around in the pool it looked like fun. Here is a video of it:

Kojakwolf convinced me to go in by going in with his boxers, ThatKrazyK9 Mezmerized-Wolf- wuffpaws  Raishiin Nightcoon91  KarrMatic and others joined in later. We had a lot of fun with the ball and other toys, although when i tried to headbutt the ball it literally compressed my neck with a crunchy sound.... whooops xD After I was all pruny got out and dried up.
 IAmSpyke panel on body modifications was a bit disturbing at times yet really interesting, learned a lot.
Fursuited with nightcoon and Karma a lot, went to the dance, but was super tired so didn't do much grooving.

Staying up until roommates decided to collapse, tried 151 don't recommend it straight up :P no snugs but I slept much better than the previous night.


SUNDAY:
Packed up and moved out of the room after  dragonvee gave us a lovely wake up pep talk. So many empty booze bottles @_@
Got outbid on arts by Otto, gah!
Bought some last minute arts from  DarkNatasha, love her work!
Watched an epic Smash Brothers Tournament that  Jazzotter dominated in as R.O.B. but he was more of a S.O.B. sniping from the edges :P
Dorked around with AudiGShep Snafu223 and 3lliot
Said goodbye to everyone I could find.
Didnt suit (so hot), instead decided to leave because only the die hard people with no jobs the next day were staying xD
Had dinner with my non Fur friend at Lazy Dog cafe om nom!
Stopped by WuffPaws and KojakWolf place saw their jacuzzi and fire pits, ate pizza, ice cream and cookies then watched star trek :3.





All in all it was good clean fun, barely drank or at least got drunk (except for the one drink at the bar xD) Everything was tame too, some jacuzzi snugs. Suiting was unbearably hot otherwise I would have been in it more. Also seeing all the couples doing stuff together made me le sigh, maybe someday I can be half of a cute gay couple :P
Thank you all who took the time to hang out and have fun with me, its you people who make the con fun, not the suits or the hotel, but the people who and leave all the drama and assholeyness someplace else and just enjoy the con :P


Next cons for me?
AC, MFF probably not, but who knows may go on a last second whim
RF maybe, dunno if I wanna deal with flying with a suit n such but it would be fun or so I hear.
FC hell yeah, already got a double bed room and am looking for roommates, ideally fursuiters since its at the Marriott so no excessive walking.
