Hello everyone, its good to be on again ^^
I just wanted to take some time here late at night and say thank you...
though I have been very lame in presenting art, indeed most of it having that accursed "WIP" mark that may never be removed, I am still glad you all are with me still to this very day...I can barely remember when I got my first watch, but I know it is among one of my happier days =3
I am sorry for the delay in most of my work...some very bad stuff has been happening in reality...I do not wish to make anyone overly concerned or drag any of you into my drama, but needless to say, I felt very alone in the world only a few days ago...I felt mortal, frail and very insignificant, some terrible things almost came to pass upon a shroud of unknown betrayal and I almost went through with taking my life...again...
gladly, however, I did not submit to despair so easy, no swift resolve of pain. Nothing in this life that is great is an easy thing to obtain.
Now I am living in my home, with my beloved wife, content with the place I am in with the world. This does not mean I give up on ambition, but for now will have a long moment to catch my breath and reinstate the passions that I recently believed lost to my heart.
To all of you I thank you sincerely for keeping me watched. I keep the notifications of all my watches as best I can, to help drive me, thinking "at least a hundred and more will see my art, I should give it my all" and somehow that adds on to the self-drive of doing art simply for me as much for others.
My commissions were on a long pause, but not anymore, though tomorrow will be long and exhausting, there will be other days for this one, and those days will be filled with beauty, love, and hopefully peace.
my sincerest love goes out to all of you, selflessly I would give each of you a hug right now for no reason other than to say thanks. whether you care or not to have read on to this point, I hope you know that you all have a special place in my heart, I will do what I can for you, as material or immaterial as that is, and hopefully put up some god damned drawing finally XD hahaha!

Okay, so the move is done, and a lot of my time is taken up in organizing the stuff in our apartment. But that doesn't mean I wont be working on stuffs for ya! as current projects continue to near their slow, inevitable finishings, I have some things I wanted to throw out to y'all on my journals

Okay guys, I has a wonderful idea for a contest to hold!

SPRING~TIME CROSSOVER BASH!!!

Now, the rules are very simple: create a piece based off of one of my chars with your chars, in any fashion, safe or nsfw, I'm down with it ^w^
I know what you're thinking "ice, what on earth could you possibly give me for spending my time on creating something that you would love to see?"
the answer my dear friends is this:
your pieces will be judged by a select group of peeps and myself, and the winner will get an entire month of me as their artslave! (this results as, at top capacity, 29-31 pieces of whatever art you want*)
there will be a 2nd place, which will win a free piece of art (however you want it to be, this includes stories as well as drawings.)
there will also be a 3rd place, which will receive a sketch of whatever you want! this is if there are so many people in the contest. (if there are more, others may receive a sort of "thank you" sketch/doodle, and WILL get a note that informs them they get 50% off my art**)
I will start it, hmm....now! and it will end at the start of May!

JSYK: by characters I refer to my original characters, this includes but is not limited to: Valentine, Frost, Ia, Inphy, Vesper, Makeo and Nemo, Leah, Gem, any of the adoptables, and so on and so forth! You can make more than one, and you can use more than 1 char each on your pieces! Please use original characters and use your own as well! If you want to use others as well, like renamon or a different creature, that is fine too. Any amount of skill is acceptable, though I would say do your best ;D

*number can vary depending upon kinds of art: for example, whole ink and colored pictures will probably take a day a piece, while I can pull out sketches a bit faster, and stories a bit slower. I am removing any shackles of kink restrictions, jsyk as well. Number also depends on how many days are in the month.
**Prices are on inkbunny, and they are already ridiculously low >w< during the month of May, I will obviously not be able to work on your pics since I will be at the mercy of some other fur X3 lol!

after carefully studying my gallery's status, I noticed trends with my work in views, and I think I realize now what people like to see, my furfriends out there enjoy the following things in my gallery:

-in depth stories that get to the "point"
-larger scale in the art, particularly in characters, closer detail
-background
-thicker lines, obviously more noticeable >w>
-colors and ink
-obviously sex, you dirty furs >w< *ish one too :P*
-crossovers of other furs
-cg
-more characters
-species that already exist and made by other artists(chakats, skulldogs, etc;)

so all I have to do is put all this in all my pictures and stories to get more views :P

bad news, atm...I'm afraid my computer went to take a major shitter, and windows won't open up anymore, not sure what happened, but having it sent to Toshiba to get fixed...
Which means that everyone who I have a trade with that I needed a ref for may be postponed for a little unless I can use another comp at soom point soon. No worries though, hopefully it'll be better soon ^^
for now though, I need everyone who I owe art to, whether it's a trade or other, to please post on this journal what it is that I owe them so I can keep a check up whenever I go on the comps at either my library or school.

I apologize to everyon who I owe art to. I have gotten most of it through, though now I must find a way to put it online, but atm I'm suffering a major writer's block for artists (dunno how you say it>w<) butno worries, I'm attempting to plow through it,and I may get backto finishing up all the artsoon!

you know, I see a lot of wierd stuff on the internet, a LOT of it, but I think something I've just seen recently has to go to the top. Once in a while I risk danger and excitement by clicking links, and one lead me to this comic site....a very adult comic gallery site X3 lol! so, they have a list of a couple comics near the bottom of the screen,and I click one that involves a cute, dragon looking fur guy in an odd pose...You ever see a sign and think "why is this sign up?" to plow ahead and see exactly WHY the sign is up? yeah...*sigh*
So, it goes to this cute dragon-like guy hunting for fish, it's all in an asian language so I couldn't read it, and seeing how he even lacks a sheath, I browse back up to a description and the phrase "cunt boy" is right there, lol! huh, I dun see how that's offensive, so moving on. Then he gets tentacle attacked/raped by a big plant monster! I'm thinking "okay, this is kinda hot, I guess." <<...WHAT!? it's still a vagina XD lmao!
so this goes on, and all of a sudden *CHOMP!* goodbye lower half of the dragon. then *CRUNCH!* adios head!
*long silence of confusion*
o.o...what.the.fuck.was.THAT!? is that some expertly made vore or something!? see, now, THAT is what ruins a perfect date, I think(lol). It's like that girl you see at the bar, and she ends up being a soul-sucking daemon, only this was with tentacle plant monster that, after a good amount of lubing with vaginal invasion of it's tendrils, decides "hmm, I'm hungy"
After the inital reaction of confusion and shock, I was very sad for the dragon, and then I wondered, since this was an adult site, what wierd extremist gets off on this kinda gore? I'm not bashing the vore-lovers out there, but this one made me a bit sick to the stomach and suggested "vegetarian" to my brain. I'ma stick with the once in a while browsing of FA's vore, at least it doesn't show what I've seen XP

SO yeah...I really like our college courses, though they're eating up a bunch of our time. In them I've learned interesting study techniques and ways of life...as well as a little of grammatical stuffs, and even sign language! lol XD
In further news, putting EoF onto computer is taking a bit longer than expected, the mental block not helping whatsoever -w-
