Since Thanksgiving is on Thursday, I only thought I had to worry about food preparing. But boy was I wrong! This past weekend I had my cousin's wedding, an uncle's funeral, and my mother's birthday! @_@ And that weekend was beyond stressful... But I got through it! Back to drawing! >w<

Yeah, after everything that has happened lately, I guess I should try to be more active here. I honestly didn't care enough to really try at first, but I do still draw. So I guess I should update. I wonder how many people are still even here to read this lolz. Well for those who are left, new and old, I'll try to update more often.

I was recently married to my beloved, so that is a great part of my life! And moved out of NY and now living with my grandmother in Vegas. Waiting for his orders to go through I can move in with him in Japan. ^w^ *very excited*

As far as art, I still draw, but I find it very discouraging after awhile that I hardly get comments or faves. I guess I'll start trying to upload a bit more often and see what happens. The thing is I left my tablet with my parents in NY, so I can't do digital art until I either get a mouse or another tablet. -.- But traditional I can, and with a scanner here, it will be better than the pictures I mainly upload via my IPod camera. XD

So I guess that is it for an update. For those wondering if I am making it to any furcons, I am sad to say it is not looking likely. Money is rather tight here, and I would hate to bother my husband for funds for something I wanna do and he can't make.

There rules are very simple.
1) I am a human being too. I have my good days and bad days. I have a family of my own, and a fiance as well. Things can go from being hectic to chill in three seconds. Please keep this in mind. Do NOT pressure me every time you want to know about your commission. Unless you NEED it by a certain date, then I will do my damned hardest to meet before that date, but you MUST mention this when you buy the commission. If you don't, then I will assume it can be finished whenever.

2) Refunds can be given ONLY if I haven't finished it and sent it out yet! If you need to cancel your order, you can ask for your money back. But if the artwork is finished and sent out and you change your mind, I CAN NOT give a refund.

3) No fetish/18+ works are off limits! I will have to follow standard Rules of FA, so I will be limited as to what I can post here. But if you wish for a digital copy of your commission, I am more than happy to send it to you via e-mail!

So after having a blast at Anthrocon, I have gotten more commissions >W< So now I shall work on them! Hopefully by the end of the week I can start sending them out. Once I finish them, I can start working on this idea I have for a creature... And maybe start making adoptables of it... >w>

Anthrocon was so much fun! Met so many new friends and ran into old friends! >w< It was just the greatest, and it was something I needed in a long time... I was just starting to lose touch of my furry roots... And I was getting a really crappy feeling from it... But now I feel amazing!! >w<

As far as commissions go, hence the title, I currently have 7 left to do. And as I stated the first time, once I finish those I will open back up for business. >w<

This scene is close to my funny box, because this was aired for me the first time at a furry con.. I think it was Anthrocon last year... Anyways!!! Some guy did this in perfect timing!!! And the whole room went NUTS!!!! Ah!!! ^w^ I had a happy!!

So the other day, was in the local store on base. Most people here on the base... They are so stuffy! And into mainly drinking, sex, and smoking... -.- Ugh... But I saw something that warmed my heart... There was a guy... Wearing a shirt... With Rainbow Dash on it and it said "Brony".

I understand there are people that can't STAND MLP, but I find it a cute show, so seeing someone else with that shirt, just had a heart-warming moment, and didn't feel so alone in this sea of people trying to get laid.. -.- That's not why I joined ya damn pigs... >.<

So I had to say to him "20% cooler." and he started laughing, and he said "You know it!" :3 Made my day! XD

And on a more positive note, I'm off my crutches, but still unable to do a lot. I had pulled a couple of muscles in my lower back last week Monday, so I'm glad I'm healing up quickly.

And two more weeks until I go over to the next base, and I was told there are more gamers and furries over there... So hopefully won't feel like I'm outta place. LOLZ That's all XD

Yes, this is truth! XD I have been going crazy watching all five(yes five) of the movies! My opinions are as follows:

First- A classic! Wish the first time I saw it WASN'T on a DAMNED PLANE... -.-
Second- Was EPIC! ^w^
Third- Back with high schoolers... Heheheheheh! XD
Fourth- Was CRAP! >.<
Fifth- New Line made up for that crap they put out... BIG TIME!

First- Terry's- She goes off, and tells Carter "If you want to beat the shit outta Alex everytime you see him... Then you can just drop fucking dead!" And then gets SPLATTERED by a bus!

Second- Kat then Rory's back to back- Kat is pinned in her seat by a large piece of wood after she gets into an accident. The rescue workers are trying to cut the car so she can get out. She gripes about them being too loud, to which the rescue worker goes "I'll just put it on quiet mode." She goes to reach for something, just as he hits into the car, setting off the airbag, sending her slamming back into a piece of pipe in the back of her seat, impaling her head and splattering it on the back of the head rest. After Kat died, she released her cigarette from her hand. It rolled through an open pipe, and landed into fuel. The fuel ignited and blew up this news van that the fuel was leaking from. When it blew up, it sent two pieces of fence with barbed wire flying at Rory, cutting him in three pieces, along with removing his left arm. He was cut at the chest, and waist. His top half went right, mid section left, and legs fell forward, his organs spilling out.

Third- Ashley and Ashlyn's deaths- Because I'm a bit biased... I NEVER liked PREPS or CHEERLEADER types... So to see them roast, was nice... Anyways. They go to a tanning salon, and start to tan. Everything seems well, until the coat rack falls, knocks into a loose shelf, and drops it onto the bed. When both girls go to open it, the shelf slides into place, and locks them in. It starts heating up more, cooking them. They start blistering and the glass starts cracking until it shatters. And then they spontaneously combust into flames.

Fourth- Carter Daniels- Another very bias answer. I don't sit well with racists. So when Carter met Death in the beginning of the movie, I felt pretty good. He goes to put a cross up on George's lawn, blaming him for his wife's death, when it was actually HIS fault since he told her to stay behind. He sets it up, but is too drunk to really get it going. His truck starts clicking into gear, and starts rolling down the road. In his drunken fit, he runs up behind it. Thing is his tow truck's chain and hook are dragging, catching his leg. The truck is leaking gasoline, and the chain is sparking on the road. Finally it ignites, and lights him on fire. He gets dragged further down, just as George comes outside. The truck explodes, dropping his head on the lawn at George's feet.

Fifth- Candice's premonition and actual death- Her deaths... Were my fave! XD Her premonition one, she gets shifted to the side, and hangs onto railing as it gives way with the ground, and falls screaming. She ends up getting impaled on a sailboat passing underneath the bridge, her intestines wrapping around the top that is through her. And her actual death was just as gruesome. She is doing her routine in gymnastics and goes to the bars. Porter, another gymnast, is on the beam. There was a nail that fell from the ceiling fan above them, and Porter does her routine. She does a few back flips, and then lands on it. She yelps and falls into the powder they use for their hands to keep from sliding. The powder goes flying into a nearby fan, blowing into Candice's face. She cries out, and lets go of the bar. She goes flipping through the air, and lands nearly folded in half. Her chest was on the ground, and her back snapped forward, a bone popping out of her leg.

And now... Gunna go back to drawing... XDD Hope you enjoyed this little insight as to where my brain goes nearly everyday... XDDDD

So yeah! Happy St. Patty's Day! I can't enjoy it, cuz I'm on Duty Weekend, meaning I can't go anywhere, or do anything... Can't leave my barracks. So just gunna chill and clean and do my watch later. Not leaving FA, if that's what you're thinking XD Just I'm in the military and ship out in 12 days. XD So I have to focus on leaving. XD So yeah, off I go, and be without internet for 2 months XDDDD Have fun without me here XDD *is expecting well over 1000 messages...* Craaaaaaaapppppppppp! >.<

Just why? Yes, it's another angsty journal... Blah blah blah.. but I have to say it... Why should I keep drawing, and keep going, when almost ALL my efforts go unnoticed?! Not a single comment, not a single critque! Hell even the faves are getting sparse..... Almost like, even the faves would motivate me to get up and keep going and get better... And critiques are needed so I know what I'm doing wrong, but you know what? If I can't even get that, what's the point of continuing to post art? Not like anyone even really said they would miss it....

Now I know it has been about 5 days since I was at the hotel, the Quality Inn to be precise, but I read a link featured in a friend's journal about another person that had a dreadful experience. I must tell of mine, and post a link so that you may be aware. Now, don't get me wrong, FurFright was amazing! And if I weren't leaving in 2 months and might not be able to make the next one, I would be planning for the next one right now! But this is about the hotel....

Two months before the convention, I had made a call to the Quality Inn's number to book a room. I told them that there would be about 10 people in the room. They told me that was fine, we would just have to keep it down. That was all fine. The room was booked.

Thursday I show up, keeping in mind that 3 people had to opt out of the room. So with 3 loss, we were still under what was expected. I checked in with a nice man at the desk, can't remember his name though. He was very helpful, and I let him know that there were 7 people instead of 10. He was cool with it, and got me and  dragonzoomer into the room. We chilled a bit, and then went exploring. That night, 2 others showed up. We went to pay for their part of the room at the desk, and all of a sudden, there is someone new there. His name was Sam.... This is where all the trouble began... I mentioned there were 7 people in the room, and then he goes to tell me that the limit was 4. Then why as I not only allowed to bring 10 at first,and then the other guy said the 7 was fine, if the limit was 4?? So I get annoyed, and just pay and head back to the room.

Friday night rolls in and the final 3 arrive. Here comes Sam being a royal pain again. I had to make it like they were being escorted to another room, since he wasn't going to get off my back about this. It worked Friday night, until we had a mini party with 3 other people that would be living. Keep in mind, only 3 other roommates that are in the room paid are with me. The other 3 people were leaving. Suddenly the phone rings. It's Sam, telling me that the people need to leave, since the limit is 4 in the room at ALL TIMES apparently... So  skwirl and I decide to go downstairs and talk to this tight-wad that was watching our room! We get down to the lobby, and there's the little wimp on the phone with his manager! Skwirl talks to the manager, and tells him what was going on. And since I was allowed 10 originally, and only 7 showed, the manager said it was fine, and told Sam to leave us alone.

Saturday morning I find out that they took money out of my account, without letting me know, and are holding it on the room. First off, you are supposed to let someone know if you are taking money, not just assume it's o.k. Found out it was authorized by none other than fucking Sam!! So I get annoyed, and go down to the desk, and go to complain. But the nice man is there, and I talk to him. He sees I'm upset and distressed by all of this, and talks me through everything. He says it was wrong to take the money without letting me know first, so he helps me out. I end up leaving the money on the room anyway, since I was just fed up with Sam and his bullshit ruining my con experience.

The days continue nicely, and when leaving I noticed... Sam isn't there. Maybe he decided until after the con was over he was gunna stay home to stay away from me... Thank God! I recommend the Quality Inn since it is clean, but the rooms smell like smoke, since every room is smoking, yet they have signs that say no smoking on every door... >_>
