What are your favorite genres and groups/artists? I'm always down to try new sounds.

I love so many kinds of music, but I keep coming back to my favorites:
TWRP, Glass Animals and Oliver Tree. Lol

It feels weird listening to more indie artists and seeing them slowly go mainstream haha.

Genres; I really like electronic music, alternative rock and sometimes I get a real mood for symphonic metal/opera metal.
Doom music and VG music also holds a special place in my ears.

Or should I say, she's coming back soon, and she's big! Stay posted. :3

Hello everyone. I hope you're doing well. I'm currently in the midst of some kind of sickness. Mainly a nasty cough. Bluh. Feeling a bit floaty on meds.

My partner jacks is slowly building up their back to work time after their physical therapy. That's good. So a bit more income coming in.

All the hospital bills wiped out my emergency savings lol so that sucks.

Now for Blue Sky! I'm completely done with Twitter, it was a good run. It just sucks leaving tumblr only for Twitter to implode. GOSH!
Regardless, I'm splitting my Twitter into TWO separate accounts, one for art and one for IRL AD content. I'll link those at the bottom of the journal.

LASTLY another life update. The world is turning upside down again, and I'm doing my best to stay optimistic.. We need to look inward these coming years and focus on community and protecting one another. Don't let your guard up and watch out for your trans homies.

If you hadn't seen my last journal, jacks got a really bad infection in their ankle joints that didn't have any exterior symptoms until a fever and swelling appeared! They ended up almost being septic. They had surgery and we finally finished pushing antibiotics through a PICC line for 4 weeks. It was 3 pushes a day, totalling 12 syringes daily. It was quite exhausting. They're back on their feet after physical rehab thankfully. This has of course drained quite a big of finances, but such is life I suppose.

I hope everyone can get the good vibes they deserve, and soon. v w v ~

So things have been alright since  coatietoes and I moved to Minnesota. I came up with a job, jacks got one but they cut their position due to finances, and recently got another. The budget wasn't mega tight, but a lot of my funds were depleted due to the move. I wanted to save more money before we left Texas, but I felt it was becoming too risky to stay. The winter has started to set in, and I'd been nursing jacks for a few days with a fever when we noticed their ankle swelling.

We went to the doctor, did lots of testing and they wanted us to go to the ER. jacks has been in the hospital for 3 days now and has already had surgery on their ankle, which went well, after they found an infection in the joint. They won't be able to remove their cast for 2 weeks, and they won't be discharged for a few more days. They're getting a PICC line as well and we're going to have to administer 4 weeks of antibiotics at home.

I'm really dreading the bill.
