Never would have imagined I'd end up getting this many watchers, never would have thought I'd have the privilege to acquire Joji, and never would have thought 2019 would have been the year that it has been.
With the end of the decade coming up, just wanna thank you guys 'n gals for watching me and being a part of my adventures to come!

Tempted to Art Dump
Posted 6 years agoAs most of you know, I recently acquired a character from my friend "StrangeDogg" which was his malamute.
Being that he asked me to rename the boy, I chose the name Joji as the name resonates me (Joji being potentially my favorite music artist at the time of posting this journal).

They'll range different prices but I'm gonna try to keep the prices fair and keep the value under what I paid for the character and all the art included. Rock Dog! 🎸

So today, the boyfriend and I decided we'd go on a date since it's been a few weeks and we decided to go see Rock Dog. It was absolutely phenomenal!
I won't post any spoilers here since I know I have a bunch of watchers that'll be wanting to go and see it. Basically, it was a super fun movie. While, yeah, the underlying message was a bit generic for an animated film, it executed the message well and in a way that both kids and adults could enjoy.
Also, I know I'm gonna get beheaded for this, but I actually liked it more than Zootopia.
Before you yell at me, hear me out, okay?
Zootopia is and always will be one of my favorite movies but I felt as though it was a bit more serious whereas Rock Dog was more of a fun, exciting movie that left me feeling all giddy inside afterwards.
Plus Bodi is adorableeeeeee!
What do you guys think?

Really Bad Day...
Posted 8 years agoSo today has been absolutely terrible.
I just wanna thank everyone for all the support messages (to those that have my telegram) and I wanna let you guys know that I'm gonna try to feel better.
I've been sick with headaches + allergy symptoms for the past couple of days and circumstances that happened today have made me really sad.
So long story short, I'm gonna take a little bit of a break. I'll try to be back in tip-top shape for you guys tomorrow.

Intuos Pro!
Posted 8 years agoOkie dokie guys! I've officially entered the realm of digital art!
I went today and picked up an Intuos Pro as well as Sai and I've been playing with it all night!
I have quite a bit of experience with traditional art but haven't ever really played with digital art. So super excited for this experience and excited I'll be getting to contribute a new type of artwork into the community!
Being that I just started, I'm still gonna play around with it for a bit longer until I get the hang of it, but once I get that down, I'm probably gonna start off with some cheap YCHs to get a feel of everything!
Still can't tell you guys how excited I am. I've commissioned tons of pieces of artwork but now, I get to be involved in the process!
Shoutout to my amazing boyfriend
for buying me the tablet!

First of all, I've had a couple of you guys sent me notes asking what was going on with the note I posted earlier about my boyfriend and I, and I appreciate everyone lookin' out for me! However, it was a misunderstanding between us and I don't want you guys to think badly of my sweet g-shep! He's absolutely nothing but sweet to me! Please know takes excellent care of me! ^w^
Second, I have a really cool new character in my arsenal as well as another one in the works so expect to see some of them! Yes, I'm still primarily a Cross-Fox! These are just for fun.
Third, my snake, Kovu, just began his night cycle a few minutes ago so he's out and about! Maybe I'll be able to get some pics of him for you guys, so be on the lookout for those!

His name is Kovu and he's absolutely adorable. This isn't my first reptile but it is my first snake and I'd say it's going pretty well! He was pretty skittish when we first got him home but once we got his terrarium built properly and let him explore for a bit, he really came out of his shell.
He lets everyone in our house handle him and he's becoming quite the extrovert!
I may or may not end up posting some pics of him here; we'll just kinda see how that goes!

Updates!
Posted 8 years agoSo, I figured I owed you guys an update as to what's currently going on with me and my moving situation.
So, long story short, we made it to Texas safe and sound. The trip was pretty strenuous and long. We ended up cutting the trip in half as far as driving goes. The first day, we knocked out the first 17 hours and stopped in Phoenix, AZ. Then we took a couple days just for R&R. Then made for Texas and knocked out the last 17 hours.
We're here now and we're working on getting settled in. My boyfriend is painting our bedroom some pretty crazy colors! We went with half and half. One half of the room is Monarch Wing (which is like a yellow-orange) and the other half is black.
Also, I wanted to shout out my boyfriend.
Baby, I know that you gave up everything you were used to so that we could move back to my home state and for that I'm eternally grateful. I appreciate everything that you do/have done for me. I enjoyed the drive together and am excited to start this new chapter of my life with you, the one who makes it worth living. I'm so excited to be on this journey called life with you and I'm so happy to be with you. Thank you for your ability to look past my shortcomings and love me through it all. I love you!

Texas Bound!

I just wanted to give you a bit of a status update as to what's going on in my life currently.
Basically, my boyfriend and I () are loading up the truck as we speak and will be departing his home in Oregon to head towards Texas (which is where I'm from). We decided about a month or two back that we just weren't very happy in Oregon and we needed a change of pace so we thought it'd be best if we gave Texas a shot for a little bit.
So, we'll be departing Oregon today and headed south (to avoid the snow and wintry weather) through California, Arizona, New Mexico, and then to our destination, Texas. :3
This'll also make it easier for my boyfriend and I to attend MWFF again as well as AC this year! Woot woot!
Expect to see some trip pictures (maybe)!
When I get a free moment during the trip, I'm also gonna post any commissions I've had done in the past little bit! I'm about 50 commissions behind! x3

It's super late here but I thought I'd just post a quick journal as a kind of "heads up" for some stuff I have in the works right now!
So I've been playing around with different things such as Photoshop and whatnot and I'm starting to get the hang of working on digital art. I'm really hoping that sometime soon, I can maybe start offering some services back into the community such as commissions, ych's, etc!
Also thanks to all my new watchers! ^w^ Means a lot you guys stopped by and dropped a watch and a fav or two here and there!
