I'm back!
General | Posted 12 years ago Though I had in plan to completely forget about this site... i still didn't. Even though I still come rarely, since I have four other sites I take care of regularly (and the one I take care of the most is my Tumblr).
From time to time, and pretty long one, I might be absent. But you won't really miss me, since you either follow me/are friends with me on my other sites or simply don't even care who I am.
Shame on you XD
In any case, I might hop by to update now-and-then, see what you people have in mind and sometimes even chat (oh, my, suddenly I am leaving from my little room into the WORLD of internet).
So... yeah. I'm alive, just absent.
See ya!
P.S. I'll put back pictures later. Though I also have a DA now.

December 28th - Scientific Stuff
General | Posted 13 years agoSarah took a sip of tea Meriam had made. She looked through window, while Meriam was decorating plate with cookies. "Here. My wonderfull cookies. You better eat them," said Meriam witha smile.
"Don't you worry, I never reject cookies," replied Sarah and ate two before she started explaining what might make the Pip Boy work.
"I have a faint idea of using solar energy, though I don't see how that's going to work at night."
"We could use alkaline batteries."
"If we did, then the whole solar energy we've collected would be spent on those batteries, and we would only be able to hold our physical appereance during night. And we can't survive the whole day without our bodies. We would perish."
"You said you had an idea."
"Yes. During the opening of the portals, the whole lot of spare energy is released, if we could somehow collect this energy, then we could last for three full nights and days at the least."
"And we could also collect solar energy in the meantime."
"Yes, but that still isn't what I'm getting at. You see, the limitless source of energy isn't just the sun, but the whole furry world. Basically, if we stayed there after picking up all the released energy, the energy of the furry world would be drawn to our Pip Boys like bees on flowers."
"That doesn't make sense at all."
"I know. I figured that most of law of physics don't really work in furry world. At least our laws. So don't try to give it any sense, you'll get confused even more."
"Oh, okay."
"There's a catch, though. First, I need to find a way to collect all that energy, and I'm not sure if all that energy is going to be drawn to our Pip Boys."
"Why would that energy even be drawn?"
"I think it has to do something with magnetic field, but I'm not really sure. Anyway, all my attempts haven't worked so far, but I still haven't run out of any ideas."
Sarah leaned back and for second, she stood still like she listened to someone. 'It's Daggerjaw,' thought Meriam. Sarah laughed. "Yeah, thanks, Dagger," she said. Meriam was right.
"So, you're still not sure how to do this?"
"I have an idea or two," said Sarah as Meriam escorted her to her door.
"Ar you sure you don't need any help?"
"You're way too clumsy."
"Yeah, I forgot about that." Two girls laughed.
"See you soon."
"Bye." Meriam closed the door as Sarah went out. She sat in her room, looking through the window, feeling lonely again, missing Saberwind.
She soon fell asleep. In a dark, terryfing nightmare.
Well, this is one of the worst journals yet. I had to move on with the story somehow, and I didn't have an idea.

December 28th - The Blessing/The Memory
General | Posted 13 years ago I entered the cave my brother was meidtating in. He still didn't have his stripes. After the ceremony, the Moon Spirit will grant him his stripes, marking him as a full fledged male, ready to take on his adventures to prove his strenght and wisdom. He will have to prove that he is worthy of leading a pack. After all, leaders' children don't inherit their place, they have to fight for it. I remember that other male, Kovah (or what was his name) trying to overthrow my father. He was brave and everything... But he ended up with his guts spilled.
"Silverfang? It's me. Saberwind." Silverfang turned around, still sitting on the same spot. He had heterochromia, one of his eyes brown, other blue. "Saberwind? You've actually come back?"
"It wouldn't be a good luck to reach maturity without a blessing of all living family members, now would it?"
"I almost missed your babbling. Almost."
"You haven't changed at all in these three years."
"Four. Tommorow will be four years." I approached to him and silently sat next to him. I knew what was he about to ask.
"Why did you leave? Did Kovah's death shock you so hard? You didn't even know him!"
"It wasn't about Kovah, Silver. I'm sipmly different, you know that. I am..."
"Yeah, right. You're more human than a furry. I don't get it, what's so good about them? Their fake morals? Their pretending that they are above animals? Not to mention that their world is so uncomfortable."
"I don't know how to explain it. Violence and blood and gore is just not my thing."
"It's not my thing either and I still don't wish to be a human."
"Oh, God, you're annoying!" I said, punching him lightly in a shoulder.
"And now you're worshipping God instead of Moon Spirit. At least she's gracefull and beautifull!"
"Don't push your luck. I can still kick your ass."
"Wait till I get my stripes. Your tirany over me shall be over once and for all!" We both started to laugh. Even Silver was a bit different from everyone else in the pack. He dreamed of adventures and slaying evil rulers and saving damsels in distress. He didn't want to be a pack leader. But unlike me, he hid his dreams and passions and acted like a tough little tiger.
"I can't stay for too long. So, stand up." As we stood face to face, I took my saber and cut my hand-like paw. The hot blood dripped, and the sweet scent filled the cave. I wiped my paws aganst each other. I left a one bloody print on my brothers chest, and the other one at his right cheek. "May the wind always be under your command, may all your battles be won, may you die with your eyes facing those of death. And may all of your dreams come true. As your older sister, firstborn and first mature, I bless you with strenght to fight, and wisdom to choose what's right."
"You always have to be special, don't you?"
"Shut up."

Meriam sat in the park, drawing pictures of her guardian spirit, Saberwind. Times like these were always difficult. Saberwind left her only three times since she's become her guardian, and only in urgent business, but Meriam would always feel lonely. Actually, it was no different before she met Saberwind. She was just a lonely girl, left behind by everyone who could leave her behind, only with her drawing talents and inability to shut up when she's annoyed.
She met her on a similar day like this. It was about to snow, and Meriam was stressed out. She recieved a threatning letter from a guy she stood up against (and hit in the face). He and his little thugs waited for her in front of her house. They nearly raped her. But Meriam felt her strenght growing, and she fought back without problem when they ripped her clothes. She didn't understand what happened. Few days later, she heard these wierd voice in her head, mumbling some mumbo-jumbo gibblerish. She could see some kind of spirits possesing people, or being united with them. She had a high fever few days later, and finally got in conact with Saberwind, who told her what happened. She couldn't believe! Such a coincidence! A furry was only trying to help her and thought she is simply possesing her, but it turned out they are truly a host and a guardian! Perfectly matched, their souls like twins, like a perfect picture in a mirror, linked beyond the worlds.
Meriam was fascinated. Saberwind told her all about her home world, though she obviously didn't like it, but then again - neither did Meriam like her own world. She wished so much to go with Saberwind, but she simply couldn't. In her spirit form, she wouldn't last two minutes in furry world, unless they figure out the way for humans to have their physical form in the furry world.
Meiram heard steps slowly approaching. She decided to ignore them.
There was one friend of hers, also a host whom she met some time after encountering Saberwind, that was trying to make a device that will bring them into the furry world in their physicall form. She was a scientific genious. She knew everything about... well, scientific stuff. Meriam didn't get much of it, but she loved to hear her talk about her projects.
"How long are you going to pretend that you're a ghost?" asked a girl. Meriam looked up, glancing at the tall, skinny girl with short black hair and big, dark eyes.
"Sarah! What brings you here?"
"I just went for a walk. Saberwind left, didn't she?" Meriam nodded. "It hasn't been long, but I already miss her."
"I know how you feel. I think I'm gonna go mad when Daggerjaw leaves to date her boyfriend." Meriam heard someone reply to her, and Sarah laughed, but she didn't understand. Her eyes weren't as opened when Saberwind was here.
"I'm sorry. I can't really see her, or understand her."
"She says it's fine. Only very gifted mediums can see furries without having their guardian. Gosh, she's such a nerd."
"Oh, and you're not."
"Hehehe, you said that at the same time."
"How's that thingly thing doing?"
"You mean my Transformation and Restoration Pip Boy for Physical Appearence in Furry World?"
"Yeah, that. Wibbly-wobbly."
"You've been watching Doctor Who again?"
"Yes. there is nothing wrong with that."
"I agree. One day, I will make us a TARDIS and kidnap a Time Lord. As for Pip Boy, it's progressing. I've managed to attain physical form for almost two hours! I just need to find a way for limitless funcioning and we're good to go on an adventure! And I think I know just a thing."
"I sence this is going to be a long monologue. How about we hop to my place for some tea and cookies?"
"Sure thing."
I've been absent for quite a while. And I'll probably be absent for a little more while. Exams and stuff. Ugh.
Anyway,

General | Posted 13 years ago It's been quite a few years since I've left a human host. I actually liked it here. Most of my kind didn't like to go to the human world. They all believed that humans were cruel and could not accept their existance, but I know they are wrong. Through the eye of my host, I met people that could understand me, and people just like my human host - willingly accepting our kind and keeping us safe from evil spirits in their world.
"It's been nice with you around," said my host as I've left Meriam's body. She helped me open my portal and sighed.
"Is something wrong, Meriam?"
"I just wish you could celebrate with me and others. Most of our guardian spirits are staying with us."
"I know. But this year my brother is celebrating his maturity. I must attend. One day, when we figure out the way for you to stay in your solid form, I will take you on a tour."
"You promise?"
"Yes, I promise." I waved at my host as I entered the portal. Strong sensation went through me, it tickleled me and I shivered. I looked at my human-like paws. I was solid again. I almost forgot how it feels to be myself. Not that I don't like being a guardian to Meriam, but being like this means I don't have to hold myself back.
Ironically, that was a thing I mostly hated about these furries. No self-control. I liked to flatter myself that I am more of a human than a beast, but I guess no one saw that as a virtue.
I flew towards the mountains, to find our nest. In this time of year, my pack would make a nest at the mountain top. I guess that it was a complex of theirs, since our mighty pack would always get beaten by lions.
As soon as I landed, the only furry that greeted me warmly was my grandmother. No one else was satisfied. You could call me a black sheep of the family, and they couldn't just accept my... 'flaws'.
"You're back," said my father, current alpha of the pack. He was strong and quite large, sneaky fighter and wise, and smart leader. No one dared to challenge him, or stand up against him. No one but me. It sometimes seemed my very existence bothered him, and he didn't even blink when I decided to leave for human world.
"I have come back to celebrate my brothers' maturity," I said looking him straight into that one blue eye he had left. White tigers often ended up in conflits, but as we were tiger eagle hybrids, we would easily fly away if it became fatal.
"You have ashamed us all by leaving."
"I think it's more of my existance that you're ashamed of, father," I said, mocking him. He glared at me and growled, and I clenched my saber tight. Then, my little cub sister showed up, jumping at me and hugging me. "Sister! You're back! We thought that you won't be coming back, but I knew you would!" I hugged her back, glancing towards my father blue eye, one that he didn't lose in a fight. He told her that I will never be coming back, and that I don't care. Guess I proved him wrong just now.
That's all for now. But there's more from where that came from :D
