I had a good time at WPFW. The Lodge was a pain to find due to road work but I have been there before for SCA events and it will be a good site for the next few years until we outgrow it.My Mate  frisbyDJ'ed at the Dead Dog Party on Saturday night and did his normal Great Job!

Yes I am diabetic but It is responding to treatment. I have lost about 15 pounds and am eating better. I could care if I am ever thin, just healthy and and in better shape.
My mate is a few days away from one month sober, I could not be more proud of him!
I realized yesterday when driving home late at night in a snow storm just how beautiful snow can be, sparking in the headlights like little diamonds.
I am having way too much fun with my Nikon D70 digital camera, pics to be posted. Film is not dead as I am still shooting with my vintage cameras, hell I just got another one a Pentax Spotmatic II.
I lost a diamond ring at AC two years ago that had a 1/2 carat diamond and it is bugging the hell out of me so I am using it to kick me in the ass and get back into jewelry making, I will make a bigger and better ring with a nice 3/4 carat replacement.
I got a used Apple 17 inch PowerBook G4 that is a killer 5 year old laptop. It is well thought out and is a joy to use. Now to get the money for a new MacBook Pro or a 27 inch iMac quad-core!
I am a Mac fan but I use Windows at work and sometimes at home so no bashing either way.
