the girl from my strange addiction says RUN!

So I had my bag stolen from the break room where I work so I will not be able to check my Email or anything else unless I'm at the computer. I also work a lot so I won't be on as much for a while. (I need the cash for Christmas stuff and my suit so I'm not complaining)

I will be finishing up the stuff on my list very soon I hope and then I will do my trades before opening up for commissions again!

Also I'm hoping to post some stuff that I have from my old sketch books. Not all of it is super old but I really should post more.

Character’s full name: Runzi pronounced Roon-Zee (last name being panji or Janji depending)

Reason or meaning of name: I picked Runzi because I was trying to be original XD it stuck because I really liked it! (panji because it was close to panja form kimba the white lion and janji as the same but starting with the first letter of my irl name!)

Character’s nickname: Runzi, Runz or Ru

Reason for nickname: Hmm when I told my friends about Runzi (middle-school-ish time) they all started calling me that even some of my favorite teachers!

Birth date: Jan, 3

Physical appearance: Runzi is a small white fox with three tails and bat wings, She is also part vampire(bat). Each of her tails has a black "v" shape to it and she has tall black "socks" markings on her legs, her ears are also all black on the outside and white on the inside. The socks go to about halfway up her upper arms and halfway up her thighs. She has a little fluff of hair that always covers er right eye and also is tipped with a "v" shape, Her hair also has little half "v"s on the sides which are quite hard to describe because they are not tips... She also has a little skull and cross bones hair clip. her wings are all black except for the inner front webbing which is white. Her wings in full size are bigger than she is by quite a bit but are usually shown as little floating "chibi" wings (because they are cute that way and are easier to draw).

All of the black coloration on Runzi is where she can draw from. Every spot of black on her can produce Magic ink. She is an artist after all!



Type/Species: Kitsune (magic fox) and a little vampire (possibly bat?)

Age: I don't know how old she is but it's very very old!

Gender(mental)/Sex(physical)/Orientation(preference): Female in both and straight-ish? (I'm almost bi but I'm like almost demi-sexual bi? idk I love my zaky!)

How old does he/she appear: right now 18-19 ish (as old as I look)

Weight: 95 lbs. (anthro) very light (feral)

Height: 5'3" (anthro) around 35" long (feral)

Body build: In anthro form Runzi is petite and fairly curvy and has a somewhat larger that average bust but covers it well with very fluffy chest and slightly longer underbelly fur. She is also very strong without looking it.

Texture/feel: Incredibly soft!

Seasons/Shedding/Etc: Runzi does get fluffier in the winter!

Size/Shape: I've recently been drawing her with bigger than a normal fox size ears, but not fennec sized! They are normal fox shape.

Overall attractiveness: Quite attractive by most standards although the most anyone will probably see of her is a tasteful pinup! ;P

Physical disabilities: She is small. She can change her shape but her normal form is small and has trouble getting things down. (her "chibi wings can help her float but not very high and her normal wings are to big for indoors)

Usual fashion of dress: She is usually seen in black or very dark clothes, jeans and a t-shirt are normal. Loves cute skulls and the occasional pony though! XD

Favorite outfit: Not sure. It's usually a comfy pair of dark jeans and my Miku Shirt with My "walden" jacket for me so probably that. :3

Jewelry or accessories: She has a bracelet and a favorite spiked collar :p

Personality: Runzi is aloof at first but when you get to know her she's fiercely loyal and fun loving. She loves to draw and talk about the things she's into and will talk your ears off if given the chance. She's very passionate and easily moody. She tends to be quite silly and grumpy at times!

Good personality traits: Passionate, silly, fun, funny, goofy, honest, loyal, friendly, happy, polite, Strong willed, opinionated, outgoing(most of the time).

Bad personality traits: She tends to be mistrusting and aloof at first, she holds a mean grudge and can easily set you straight when your being rude. She is often moody and fairly easily upset by certain things. She also is terribly critical of herself. She also tends to get pig headed about things. She has a problem with opening her big mouth when she shouldn't. She (like I) has a depression problem and can get "stuck" in a depressed mood.

Mood character is most often in: She tends to be fairly happy. She can get depressed. She often pretends to be grumpier than she really is.

Sense of humor: She has a pretty great sense of humor and laughs pretty easily at jokes even aimed at her. She loves good jokes and tricks but not mean or super rude ones. She can take a joke :P

Character’s greatest joy in life: Hmm... This is a hard one but I think it will come down to being with friends and creating art of many kinds!

Character’s greatest fear: Hmm I think being alone or being powerless.

Why? Being alone Has always been a fear of mine because I'm afraid of getting hurt and being left powerless. I've been in powerless situations before... They are very scary.

Character is most at ease when: She's drawing and doing the things she likes most. Usually when with good friends.

Most ill at ease when: Left alone. Mostly when left alone and doing something she's never done or rarely done.

Enraged when: This is a long list! Hahaha when she's told she's not good enough or something because she's a girl, Called a whore because she's a fox, When rape jokes are told(not funny just rude), when people do dumb things and she doesn't understand why(never will!). Mostly when people tell her she's overreacting to something(it's just a joke, I was kidding, It wasn't that bad, etc.).

Sad when: People don't understand her (quite often). When people lie to her or break promises.

Priorities: I'm not sure.... Get her life in a good direction and stay happy :3

Hobbies: I draw (no really?) I fursuit! I read. I dance... hmm and I do lots of Miku and UTAU related stuff too!

Plays a sport? Hell no! She hates "being a team player" when forced into a game. (I was always forced to play with kids I hated so sports never seemed fun to me sorry guys!)

How he/she would spend a rainy day: Drawing or practicing dances or sleeping or playing video games or... I think you get the point!

Extremely skilled at: Drawing, acrobatics(not so much irl now but someday!), fighting and magic(also not exactly like real life but maybe!).

How he/she feels about himself/herself: She's generally too hard on herself but when in a good mood or determined can pick herself back up!

Relationships with others: Runzi Really loves her friends and counts many of them as family! I have a special place in my heart for them and they mean a great deal to me! I always want them to be happy even if it means I don't see them as much. I have a deep appreciation of my friends and family and would love to see all of them every day and have fun!

Opinion of other people in general: She generally thinks they are not nice to say the least but many of them do step up when they are needed.

Does the character hide his/her true opinions and emotions from others? Sometimes She does but more often than not she's very outward about herself. She tends to hide her emotions and controversial opinions from strangers or people who seem to not be worth the fight though.




These were a great set of questions and I think if you can't answer most of these questions about your fursona then the character you are writing about is not your Fursona. These are questions that really make a round character that will work well in many stories.

I'm really happy I answered these and if you read them thanks for taking the time! I really hope more people do this because I love reading them! I hope everything is ok now as it's a bit long to check for mistakes... hmm... I'm sure I'll do something like this again and I might slowly add to this!

I did free sketches a while ago and it took me sometime but they are up now! I need to figure out a better way of scanning them though... so updated sketches will be put up when I can! :D

Yeah you read that right. I just accidentally played "Detective" onto a furs page who had 35 fursonas. Just fursonas.

They then had a whole list of "other characters" that was like 20 characters long.

then another complete for ponies that had at least ten.......

Almost all of their art was porn as well...... almost all, like they would have two pictures instead of three pages is safe for work mode was on.

Well guys, I have met the walking embodiment of the kind of fur I hate and never want to deal with. I don't say this lightly either.

I found their page because they were causing a lot of trouble to a fursuit maker a few years back and I wanted to see if they ever got the suit they bitched so much about. It looks like they put up a huge stink over nothing and never got the suit but the art they had and the "fursonas" they had.....

Lets just say I haven't blocked an account and connecting accounts so fast in my life! Joking but not really.


I wouldn't care so much but 35 is excessive and just dumb. I understand one or two maybe three fursonas to really play up each character but if you have 35 different sides I probably already want nothing to do with you. How can you possibly care as much as you should about your fursona about 34 other characters at the same time. I could have this person wrong but from the stupid things they had posted and the *ahem* "fursonas" that they had I wanted nothing to do with them and blocked them before I started drama... bleh!

I just feel that you can't have that many "fursonas" and have any of them be your actual fursona let alone all of them at once. It feels like this person wants as many characters as possible so they never have to settle on one and they call them all fursonas because of what I was talking about the last time I talked about this.

I feel like this person uses fursona to describe any character that has any traits that even resemble traits they themselves have and this is simply stretching the word to cover ones own insecurities. I honestly think this person is very self centered or they wouldn't identify with so many characters so easily... I also think they make characters just to have characters of different species and colors so they always have something to draw instead of being a little more creative.

I only bring this up because their "fursonas" all have like three alter egos which are pretty much "Nina" "Nina evil" "Nina hoe" and other similar things that are almost redundant. I suppose I would be less critical if they weren't "fursonas" but were just characters because that's what they seem like. They could also use better names as some of them were BAD, like Egypt the Egyptian bad.... I just think this person could do a lot better but then I think of the big stink they put up and think I'm probably giving them too much credit.

I also have a problem with people who only have porn of their fursona(s). This person had an abundance of that. :/ I get that people like the roll playing side of it and such but this is a little ridiculous.

I guess I should put this under "furries ruin everything" even being furry x.x but it just upset me to think about how much my Runzi means to me and see this joker use the term on so many characters that probably don't mean anything but porn entertainment for them. I'm sure the character at the top of the list was probably their ACTUAL fursona but for whatever reason they felt they needed 34 others to fill some void. All I wish is that people would really respect the term fursona and not abuse the privilege of expressing oneself. It's like when assholes protest funerals because they "Have the right to", yes you do but you're completely abusing it like the douche nozzle you are! Whatever I need to stop yammering on about it and just move on.


Ok I think I'm about done... I'm only writing this to vent frustration so don't take this personally anyone! I'm just dumbfounded and saddened mostly :/ BLEH! I'll stop being a butt now!

So my last journal was about hospital visits and so far we haven't had to go back :) I still haven't found a job yet but I think I will soon.

As for commissions I'm working on them as we speak! I have updated the list with what's done on each (as of tonight) and will be taking more commissions soon after I get caught up!

Quick question! I'm making a little orange and white yarn tail (on the side) and I'm not sure if I should just sell it or if I should try a small auction. It's less than a foot long and will probably be a ornament of some kind instead of a costume piece.... although it could still be worn like one ^_^;;

So my boyfriend has been having really bad side pain and we went to the ER the other night and they ran some tests and said if it gets worse come back.

So we are back at the hospital for another long night and all they have figured out in the 6 hours we have been here is that one of their doctors doesn't know how to use the ultrasound and that Rythal does not have to have his appendix removed. This knowledge a small step farther than the other night when they thought it might be the appendix.

12 hours of sitting around and occasionally being poked painfully has not left the kitty dragon in a good mood. Nor has the lack of sleep on my behalf made this fun for me. (I can't sleep in hospitals because they scare me)

Just letting everyone know I will be even later getting your things to you and I do hope you'll forgive me! I really hate leaving people's stuff I owe them un worked on for so long but life has just been kicking my ass lately and if you want to yell at me I won't take it personally x.x

Hey everyone! I've been a bit busy recently and I'm sorry I haven't been here! My boyfriend and I moved and I'm now trying to find a new job. (Last one was not working out so I did not stay when my review came up)

Ok so I'm not sure how many people will read this but I have some questions and statements about fursuits and fursuit construction.

1. What do you think about liners in fursuit heads?
I know personally I love liners in heads because they feel more comfortable and cool as well as being easier to clean and put on. I also think they seem more professional. This is my opinion though and would love to hear what everyone thinks about it and have a little debate! :3 I really want to hear about suits you've seen/worn/talked to suit owner about.

2. Cleaning tips?I've seen a few videos on how to clean a fursuit but how do YOU do it? and what about suits that have electronics?
I more want to hear what other people say but I will say that you should store your suit with dryer sheets in it even if it's only for a little while because it will smell so nice! Also I've been told to be very careful of things like febreze and other things of that nature as they can actually erode the foam in the suits over time and tend to leave a residue.... O.o

3. DURABILITY!!!!!!!
I'm so tired of reading reviews that give high scores to suits that fall apart!!!! NO YOU WERE NOT BEING TOO ROUGH!!! NO SEAMS SHOULD NOT RIP THAT EASILY!! I see it quite often and all I have to say is I have three videos that show just how durable I think all suits should be

4. pricing....
this is a tricky one because I'm always skeptical of why some suits cost so much... but I'm much more concerned with the ignorant bums out there that do not bother to read or look into prices before commenting with stupid crap like "how much is this suit" or even "is this for sale?" "did you make this?" "omg can you make one just like this for me????" or my favorite one so far "I wouldn't pay that much for it how about 500 bucks?" and then when not answered said "you know your charging too much right? No one will buy it" these are all over beastcubs you tube videos and any other fursuit video with enough views. The suit these were talking about was a quad tiger O.o ALMOST NO SUIT IS 500 you dumb fuck! ESPECIALLY A TIGER AND OR QUAD SUIT!!! LOOK INTO IT BEFORE WRITING STUPID SHIT!!!*rant over sorry* I refrained from saying anything rude to the ass on youtube but BOY WAS I CLOSE!!!! >:(

5. Fursuit hate in the fandom :(
I see a lot of hate from inside the fandom about some suits... Like from oh you made it yourself that's nice dear to kill it with fire comments :/ why? what does it matter what it looks like as long as they are happy with it?

6. those kind of suits O.o(feel free to skip this one if you don't want to talk about it)
I don't have anything against people who use their suits for sex. I don't. All I have to say is if you use it for sex keep it away from the general public. It dose not matter how clean you think something is as long as it was changed, modified, or made with the intention of using it for sex it is a sex toy and should be left at home. If you have separate bodysuits then that is better but things like suits for sex should not be around people that might be very uncomfortable with it. Could you get away with it yeah probably but I would be very upset if I hugged a suit used for that purpose without knowing.

7. last thing for now... should I make a series of videos or journals or a blog or something that is a guide for people to gauge their first fursuit experience? Like a what you should expect and be looking for when buying a suit? and also a guide for people looking into making a fursuit, like "never glue seams" and "stay away from this kind of fur" stuff.
I get really sad seeing reviews on things that could have been easily avoided.... I would interview fursuit makers and fursuiters to make it so it would be less bias.
