UPdate 3: Grandfather still needing prayer/help
General | Posted 12 years agoWE do not know if he is getting worse, or if they are finding more problems...
In addition to the left and right sides of the heart being damaged, the bottom is working to make up for it, and is giving off a beat the doctors don't like. They are giving him some medication to try to help with that to help, as apparently its struggling...
The fluid in his lungs is potentially blood, so they are changing medications to try to prevent clotting, because thats the next stage if it is.
They are also changing the medication to try to get fluid out of his system, because his heart is apparently not pumping strong enough to get rid of the fluids with the medication they had been using.
However he is not in pain, other then pains he has had for years, and he is very optimistic he will be fine, The nurses are all optimistic as well as they have seen worse cases that have lived for several years, though the doctors do not seem optimistic, they keep saying it's bad.

General | Posted 12 years agoWell, it is bad from what I have heard , he lost 4 pounds of fluid, regained 2 pounds though during the night last night...
The left side of his heart failure, and right side of his heart failure, they don't know what has damaged his heart, and they are trying to find out what has caused it, to stop it, there is no way to repair the damage that has been done to his heart...
The doctor is saying it is bad....

Well, It is possible he might of been having "Silent Heart attacks" aka heart attacks without symptoms, being why it is damaged.
Also apparently the left side of his heart is only pumping a bit less then half the amount it is supposed too from the damage >.<

General | Posted 12 years agoMy grandparents just left the house, I'm half awake with a headache but I have to post.
My grandfather had just gotten back home from a checkup in town with the local doctor, for feeling bloated, lack of breath, stomach pains, and lack of hunger.
He is now on his way to the Veterans Hospital, driven by my Grandma, while I stay home to take care of the animals, because he has fluid building in his lungs slowly.. His blood oxygen is low, so they are probably going to put him on oxygen when he gets there....
If you can, please pray for him, or...if you don't believe prayer works...well, then just..Hope..or something...but please pray for him if you feel you can.

Was called a little while ago, they said he has congestive heart failure, so they are going to take a couple days to drain the fluid from around his lungs and heart, and check for any damage, then do some medication changes and the like, then he should be able to come home.

I just got home from New Years with Dragonmomma up in Springfield a little while ago, Tired as can be, but I had lots of fun, even if it was just her, me and her friend , I think Tanuki..or..well I think thats what he said :P anyway, we had fun, played munchkin, and I got to learn some neat tradition stuff as well as some other neat things.
Anyway, Hope everyone has had fun, or are going to have fun, or is even having fun! Everyone enjoy the new year! Be safe!

General | Posted 12 years agoWant to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving, and hope that everyone is having a good one, we are having a very simple one this year though, no going to my aunts and a huge dinner with all the family, instead it's just this household, enjoying "90 seccond turkey" aka Quick meals, with turkey stuffing, biscuits and the like...
It will be one I will remember hopefully, like the one we had on vacation where we had turkeyspam sandwiches...and they were actually really good XD

General | Posted 12 years agowell, almost late, it's 11:40 pm basically, BUT It is still technically on my birthday! so yes, happy birthday to me, and I had a really good day overall as well, Had an awesome pizza lunch, got my fridge stocked with power-ade for when I am thirsty, and grandma paid off the rest of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD remix for me when we stopped by gamestop, so it was a good day.

Minecraft server, Live, and Mod chosen

FTB stands for "Feed the Beast" and we are using the Ultimate pack in the launcher,
To get the modpack launcher you can get it at http://feed-the-beast.com/
And if you would like the IP to join the minecraft server, and the one for the teamspeak server as well
Please send me a note for such, ALSO Please, if you have a friend you want to invite to the server as well, let me know at least so I can understand that they are there with you.
and I suppose if you want to spread the word about this server, I don't mind right now. Just make sure to let me know if you are going too, and preferably, have those interested note me for the IP since I am still working to decide on what admin stuff I should run for it such as to help prevent greifing and the like if that may occur eventually

General | Posted 12 years agoYes, I admit, I am considering Renting a Minecraft server, because I know that I have 45% off in price for renting a server, and will stay that way with any price changes or upgrades/downgrades untill I cancel if I rent one, But only if I do so within a certian time frame..so trying to decide, and see if anyone would be interested

General | Posted 12 years agoIndeed, I am home, on the computer, groggy from the painkiller, but also ..a bit sore overall in the face, my right upper teeth are -still- numb from where they worked, but ...I believe I am doing better, gotta try not to sniff very hard, and -DO NOT- blow my nose, for quite a while until they say it is safe to do so...
But yes, The blue dragon is home, and beginning to recover, though with the medication, I want to say something a lot more lewd and naughty and horny and stuff...because I am feeling all over the place and goofy ^..^

Surgery Monday, May 20th 2013
General | Posted 12 years agoYes, I am goign to be having a sinus surgery on the 20th, at 5:30 in the morning, and Sunday, the day before, aka tomorrow, I am going to be heading down to Little Rock in the afternoon, to stay at a motel for the night so I can be there in time. So yes, I wanted to let you all know that I was going to be away, and..might be rather out of it for a while afterwords
But yess, decided to add here as a subnote now, that it is considered a minor surgery...
