I wanna try to do some days delivery as the theme you choosed c:
You'll pick a themed in my calendar - A theme can't be choosed twice so first come first served.

Payment accepted : Paypal - All payment should be done ahead, before beginning the Commission.
○ If you paid and that my commission line shows already waiting Commissioners ; you approved the wait and reserved a spot in my commission line ; upon that time stated is given to the customer as an approximative of the waiting time.
○ With the approval with the commission type you've choosed , sketch will start in time when your turn comes.
○ A reference sheet must be provided, I can work without a reference sheet but extra fees will apply.
○ All of the above is with reccurent WIPs of the work, alow changes in sketch for the pose and environnement, then an approval.
○ Light change in the Lining state can be done with a agreement. Otherwise, change in the Lining state can't be done if the sketch was approved before hand.
○ To this point, any change will cost extra depending on the change, Agreement can be done with the Commissionner.
○ Color can be changed, if the Character is a complex desing one change can be done to the color without extra charge, other changes will have an extra Cost.
○ No background is one color or two with no further detail. Light Background will show light details upon request of the commissioner and agreed by both side : Artist and customer. Detailed background will be discussed with the customer, after agreement the background can't be changed. Details will be talked over to make it as clear as possible and written so both side know what to expect.
○ General The Commissioner have all right to their character and creation ; I have a full right on my Art ;
The art can be used and shared by me has experience, but I will never take your characters as my Oc's.
I will not sell your characters or your art, but be sure to give me credits for my work so other can have a link with me if the character is sold.
If we didn't agreed on you printing or reselling physically ( poster, cards, etc as Commercial use ) my art, the commissionner have no right to print or use said piece without asking or talking with me about the said piece and the commercial use of said piece.
○ In the case of Closed Species [ CS ] The Commissionner have all right to their character ; I have a full right on my Art/Adopt/Custom as long as they are into the community and Closed species, if they want to leave ; they have to notify me so I can buy the said design from them as the same value of their price for creation or as their value with additionnal art, The character may be sold within the species to other Members. The design may be changed to another species if wanted or alteration done to the original design > Preference of the commissioner to contact me if change need/want to be done so I can approve.
○ In the case of Open Species [ OS ] The Commissionner have all right to their character and creation ; I have a full right on my Art/Adopt/Custom ; The character may be sold within the species to other Members. The art can be used and shared by me has experience, but I will never take your characters as my Oc's : The creation can have any alteration if it's following the guideline of their species. If you want the character changed to another species, CS or OS come tell me first at least so I can be aware of the change. I will not sell your characters or your art, but be sure to give me credits for my work so other can have a link with me if the character is sold.

The Variä̱n species [ Closed species ] Update
Posted 8 years agoHi. After a little more thinking about it and due to the fact that more people are joining bit by bit, I decided to update some information about the Species.
This species is made for those who have a kind heart and at the same time, has the need to express their agressivity.
At first, Variä̱n are some kind of feeling extremist. They can feel easily irritated by what surround them as their need of being alone is something greater than the one to be with a collectivity, but this thought is more an impulsive behavior than something usual. They are highly sensitive and empathic which is a great contrast with their aggressive temper. Of course, there is unique way to behave for very Variä̱n existing since value and passion change from one to another. They live at peace in the forest, but are highly carnivorous and can do a real mess of a prey.
They adapted to live in the cities, but can still be found into the desert, living in an oasis [ where they were first born ] or the mountains near water sources and caves. They can live alone, in a little group or completely drowned in the big cities of this world.
Major physical traits – Mammal - Canine like, but not defined as one.
; Big ears > Bat like. It was used to temper the heat, like a fennec fox, in the desert. It never changed through the evolution of the species to the cities. They keep inside them an amout of heat that is tempered through their body by their glowing spots.
Variä̱n speaks with their ears, they reflect their state of mind. - Their shapes don’t change.
; Black eyeballs > Makes them see clearly in the dark, but it does not affect their day vision. - The eyeballs color doesn’t change.
; Nose form > It is very sensitive and accurate. One of the thing who made the Variä̱n great hunters in the desert, the nose is a special part. - The skin is dark gray and shape doesn’t change.
; Tongue > Can be pointy, split or round .
; They always have a dot, a line or a shape on them that may glow in the dark, when they want or just always do.
; The tails is usually long.
; Digitigrade legs.
; Hand paws can have from four to five fingers, more human like.
; Feet paws may change depend on where the species is coming from, they can be small or long.
- The skin can be either the color of the ears, so a pink or grey-ish pink to the dark grey of their nose.
Any other species that is mating with Variä̱n will have a cub with those characteristic traits that will not change :
- The black eyeballs will stay on the cub.
- The nose form and the dark grey color.
- The ears may be a strong gene, it’s at the taste of the couple.
- All other physical change is permitted.
The feral form is for the young Variä̱n. The more they grow, and the more they are able to stand on their back feet.
Variä̱n Grades
> Casual : Can have fur marking, have 1 to 3 little glowing spot on the body. Can have short or long fur. Long tail is usually the standars. And usually themed on other exsisting animal for the marking and the style.
> Rare : Can have specials fur marking, have little horns, more than one glowing spots that are special in shapes. Long fur, short fur, curly fur. A long tail, a nub tail or curvy tail.
: One mecha part for the body that is a bit stronger than the rest of it : Can use magic lightly as long as it dosen't cool down their inner heat.
> Exotic : Transformation to a beast, little wings, bigger and more detailed horns like Elk horns. [ More to come ]
