Sadly, I can not make it to MFF this year. The rooms went pretty fast and due to financial reasons, my spouse and I will be unable to attend this year's MFF. As much as I liked it last year, it just wasn't in the cards this year. Maybe next year.

Ok, maybe not. Until the end of the year, at least. Two more months and 2014 can say goodbye. Don't have much planned for those two months. Not even for Thanksgiving or even Christmas. I just been lazy and feeling poor, LOL. Can't go to any cons since the bills are more important. AC '14 was my last con for the year and had a great time. Not even sure what my next con will be, maybe FurCon here in Rochester, on Memorial Day weekend.

I am hearing that this winter might be as bad as last year's, if not worse. I will make due with whatever Mother Nature throws my way. In case you didn't know, I work full time at a grocery store, in the parking lot. So, I work in all kinds of weather. Rain, snow, wind, hail, blizzards and just about anything else. It's not fun, but it is something that has to be done. After all, I work in one of the major grocery stores in Rochester and now that they are expanded into other states, it's pretty cool, I guess.

As the winter does come, there might be less pictures to be posted. As for ALL of my fursuit pix, those go into my Flickr account. I have over 5,000 pictures on there. Most are fursuit ones, but I do have some from places in the area. Strong Museum of Play, Seneca Park Zoo, Rochester Museum and Science Center, The George Eastman House, just to name a few. I ended up wearing my  raider22 fursuit due to that I did not want anything to happen to Sabre. My Raider suit has gone through all kinds of punishment and since it was raining, I did not mind if Raider got wet. We,  senkolke and I, gave out almost all of the candy. Maybe have about 50 pieces left, besides all the candy that Senko confiscated from the candy tub. Seems like the kids started late this year and with the rain, we decided on not going to the restaurant across from my job. Might order a pizza for the night, we will see.

That is how many pieces of candy I have for the treaters on Friday. It will all be gone, too. One year I had anywhere between 800-900 treaters. Since this Halloween is on a Friday, I'm sure there will be more of the little brats.........I mean, treaters. Once it is gone, no more waiting around here, my spouse and I will take off to walk around the neighborhood. Should be fun, weather permitting. Last year it rained on Halloween, this year I hope not.

I'm not exactly sure what we will be doing, but mainly having fun. Giving candy out to the Treaters first, once that is done, and I will venture out in our fursuits. I know of this restaurant across from my work that is having a Halloween party. We might check it out. My friend, Raider wants to bob for apples and drink cider and eat donut holes. More traditional stuff for that old fart, but I want to go out and live. I have 4 days off next week and will plan and decorate for the big day. Already had to buy more spider webs for the front porch, the ones I put up last week have a bunch of leaves tangled in them.

I also want to watch some more horror movies, but my spouse does not like horror flix. I watched a couple on Wednesday, this week. I watched the original Halloween movie by John Carpenter and then watched An American Werewolf in London, awesome movie. I also bought the first Howling movie, Rosemary's Baby with Mia Farrow and The Ring. I also bought Silver Bullet based on a Stephen King story. So, I have a few choices.

Thanks to everyone who gave me Birthday greetings, I really appreciate them.

So, went to the Waterloo Premium Outlet Center and that was cool, just wish I had more money to spend.

After that, we went to Letchworth State Park and that was cool. A lot to see there, wish we had more time to see it all, maybe go there for a whole day next time. Got about 44 pictures taken at the park, they have some cool scenery there. They don't call it the Grand Canyon of the east for nothing. Got back home about 8pm, after dropping my friend, Christian, off at his house. Watched The Big Bang Theory then went to Wendy's for a late dinner, since we had a late, big breakfast at IHOP.

Just to let you know, great birthday gift from Verizon, my phone shit the bed this morning. Can't text and not even sure if I can even make any calls on the fucked up piece of shit. I am NEVER EVER getting another HTC phone again. BTW I just got this refurbished piece of crap like 3 weeks ago.

I'll be busy most of the day tomorrow. It's my birthday and have plans. My spouse is renting a car for the day. First we are getting a friend of mine, then we leave for the Waterloo Premium Outlet Center for a couple hours. After we have lunch there, we will head to Letchworth State Park for photo opportunities. Hope to get a few pix there, temperature will be cool and no precipitation. I will be dressed as my alternative character,  carlosvonsabre. Then after the park, head home, probably drop my friend off at his house and then figure out where to go for dinner. Then relax for the rest of the week, since I took vacation from work this week.

I'll be somewhat busy the next few days. I have 3 more days of work left this week, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

I got a call from my sister yesterday and found out her and her husband are moving from Tampa, Fl. to Tennessee. Not sure where in Tennessee. She came up to Rochester today and I will be doing lunch with her on Wednesday. I haven't seen her since my mom passed away, a year ago August.

On Saturday, I have to get my haircut. We will also be rearranging the furniture around the living room. Take the A/C out of the window. Saturday also starts my vacation. I took Sunday-Saturday off next week, but added as a bonus, they gave me this Saturday off. Have to get pizza sometime on Saturday, too. Maybe do Salvatore's, getting tired of 7-11 pizza all the time.

Sunday will be a day to relax, maybe start watching scary movies for Halloween, LOL.

Monday (Birthday) my spouse reserved a car from the rental place and he will get that at 8am. Once he gets here, we will head out eastward. If the weather is nice, we will go to the Waterloo Outlet Center then Chimney Bluffs State Park for some fursuit pix. If the weather is bad (rain), we will go to The Carousel Mall in Syracuse. Then watch the Big Bang Theory season premier that night.

For the rest of my vacation, I will probably relax, maybe read some more of Divisions. I have to finish that one before I can start reading book four in the series. Don't have a lot of plans, maybe teach Senko to play some board games. Like Scrabble, Yahtzee and stuff like that. I don't have a lot of money, so can't do much. Might also go to The Strong Museum of Play. A great museum and I have free admission this month, through my work. Also have to pay the Time Warner bill for my internet, maybe do that next week, also.

For the future, I CAN NOT do the Ice Bucket Challenge. At least not in this fursuit. The main reason is because I have LED eyes and the water will mess up the wires in my head. So, if anyone challenges me, I will be wearing one of my other fursuits, mainly  raider22. As he is doing the Ice Bucket Challenge tomorrow and to nominate 3 others, as not sure who he would nominate. So, for future reference, I CAN NOT do the Ice Bucket Challenge.

I went to Verizon today and they are sending me a refurbished phone of the same kind and should get it tomorrow afternoon. Sorry for not replying to any messages, but the screen is very hard to see.

As I got out of work yesterday, my phone turned itself off, again. So, when I get home, I stick it in the fridge to cool it down and after a few minutes, I open the cell, remove the battery and replace it. I turn the phone on and the screen is very dark. I can barely read any text messages. So, tomorrow, I will head up to Verizon at the Mall at Greece Ridge Center and have them look at it. My contract is up in October, but if they let me do it now, I will get rid of this piece of shit phone and get a new one that is NOT an HTC. First time with one and it sucks. Seems like everyone is going for some type of Samsung Galaxy phone. I will see what they have.


BTW I did check the settings and my brightness level on the phone is up all the way.

I been watching Robin since the Mork & Mindy days and Happy Days. I didn't know what to think of him back then, but I was young at that time. One of the first movies I saw with him was probably Good Morning, Vietnam. Where he plays a DJ in Viet Nam and during the war. Then some other roles came up that I liked him in, Dead Poets Society, Awakenings were a couple more serious roles. I also liked Patch Adams. Then movies like Mrs. Doubtfire, Hook, Jack, Jumanji were also good and I liked them. I also saw The Fisher King, but that was a long time ago. Sadly, I never saw Good Will Hunting, the movie he got an Oscar for. I also never saw The World According to Garp, or Death to Smootchy. Then saw What Dreams May Come, that was pretty interesting movie.

Then his voice overs were pretty good. The Genie in Aladdin and Aladdin and the King of Theives, Dr. Know in A.I. Artificial Intelligence, Fender in Robots, Lovelace in Happy Feet and Happy Feet II, Batty Koda in Ferngully: The Last Rainforest.

He was a versatile actor, also portraying serious roles as in Insomnia, One Hour Photo(personal favorite), Hamlet (1996), The Final Cut.

Night at the Museum is probably one of his last movie roles that I seen him in and there is a third one coming soon.

I also liked him in The Birdcage, To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything! Julie Newmar, Bicentennial Man.

Might not be on much tomorrow, going to a local amusement park here called Seabreeze. It has a lot of history and been going there since I was really young. Since I get discount tickets through my job, I figured I would go. BTW my spouse will be going too.
