Here, right here and right now I´m in a very compromised situation, only mere hours before loosing life insurance and that got me quite worried, I´m nervous and...well, my mother had to take me out of this particular familiar life insurance group because it wouldn´t cover me, so I have to look one entirely on my own and the rates here in Venezuela are- not pretty.


The life insurance in a country like this is a MUST. ( I live in Venezuela) and the decision must be taken in 4 days - I´m not sure what to expect.

Terms of service of Sabakusuna’s commissions

What will Sabakusuna NOT draw for you
-Extreme Hyper
-Bathroom play (scat, diaper)
-Cub or minor fur in a sexual scene
-Fursonas or Characters from other artists WITHOUT their consent
-Draw the logo of someone else in any part of the picture
-A private species without the permission of the owner

Article 1: Sabakusuna’s time

1.1) I will contact you to agree upon the commission as soon as I can. After the commission is agreed upon, I will give you my paypal address.
1.2) Approval sketches will be given to all orders above $25 (from linearts and forward). I won’t work beyond the approval sketch until it has been confirmed. If you don’t contact me back after the approval sketch has been sent, I will give you 2 months before I cancel the commission. (Read Article 6.2)
1.3) Finished pictures can be sent via Dropbox link, unless something else is agreed upon. ALL finished commissions will have my signature somewhere in the picture.
1.4) No refunds will be returned after the approval sketch.
1.5) Due to the lack of a proper machine for the work, the commissions cannot be livestreamed (streamed in any way).
1.6) If you agree in commissioning Sabakusuna, you will be add to a list of clients. (The commission list). Have in mind that there will be clients ahead of you and that I will have to work on their art first. I can send approval sketches, but I will have to finish a commission to start with the other. Please be patient.


Article 2: Policy about EDITIONS

2.1) I will always be open for editions. However, the art(s) must be in their Sketching phase. No edit or revision will be done after the lineart or coloring stage. This applies to the colors as well, the colors can be edited only in their flat phase.
If you want a heavy edition (Example: changing your character’s body shape) you will be charged for it. ($10 to $20 depending on the complexity of the edition)

2.2) I won’t edit more than two (2) times a sketch commission, but there are some exceptions. (Example: Your markings are wrong)

Article 3: Payment options and payment plans

3.1) I only accept:
PAYPAL and deposits from locals (only applies to Venezuelans in VENEZUELA). Even if you are a Venezuelan living in the exterior, I only will accept paypal, not deposits in this case.
3.2) Payment plans:
3.2.1) I ask the 100% of the payment to new clients, locals or internationals.
3.2.2) ONLY If you already worked with me, we can arrange a 50% payment before and after the commission is done.
3.2.3) Commissions that may go above $150 can apply for any kind of installments above 50% payments each. (Again, this only applies if you already worked with me, first time clients must pay the whole price at the start)
3.2.4) For Venezuelans: we can work out a 50-50 payment. 50% before I start and 50% after the picture is done. I won’t show you the finished picture until after the payment is complete.

Article 4: Client Responsibility

4.1) The client must provide me with a proper, complete reference of the character. If in any case you do not posses a reference, I will ask for a very, very descriptive text of the character, accompanied with any kind of references you may see fit. (This applies to all commissions besides the Character Reference)
4.2) It is your responsibility if the reference has any mistake, let me know with time before the sketching or lineart phases. (Read article 1)
4.3)If needed to apply a "Rush Fee" contact the artist. I will gladly tell you about my disponibility. The fees might go from 10 to 40% of the commission's price.




Article 5: Acceptable use

5.1) Yes, you can display any image you commission from me, just credit me or have a link back to me.
5.2) The image you commission from me cannot be claimed as belonging or being created by someone else
5.3) The commission cannot be altered without my written and sealed consent, also it cannot be used for commercial purposes.
5.4) I “Sabakusuna” Retain commercial rights unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.
5.5) I can use in any way I see fit, images left from canceled works. The characters will be changed in order to protect the owner’s intellectual rights.
5.6) Unused sketches from a commissions are mine to use.


Article 6: Cancellations

6.1) I reserve the rights to refuse a commission at any reason
6.2) If you fail to pay or respond within two months (62 days), I will reserve the right to cancel your commission and choose not to finish it.

Article 7: Refunds

7.1) If the work has been finished and you are unsatisfied with the picture in some way it does NOT entitle you a refund. That’s why I show all the progress before the complete image.
7.2) I won’t accept surprise cancellations and refunds after I start the picture and the payment has been sent.
Surprise cancellation or refund: Suddenly wanting to cancel after payment has been sent and the picture started.

1. I am not a psychic. I can’t read minds, if there’s something I need to know you will have to tell me.
2. This is a working relationship. Not being your buddy doesn’t make me an elitist. We are in a professional working relationship, please do not expect special treatment or expect me to chat.Sexual advances or awkward conversations outside the work can result in me canceling the commission.
3. Please do NOT add me on skype or any other instant messenger if you’re only going to bother me about your picture everyday. I will instantly block you. Use my contact email.
4. Patience. Send me a note or an email and then give me time to get back to you. Please don’t spam my email or inbox, it won’t make me go faster. I’m only human.
5. I want to get you what you want! I will always treat you with as much respect as I am given.
6. It’s my job to make sure you have a good experience working with me. If you have feedback for me, please don’t hesitate to send me a note or an email telling me about your experience.
