Personal stuff.
Posted 7 years agoSorry for being so quiet, but I had a bit unusual situation. I had to take care of my Grandmother, because lately she was becoming weaker and weaker, week ago she couldn't even walk and a few days ago she died. I'm sad, but also happy that she didn't suffer almost at all. She was 90 years old and she just peacefully fell asleep in home and I know that she's in a better place now ^^.
Tomorrow is her funeral. It's a really strange feeling, because for my whole life she was always in the next room and now this room is empty...

Posted 7 years agoCan some explain to me why people see wolves in every possible animal?
No matter if it's a dog, fox or EVEN A FUCKING CAT, DRAGON or any other animal/hybrid on a drawing I always see comments like 'such a pretty wolf!'.
That's stupid, but it drives me crazy especially when animals are shown in a really realistic style x"D.
Edit: By 'a realistic style' I didn't mean my style, because obviously it's not totally realistic. I said it in a wrong way, I just meant those artists who clearly CAN draw an animal with all the necessary characteristic xD.

It seems that 'wolf' it's a new synonym of the word "animal" for some xD.
I know that artists [including myself on the first place] aren't perfect, but if you're unsure what you see why automatically it becomes the wolf? That's the point.
I have to admit that often animals on drawing looks not exactly like they should and they're similar to other animals, but calling them just canids would be definitely more accurate, because members of the Canidae family comes in many different shapes, instead of wolves [okay there's a few exceptions, but still] xD.

W zeszłym roku mój bliski kuzyn doznał poważnych obrażeń po upadku z pierwszego piętra, głównie w obrębie głowy i kręgosłupa. Mimo totalnie beznadziejnych rokowań Bartek nie tylko przeżył, ale i wszystko wskazuje na to że nie będzie skazany na bycie rośliną do końca życia.
