Like the only way I'd leave is if a majority of my stuff gets flagged, but I doubt that? I also never got around to submitting tickets because I was way more concerned about other things in my life. Just brace yourself if things go missing. Anyway, here are my platforms:

So I've been going through a mental health rough patch, trying new meds and seeing what worked. And before that I was struggling with motivation, energy, and anxiety for a while, which made it hard to keep up with my hobbies. Then I started new meds which fucked me up even worse for a whole month until I found the right new ones. But good news! I feel much better and found one that works for me. Also, more good news! I finally finished the Charmander x Blastoise piece. It's one of the biggest nsfw pieces I've ever done and I'm glad to have completed it (though I might stick to smaller scale pics/black and whites for a bit lol. We'll see). I removed it from FA due to the new rule, but you can find my work elsewhere (see links above).
Bad news is that FA has implemented a new policy while I've been inactive and it could possibly affect me with how messy the rule is. I draw size difference, scrawny twinks, and would also love to draw on-model small pokemon/digimon like Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Agumon, and so on at some point. Also kobolds, goblins, imps, etc. Smol and cute creatures are just hot to me! If others see child-like proportions in my designs, I don't see it that way and can't really control other people's perceptions. I'm hoping I can still post the vast majority of my work here, but FA might be a more limited gallery.
I disagree with this rule because I think people should not care what fictional content others create as long as they are:
- not spreading hate speech (imagery from hate groups or promoting hateful rhetoric)
- not using a real person's likeness without their consent (deep fakes, etc)
- not creating something simply to harass someone else (drawing another person's OC getting assaulted without the owner's consent)
(In every one of these instances, a minor cannot give consent even if they say the words "yes")
Otherwise, I do not care what kind of fictional porn people create. Adults should be capable of distinguishing between fantasy and reality. Also, it's healthy for adults to be imaginative and play pretend with other adults. Go wild with your fantasies. If I see something I don't like, I simply leave. I avoid turning my disgust/displeasure into hatred toward another, because as long as it follows the rules stated above, their taboo art isn't actually harming anyone. Triggers are a very real thing, but what is triggering varies greatly depending on the person and context. If something upsets me, it's my job to curate my space by blacklisting, unfollowing, or blocking a creator's work. That person I block still deserves their own space to be weird with others, so it's not done out of malice, just what's best for me. Look at my gallery - I'm a weird dino fucker and I believe I deserve to keep my space. But ultimately, I can't always control that because of rules like this and moderators' biases.
The idea of banning fictional porn has made less and less sense to me as I've gotten older. Regardless of what taboo it has, or what you may see in it, it doesn't make a difference. The vast majority of people can consume violent/gory films, games, literature, and still know not to brutalize another, and likely don't even have the slightest impulse to do so. The vast majority of people can do the same with erotic content. Fantasy vs reality, folks.
And then there's this statement in FA's update:
"...we have continued to evolve our rules to prevent minors from being exploited..."
...
I do not believe banning nsfw art will change that, unfortunately. Regardless of what you ban, predators will always go wherever their victims are, and they don't need art to do that. In this case, as long as they know children are on a certain platform/app/community, they'll try to manipulate and harm them any way possible, even if it's just direct messages. Considering that this fandom is generally open-minded and LGBQIA+ friendly, a lot of vulnerable kids seeking a safe space will reach out to this fandom, and a predator will take advantage of a vulnerable, lonely person. The most a community can do is report/ban people when it happens, let victims tell their story, and encourage them to speak up about it. Also, shut down all the hate groups that are cropping up in the fandom. Get the far-right extremists out of furry leadership. The least empathetic are the most likely to promote abusive rhetoric and behaviors.
I believe that this rule is just gonna throw a lot of innocent people under the bus - setbacks in progress, shrinking a person's available audience, throwing a wrench in the commission/auction process and hurting livelihoods, one less place to post all of your hard work. And the people that FA says they're trying to protect won't even see any benefits from it because it doesn't actually address the problem - the sexual predators themselves. No one should condone an offender's actions or even pity them (they dug that hole themselves), but as a whole, this world still needs to get better about addressing people's issues before it becomes a problem - improving mental health accessibility, encourage those having thoughts about harming others to seek help, provide a safe environment to discuss these things, monitor their progress, find ways to prevent people slipping into dangerous fringe groups, providing resources to help those people out of those groups, and shutting down said groups. There's really not a quick easy answer for such a massive, horrible problem. Banning fictional porn to prevent sexual exploitation is kind of like banning violent video games to prevent mass shootings.
A long rant, but I guess this new update has unearthed a lot of frustrations I've been feeling for a long time. I'm tired of people pretending to solve problems but actually making things worse in the process.

I will still be active on Twitter and especially here on FA. I've just been wanting to set up a third home and since the future of Twitter as a whole is uncertain, I'd still like to have an additional place to post my content in case the worst happens to the blue bird.
In other news, I've hit 300 followers! I was planning on having my next goal post be 500 followers, but fuck it. I'm still a relatively new, tiny creator and even breaking past another 100 mark is cool for me. On top of that, my NSFW journey has been a little over a year long now...started back in October of 2021...so happy belated Anniversary to me! Thanks for a great year guys ;)
I may devise a way to celebrate in the future, like another R34 poll, but right now I want to focus on updating my Itaku and finishing my current Timothy pics (a messy edit and an mpreg alt). I may also want to do a Christmas themed pic, not sure...BUT after all that, I'll set up another R34 Poll. If my assumptions are correct, you may see a post about that in January or late December if I'm quick.
Other than that, things have been a little anxiouos, but overall I've still been having lots of fun creating art and having an outlet for my weird, horny thoughts. A Thank you and a Question
Posted 4 years agoSo I just checked recently and I've met my first small personal goal of 100 followers, so thank you guys! To me that matters a lot. I don't have anything special planned for this goal, but I might do a small special thing for 250 followers, like a r34 voting thing but I'd have to see how to set up a poll on this site first. Any advice on that would be appreciated.
I also have another question: when do you guys usually look at porn? Mine is kind of random because I'm a curious pervert who's at the whim of my horniness. Just wanted to know so I can could possibly coordinate my posts around that time.

New to the NSFW Scene

So I've been doing digital art for a while now and suddenly got the urge to start posting my NSFW art I've been making for fun. I don't expect to make money off of this (at least not anytime soon). Really just wanted others to appreciate my filth and build a following, even if it's a small one. I've barely broken out of single digits with favs at this point, but that still feels great - certainly better than the nothing it was before. Thanks, everyone.
If anyone has tips on breaking into the NSFW scene (optimal times for posting, other good places to post, etc) let me know! And if you just wanna say hi, that's always appreciated.
