I'm still here, I've been in a constant tug-a-war between depression and being sick lately (Not CORVID-19 thankfully) So I haven't made much progress on art, my page, my twitch, etc etc.
I'm hoping to get stuff done during the week, but we will see!
Honestly I've mostly been chugging tea and binge watching Bob Ross episodes lately and it's been swell while dealing with my dumb brain and immune system.

HEY GUYS!
I'm going to be making a come back!
Last year was a very... Difficult year for me, I was working through a life time of trauma with my new psychologist, trying to get back on my feet with life in general and just trying to come to terms with a lot of things.
I'm now in a stable, healthier home, one where I have a supportive boyfriend, 2 cats and my own space.
That being said.
Once the furniture for my bedroom arrives and is set up, I will be doing art again!
I won't be doing commissions for a while as I have a backed up queue to work through, plus some person projects to work on. But I'm hoping to get my confidence for art back along with my passion.
I have a few challenges I want to do, like drawing each and every Pokemon in the pokedex , theme challenges, etc.
I'm looking forward to it and I hope you guys are too!

Posted 6 years ago Figured it was time I did a proper update on things
So
Tablet first.
Ugee is the company my tablet was from. While it didn't behave the same way as my previous Wacom, it still did the job it was meant to do.
Problem is.. Ugee completely cucked my tablet model with their V.2 driver updates. It basically makes my tablet unuseable. The driver I needed was V.1 but they removed it completely from their site.
My partner is very tech savvy and he couldn't fix it. So I had to opt out for buying a completely new tablet, which I had to borrow the money for (So I will be taking on YCH's soon to pay it off)
I now have a Huion, or at least I will soon. It's meant to be here soon. I'm hoping this tablet doesn't cause any problems
All my tech issues lately, beside computer part stuff, has been because of UGEE and their drivers. So I am really hoping that this stops them and I can work without issue.
I'm really sorry to my followers, especially my commissioners, for the lack of art. I've been getting hit hard by Murphy's law lately
Now onto life.
I've been struggling very badly with my depression of late, along with my insomnia. The issues with not being able to work on art or commissions hasn't be helping either and has had me constantly stressed. I'm waiting for my next payment to be able to get my sleeping medication and finally get some decent sleep.
Been trying to distract myself with streaming, which works temporarily but then I get drained and have to lay down for hours to rebuild energy.
I know I'm just in a rut at the moment and will bounce back eventually, just ech..
I'm hoping working on art again will help me with bouncing back

I'm planning on relaunching my YT channel. I'm just trying to get everything ready, get myself in a better condition and well, get a tablet again pffft. I also hope to focus on more personal art projects one I finish my queue and gather some much needed funds, so that's something I'm looking forward too!
I'm planning a bunch of YCH's as well that won't be base fills, but entirely my art.. Which I hope excites some people??? Iunno lmao

Posted 6 years ago Okay so my PC is fully set up and operational!.... The only issue is my tablet drivers are doing a thing... This happened on my PC before the upgrade as well as my laptop. Seems whatever update they did to the driver just.. Cucks my drawing programs and stuff. My partner fixed it for me last time, and says he'll fix it for me this weekend. So art will be resuming indefinitely on Monday onwards, I do need to update my schedule a bit because I'm trying to schedule my life atm to try and keep myself out of the rut I recently fell in. so I will be changing my work hours a tad.
In other news though, I have started streaming on Twitch. It will mostly be playing vidya games but sometimes art too/ I'm also going to be focusing on my YouTube as well and hoping to aim for at least one video a week if I can

Good and bad news | Update
Posted 6 years ago So good news first.
-We have NBN that is fast enough that I should be able to stream now.
-My PC is apparently fixed and been upgraded a bit so in a couple days I will be able to start working on art again. I just gotta re-set up my desk again as well as entirely re-set up my PX (Explained in bad news)
I'm hoping to be streaming on twitch both art AND playing games. I will figure out a schedule later on.
- I now will be working off an external hard drive to prevent future loss of files/part mishaps
Now bad news.
-My hard drive got broken in the PC fix :') My housemate replaced it but it means I've lost a bunch of files. I've recovered as many as I could. Though some commissions I completely lost the progress/completed piece..
That being said, I will be issuing a couple refunds some time this week. I will be contacting customers directly if I am refunding them.
- My PC basically ended up factory reset'd so I need to sit down and download/install everything again. Which may take a while to get everything ready but as soon as it is, I'm set.
Update | Computer issues
Posted 6 years ago So my computer troubles were meant to be fixed tonight but while my housemate was fixing it, it turned out I needed new parts :’) we’ve ordered them, they’re meant to be here next week but until then, I can’t work on art or post finished commissions.
This is entirely out of my hands guys, I’m doing my best. Hopefully once this is fixed, I won’t have to worry about PC stuff for a few months *huff*
IN OTHER NEWS
Our household has decided to upgrade our internet plan/finally get NBN. Which means there’s a possibility I’ll be able to do streams! It won’t be limited to just art streams, I plan to stream gameplay as well on my days off

Today honestly got away from me, I couldn't find my medication for ages which led to my body being a screaming mess of pain and ick. (Turns out one of the cats had decided to knock them in the gap beside the fridge)
I'm hoping now that they're in my system I might be able to get a few hours in of work but I can't promise. I plan to start my work day earlier Thursday and Friday to make up for it.

I wanted to drop my current social links, as I am more active on Instagram and getting active on Twitter. My Twitter will mostly be used for updates and posting finished art! I'm also starting my YouTube channel over again and will have content soon (Hopefully)

Going to be doing a mass OC clear out

- I'm wanting to cut down my OC's to my main project babs and my absolute favourites
- I need money to pay off my part of the bond
- I want to start focusing on large projects, thus includes physical items
- I just don't have the time for all of them
I will gradually be uploading everyone I am selling, a chunk will be cheap or free. But a bunch will come with extra art and be a bit more pricey.
I plan to make a proper journal/submission once I am a bit further along with my current queue
Where I've been | Update
Posted 6 years ago Okay so I figured I should finally update you guys on where I've been since Feb.
So originally my mother and I were meant to move up to another state, this had been planned for years but after spending the weekend at my (now) partner's place, I really got the freedom to sit down and think about what I wanted.
For those who don't know, I lived in a very controlling and abusive household and I was plagued with mental illness and trauma that made me very submissive and easily agreeable to my mother.
I finally decided, no, I want to stay here with my friends and family. I didn't want to end up on the other side of the country and possibly lose touch with the people so important to me.\
I told my mother I wasn't sure if I wanted to move to another state anymore and she didn't take it well (To put it lightly) Things eventually calmed down until I started looking for solutions on getting my birds rehomed since, no matter what I chose, I'd have to give them up because one, they wouldn't survive the cross country trip in a car (At least 5 days) and my being my age with no previous renting experience, finding a place itself would be difficult, let alone one that allowed pets.
My mother decided that finding my birds a new home meant I had made up my mind about moving out and basically hell broke loose.
I ended up homeless. Thankfully I have very reliable and caring friends and was able to couch surfe a bit, get my stuff stored and ended up getting a roof over my head offered to my by my partner.
The whole experience was very traumatic. My whole family minus an uncle, disowned me. Family friends I thought of as family shunned me too. My mother was threatening myself and those who helped me. Even claiming she had my new address and was going to turn up. I had to block her on ALL social media, change my number. Put certain accounts to private/deactivate them and just... Yikes.
This was such a huge strain on me. I wasn't able to work for months just based on not having anywhere to work. But I also wouldn't leave my partners bedroom for weeks other than bathroom and showering. I was terrified.
I'm now doing better, a lot better. I'm still having nightmares and breakdowns/panic attacks. But thanks to my partner and my circle of supportive friends, I'm feeling well enough to work again and stop hiding away.
I will be active with art once again but through the advice of my specialist, I only work 3 days a week for set hours to minimise my stress as best I can.

I was made homeless back in February and I'm finally back on my feet

Posted 7 years ago Had a mishap where I left my pen for my tablet back in Australia, so I had to wait for a new tablet to arrive in Indonesia for me to use. I now have it and slowly getting my queue finished!

It all basically comes down to me losing drive.
I lost my sleep pattern too and overall became a mess but I’m better now (hopefully)
I’ll be completing several commissions tonight, despite it being in my TOS that I have the weekends off.

First off, I want to apologise to my current customers for the delay/lack of art lately. I’ve been struggling with my mental health and been trying to get in a better mindset for art.
I’m hoping that starting Tuesday, I’ll be back to a semi-normal work schedule. I appreciate your patience and understand.
Secondly.
As mentioned before— without getting too into it—, I’m dealing with mental health issues. Primarily depression. I’m also having to cut someone, who was really important to me, out of my life as they’ve become a source of toxicity and a trigger for my anxiety and depression. So I’m admittedly struggling with that. But I have the support of my boyfriend and close friends so I’m getting by.

I actually arrived last night but went straight to bed and today I was just, longing around the house trying to stay awake due to my sleep schedule being screwed up.
Art will be worked on once I have my room sorted out, it's a mess thanks to everything I own in the house, being thrown into it in a haste so I can pack it when I got home. Oof.

Posted 7 years ago Art progress has been brought to a standstill due to the desk of the hotel room being used for our suitcases to be packed on.
Plus
I've had braces put on again, and I am in too much pain and discomfort to really do anything. That, plus the lack of being able to eat and medication has left me feeling really sick.
Hopefully after a week or so I can work on art again.
I also plan to make a load of halloween YCH's, so keep an eye out~
