Hey everyone. So I know i have been absolutely radio silent. I ended up contracting covid and have been absolutely dead the last couple weeks. I am so sorry... I really never expected this, since I really do not go anywhere. Anyway.... I think I am finally coming around on the mend. Today is the first day I have not been bed ridden, so please give me time. For comissioners if you would like returns on payments I am happy to give them, if you want to wait for me to complete the work I can do that too. Please y'all just let me know.

I know I have been spotty lately. Sometimes I am fast as a whip and others I have been dragging behind. I lost another family member. My aunt died. That makes a total of four deaths for me this year, plus losing my cat. Add to that the stress of everything else that has happened, I am just really going through some low lows. I apologize to anyone this may effect. I am not trying to drag my feet. I will never not finish a piece, so please do not fret. I may sometimes just take a tiny bit longer than anticipated. I'd first like to say that this is not my puppy. This puppy belongs to a close friend and the puppy is a sibling to my own puppy. He has contracted parvo virus and she has spent all she has financially to care for him and is now faced with the difficult decision to either put him to sleep or ask for help. So today I received word that someone very close to me died. He was a big part of my life and basically a second father to me after my parents died. So I guess I am just posting this so everyone knows I am just going to be slow. I may need a few days to put my head back on and actually function again. I am sorry to anyone waiting on me for art. This was not expected and it has really gutted me. I will try and get back to art as soon as I can. If anyone would prefer a refund rather than wait a few days longer, I understand. Please just let me know. Again I am sorry, this is not at all what I expected.

So this is gonna be relatively short and sweet, but probably needs to be said. Sometimes as an artist I get behind. I am a mother, I work full time, I am not in the best help, I live in a hurricane area, etc. Sometimes shit happens and I am unable to keep up. I am usually pretty dang up front about it and will happily return money if the commissioner would like money returned. I will 100% give refunds up to the moment a piece is delivered, especially in situations where I have personally fallen behind for one reason or another. If you as a commissioner choose to NOT receive a refund and continue to wait for your piece, do NOT then go forth to be petty about the time it took to deliver it. Do not make snide titles, do not fail to credit myself and/or the people who created a base, and do not be disrespectful simply because you are unhappy. I understand that you may be unhappy, do not commission me again in the future. That is fair. Not crediting myself or the artist who created a base is NOT fair. Do not act like children. If you choose to do so, you will be blacklisted. I will not do work for you ever again and will in fact block you from communicating with me at all. I do not have the time or energy to deal with people being nasty.

Going forward if anyone is so extremely petty that they will lash out if the possibility arises that I can not perform up to your standards... do not commission me. I do not want to deal with it. I am very kind overall and try to treat my commissioners with the utmost respect, whether they are a first time buyer or a repeat commissioner. All I ask is for the same respect in return. Thanks for reading through, y'all and I am sorry for the little rant. I needed to get it off my chest and make sure people are well aware of my situation.

So my birthday is coming up, March 21st. I have had a few people ask me what, if anything, I would like. So I thought I would just make a journal entry to cover the whole thing.
